PRAYING FOR MY FUTURE HUSBAND DAY 6

 

Day 6 Prayer Focus:

Father, frustrate powers fighting our oneness. Let every force assigned to divide or destroy our future love be consumed.

 

 

Before You Pray

Keep using the prophetic name you have chosen for your future husband (for example, David). Speak directly to him in prayer as though you are already building tomorrow with your words, and of course, you are!

Scriptures to stand on

Mark 10:9 – What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

Isaiah 54:17 – No weapon formed against you shall prosper…

Ecclesiastes 4:12 – A threefold cord is not quickly broken.

Colossians 2:14-15 – He canceled the record of debt… He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame…

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, I stand before You as one redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb and joined to Your covenant of love. I bring David, my future husband and myself before Your throne. You are the God who said, “What I join together, let no man put asunder.” Today I enforce that word in the Spirit in the Name of Jesus.

Oh Father, frustrate powers fighting or set to fight our oneness in the Name of Jesus. Let every force assigned to divide or destroy our future love be consumed by fire in the name of Jesus.

Every secret meeting of darkness planning to scatter our hearts before we ever become one, I call down the fire of the Holy Ghost upon you now.

Every demonic whisperer assigned to sow suspicion, mistrust, or pride between us, I silence you by the blood of Jesus.

Every spirit of manipulation, seduction, or strange influence assigned to break our covenant before it even begins, be bound and cast out in the name of Jesus.

Lord, I plead the blood of Jesus over the emotional and spiritual connection You are building between David and I. Let no strange woman, strange man, strange voice, or strange influence break into our bond oh Lord my God in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Let no counterfeit love, no lust, no ungodly counsel, no divisive friend, no sibling, no pastor, no controlling in-law, no false mentor be able to separate what You have destined for our marriage in the Powerful Name of Jesus.

Every altar of envy, jealousy, or hatred raised against our union, scatter now by the fire of the Holy Ghost.

Every monitoring spirit waiting to attack our joy and turn our love cold, be blinded and consumed in Jesus’ name.

Every voice of accusation that will seek to turn our hearts away from each other, be silenced by the blood of the Lamb.

Father, shield our unity from the traps of busyness, ministry pressure, financial strain, and ambition. Close the door to every plan of hell to use stress, overwork, comparison, or offense to create distance between us in the Name of Jesus. Guard our communication; let misunderstanding die before it grows. Guard our intimacy; let no power dry up love or affection in our hearts for each other. Guard our loyalty; let no one take the place meant for each other in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Let the Holy Spirit be the cord that binds us. Let forgiveness flow easily between us. Let humility always win over pride. Let gentleness overcome anger. Let patience overcome irritation. Let truth overcome lies.

Lord Jesus, You prayed that Your followers would be one even as You and the Father are one. I pray this same prayer over our marriage: make us truly one, in heart, in vision, in spirit, in love. Seal us together so that hell will find no crack to enter. For I have prayed in Jesus Name. Amen. 

Now, Declare

I declare in Jesus’ name: David, my future husband, we will be one.

Our hearts will not be divided; our love will not be poisoned.

No strange voice, strange influence, strange man or woman will come between us.

No demonic plan will steal our affection or our trust.

We will understand, forgive, and pursue each other.

We will remain friends, lovers, and covenant partners through every season.

Christ Himself will be the third strand in our cord and no force in hell will break it
