OPENING PRAYER
Abba Father, we invite You into today’s session. Grant us Access, Abba! Take over. Take the whole atmosphere. Saturate this moment with Your presence, Lord. Break every chain, raise every weary heart, and fill us with Your fire again. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
TESTIMONY
Sis, let us read through these testimony before we go any further:
Praise God! I choose not to be an ingrate. I want to thank God for everything he has been doing in me during this program, for the strength to fast despite breastfeeding. May God bless Mama Yaks and the BUD team.
I specifically want to appreciate God’s faithful. I am the lady who sent in a prayer request that the doctor found a cyst in my right breast that everyone should pray that it is not cancerous as I was advised to undergo biopsy. So, here is the testimony… I booked a date and was praying that the cyst disappears that I want to be operated by God himself. When the prayer request was posted, I was yet to do the operation as it was not yet the given date. I once told my husband that I believe I would go down that it is more of clogged duct and so (based on my assumption). We agreed to go for the biopsy even though it do reduce and come back to it’s size.
On the morning of that day, my husband surprised said he wants to follow my opinion, that I should put it on hold and go for another check up. I cancelled the operation appointment and booked for a midwife to check the breast and she said that I was FINE. I was like can she give me antibiotics just to flush out anything wrong. She did not agree but told me to do a test that if it is beyond the normal level I should see a doctor who would prescribe the antibiotics. I did the test, lo and behold, it was within range. Praise the Lord for me sisters because I know and believe that I am HEALED TOTALLY!
TESTIMONY PRAYERS
Shout ‘Halleluyah’ on behalf of our sister. Amen.
Our God is a wonder! Yours is just next in line! May God’s people rejoice at the sound of your testimony, in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
Let’s take this moment to lift our voices with gratitude:
Thank You, Lord, for these testimonies. We give You ALL the glory. None belongs to us! Father, glorify Yourself even more in the life of the testifier in Jesus’ Name.
Now, say:
Oh Lord, don’t leave me out. Let me carry my own testimony with dancing from the beginning of Juicy July 2025 to the end and thereafter. Lord, may everyone praying in Juicy July 2025 have something tangible to show in Jesus Name. We receive it by faith in Jesus Name. Amen.
EXHORTATION: DAUGHTER, STOP EXISTING, LIVE!
This is existing. It’s the story of someone who wakes up every morning because her alarm rings. She gets ready for work or school, sits through traffic, returns tired, eats, watches a few shows to numb the emptiness inside, scrolls through her phone for hours, and then sleeps. She repeats that cycle for days, weeks, months, and years. Time passes, and she retires. She thereafter dies to land in eternity to realize that she hadn’t actually lived!
Her days were full indeed but her spirit is empty! Her mind was busy, but her heart was dry. That is what existing looks like. It is a form of life that looks right to men but holds no weight in eternity.
It is the life many people clap for. You went to school, you graduated, you got a job. You started a business, you got married, you had children. You even took some online courses, “just to keep growing,” you say. You posted Bible verses, you shared a few reels about life, and you told yourself you were doing your best. But when heaven looks at your life, all it sees is movement without meaning.
Sister, that was never God’s plan for your life. You were not placed here to float through years of religion, career, marriage, and routine, only to die and enter eternity with nothing to show for your being on earth. That kind of life has been lived before. Genesis 5 is filled with names of men who just existed. The Bible describes them in a single pattern: “He lived… he begat sons and daughters… and he died.” That was it. No fire. No assignment. No intimacy. No testimony. Just existence. Men who were born, had children, and passed on. Their lives had no impact beyond their lifetime. No kingdom imprint. No generational awakening. They only filled space.
You must ask yourself today: is your life different from the crowd? Or are you simply riding the wave of culture? There are people who never really sat down with God. They are the ones who will be told in eternity ‘Erm, I never knew you!’. It wasn’t that He never knew your name or place of birth. The knowing is about the intimacy of a man and his wife. The way the Bible would say Isaac knew his wife. Exactly. May have no such intimacy, no such koinonia with their Father.
Instead, they do whatever is trending. Tech is trending, so they study that. Canada is open, so they relocate. A new course is popular, so they enroll. There is no direction, only reaction. They do life as it comes. They bear children, but don’t know why. They raise those children without prophetic understanding. And at the end, they die, and people say, “She lived a good life.” But in heaven, they meet with their scrolls and are judged down. Why? Because she merely existed.
When a balloon is released into the air and the wind starts to carry it, that balloon has no control. It looks like it’s flying, but it is at the mercy of the wind. That’s exactly how many lives look today, blown around by circumstances, emotions, fear, and confusion. That’s what it means to merely exist.
Jesus did not die for you to exist. He came so that you might have life, and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). And, sis, that life is not a passive one. It’s not accidental. It’s not mindless. It is a life of constant intimacy with God. Jesus lived only 33 years on earth, but He finished what He was sent to do. He did not leave earth with a long CV; He left with a fulfilled scroll. He could boldly say, “It is finished.” That is life, sis! A life that can look heaven in the eye and say, “I have done all You sent me to do.”
Do you remember the madman of Gadara? He was existing too, roaming tombs, living among the dead, cutting himself, bound by chains. That’s what the devil does with lives that are disconnected from the voice of God. But the moment Jesus stepped into his territory, that existence ended. Life began. The Bible says the man sat at Jesus’ feet, clothed and in his right mind (Luke 8:35). Then Jesus gave him a mission. “Return to your own house, and tell what great things God has done for you” (Luke 8:39). That is the power of divine encounter. You stop existing, and you start living! Aya!
Romans 13:11 says, “It is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.” This is not a time to just be a wife, a student, a worker, or a mother. This is the time to be a burning, intentional, daughter of God. A woman who hears His voice daily. A woman who lives by every word that proceeds from His mouth. A woman who fasts not because of a program, but because she is hungry for fire. A woman who weeps in prayer because her heart is broken for what breaks God’s heart.
Sister, don’t die with your scroll full. Don’t let your name be remembered as one who “was born… had children… and died.” Be like David, who “served the purpose of God in his generation, and then fell asleep.” (Acts 13:36). That’s life. That’s purpose. That’s fire. That is how to live.
THE TRUE LIFE
For many generations after the fall of man, humanity stopped truly living until Christ came and everything changed. Jesus did not come to make you religious. He came to restore the life of God back into you.
He said in John 10:10, “I have come that they may have life, and have it more abundantly.” This life is not about houses, jobs, and achievements. It is about a divine kind of living where every breath you take is aligned with heaven. It’s a life where the Spirit of God becomes your atmosphere. This is the real life that was lost in Eden. And it was only reintroduced through Christ.
This is why today’s message is so important. Juicy July is almost over and there is a heaviness in the hearts of some sisters who are already scared. You’re afraid that after tomorrow, your life will return to “normal.” You fear that once the daily prayer bulletins are gone, the fire you’ve built might fade again. You’re wondering, “Will I go back to being empty?” “Will I just be existing again?” Sister, I want you to hear me with every fiber of your being: you do not have to go back!
You were not created to depend on a season to stay alive. You were not saved to only burn when there’s a programme. Christ did not die for you to shine for 31 days and then grow cold for the rest of the year. You were redeemed to live, not just during Juicy July, but every single day of your life. Jesus is not a seasonal experience. He is a continual dwelling. If you treat your walk with God like a programme, you will keep slipping into existence after every mountain-top experience. But if you understand that Christ Himself is the Life, then your fire can burn permanently.
In John 14:6, Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” Not a life. Not part of life. He is the Life. He is the pattern. He is the map. He is the power. He is the essence. You don’t need another event or group to stay alive. You need Jesus, abiding in Him, clinging to Him, feeding on His Word, staying at His feet, DAY BY DAY!
The reason why Juicy July may have stirred something in you is not only because of the format. It is because in this season, you pressed into Christ. You fasted. You prayed. You stayed in the Word. You probably stayed away from the noise. You positioned yourself. But now, you must understand that you can live like this every day!!!!
Life is not a one-month experience. Life is not a church conference. Life is a person. And His name is Jesus.
So yes, after Juicy July ends, the bulletins may stop. The corporate fasting may end. But if you’ve encountered Jesus, truly encountered Him, you should never be the same. You can’t go back to empty prayers. You can’t return to casual quiet times. You can’t be okay with living without direction again. You must choose to live intentionally. You must refuse to just float. You must guard your fire like a woman who has found gold!!!!!! Sell all you have to hold on to this life!
“The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure that a man discovered hidden in a field. In his excitement, he hid it again and sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field.” Matthew 13:44 (NLT)
THE REAL LIFE IS NOT HERE
The life we’re living now, the physical, visible world, is not the real thing. The real thing is spiritual. The spiritual realm is the original. Everything we see here on earth is simply a shadow of something that already exists in the spirit.
If you’ve studied the Scriptures well, you’ll notice that this world was fashioned after a specific pattern. That’s why when God instructed Moses to build the Tabernacle, He showed him a divine pattern. If Moses had added just a few extra cubits or removed a few feet, it would have been unacceptable. Why? Because the Tabernacle was meant to reflect something exact in the heavens. Any deviation would have made it impossible for God’s presence to dwell there as intended. It had to perfectly mirror what already existed in the spirit.
This is how God works, sis, He starts with a spiritual pattern, and what we have here is a reflection, a shadow. Even marriage follows this divine blueprint. Our homes are meant to reflect a heavenly picture, not just our preferences or societal norms. That’s the design. That’s God’s way.
You see, we as humans were made to look up to God. We were formed in His image and likeness, to reveal Him here on earth. That’s our calling. Whatever we do should begin with God, flow from Him, and reflect Him. Anything short of that is a shadow without substance. If we live short of that original design, it’s like building on water, and what we build is nothing stable, nothing lasting. Because this earth, as it is, will pass away.
THE PATTERN FOR A TRUE LIFE
Now, sisters, one of the major things Jesus Christ came to do was to show us how to live. He didn’t just save us from sin, but came to demonstrate life as it was originally meant to be. Through His life, we see the true pattern of how men should live on this earth.
From Scripture, I have found at least seven original ways that God intended for mankind to live. And that’s what I want us to explore together today as the Lord helps us.
I pray that the Lord, in His fullness, opens our eyes to these things. May He push us into Life, not just existence, but real, vibrant, God-breathed life. I pray He gives us the grace to cling to the grace that has already been made available through Christ, so we can begin to walk in Life.
Enough of the darkness. Enough of the struggles. Enough of just existing, being tossed around like leaves in the wind. It’s time to live. Truly live.
To live means to firmly place our feet on the ground, take responsibility, and walk in dominion. Revelation 5:10 tells us that He has made us kings and priests to our God, and we shall reign on the earth. That’s who we are, sisters! That is our identity and calling.
1. We Were Made to Pray (Luke 18:1)
One of the things Jesus Christ clearly revealed is how man was originally created to live. And the first pattern He highlighted is found in Luke 18:1:
“And He spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.”
Dear sisters, do you realize that this is a revelation of our divine design? According to Jesus, in the original blueprint of creation, man was made to always pray. Prayer was never meant to be his religious obligation but his very way of life.
Let’s assume you bought a landline telephone but you got home and realized that phone can’t make a call, no matter how sleek it looks or how much it cost, it is useless to you, right? That’s the same way man becomes when he doesn’t function according to his original design, which is, to pray.
Prayer is man’s oxygen. It is the fuel of our spirit. It is the breath of our being. It is not an accessory but a necessity.
And you see, the opposite of “prayerful” is not “prayerless.” Surprisingly, that word doesn’t even exist in Scripture. According to Jesus, the opposite of prayerful is fainting. It is either you are praying, or you are fainting.
Now pause and ask yourself sincerely: Are you living, or are you just existing?
If you are not praying, sister, you are fainting. And fainting leads to death. Many destinies are on life support today because prayer has been replaced with activity.
We were made to be in constant communication with our Maker. That is why Jesus, though fully God and fully man, was always praying. Even in His busiest moments, He stole away to commune with the Father.
Paul echoes this divine pattern in 1 Thessalonians 5:17:
“Pray without ceasing.”
You may ask, How can I do that? How can I pray always? It is only by the Holy Spirit.
He comes into us, takes hold of our infirmities, picks up our groanings, and teaches us how to commune with dependence. Prayer becomes the constant conversation of a daughter with her Father. It becomes the air we breathe.
Sisters, we were meant to live like that. Are you living like that? Or have you settled into fainting?
If your answer convicts you, don’t turn away in guilt, turn toward the Spirit. He is your Helper, and He will lead you into the life of prayer.
2. We were made to Live by the Word of the Lord
Another powerful lesson was exposed when the devil visited our Lord Jesus in the wilderness and tempted Him to use one of His gifts, the ability to do miracles. The devil said, “If you are the Son of God, turn these stones into bread.” He knew that anyone claiming to be the Son of God should be able to perform miracles. So he challenged Jesus to use His power, to prove Himself, and to satisfy His hunger.
In today’s terms, it’s like having financial power, let’s say I have money, and I go to the market to buy something. I don’t even stop to ask the Lord about it, I just buy it, because I have the power to do so. Jesus had the power. But He didn’t use it. Why?
Because it wasn’t the Father who told Him to turn stone to bread, it was the devil. That alone disqualified the suggestion. The source of the instruction matters. It’s not just about whether I can do something, but whether I should, and who is telling me to do it.
Even though Jesus was hungry, He would not allow His appetite to be fed by a suggestion from the devil. He answered Satan with something very profound: “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.”
Let’s pause here. Yes, man is supposed to eat bread daily. But Jesus is saying: as surely as you eat food daily, you’re also supposed to depend on the word of God daily. That’s how you truly live! Like, Breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, Dinner, Midnight-meal etc. The written Word is there, yes. But there’s also the spoken Word, the daily, fresh, proceeding word from the Lord.
So, before I make that purchase, before I respond to that person, before I take that decision, do I ask the Lord? Do I pause to listen to His voice?
This is what it means to live by every word, you don’t act impulsively. You don’t just do what seems right or what feels convenient. You are constantly asking, “Lord, would You have me do this? Would You have me say this?” “What should I wear?’
That was the life man was originally designed to live. Total dependence on God’s voice. Anything else is existing, but not truly living.
3. The Spirit of Man Is Meant to Sustain Our Infirmities
“The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?” Proverbs 18:14 (KJV)
This Scripture also reveals that man as designed from the very beginning, was created to be spirit, soul, and body. In that order! The spirit is supposed to be the powerhouse, the part that connects directly with God, and the force that upholds the rest of man, especially in times of weakness, sickness, and pressure.
Our bodies are simply vessels, bags of clay that carry many infirmities. Even the strongest among us cannot escape the reality of physical limitations.
Our souls, comprising our minds, emotions, and wills, are also volatile and can swing wildly depending on what they are exposed to.
But the spirit, the breath of God in us, is supposed to be what sustains and upholds the rest. The spirit is meant to be the pillar when the flesh is failing, and the anchor when the soul is weary.
Examine yourself: What is the strongest part of your being right now? Is it your body, your physical energy, fitness, or outward form?
Is it your soul, your intellectual capacity or emotional willpower?
Or is it your spirit, that inner man renewed daily in communion with God?
You may work out your body and even discipline your soul through education and self-control. But if your spirit is malnourished, weak, or wounded, the structure of your entire being becomes unstable. A wounded or neglected spirit cannot sustain the burden of life. You will find yourself breaking under pressure, feeling overwhelmed and defeated because your spirit is not strong enough to sustain you through it.
God intended that your spirit be the seat of strength. When the inner man is strong, it gains the capacity to carry infirmities that would otherwise crush you. But when your spirit is dry, weak, and disconnected from its Source, you will find that even minor pressures feel unbearable.
4. It Is Not Man Who Walks to Directs His Own Steps
Sisters, this is a very powerful truth in the Word that many of us have overlooked or forgotten. The Bible says, “It is not for man to direct his own steps.” Jeremiah 10:23:
NLT says: “I know, Lord, that our lives are not our own. We are not able to plan our own course.”
Man was never designed to map out her own path in life! The original blueprint for mankind never included self-direction. Man was created to walk in communion with his Maker, to look upward for guidance and to listen inward for instruction, because the indwelling Spirit of God was meant to be his constant compass.
From the very beginning, God intended to be the One who orders our steps. The Holy Spirit was supposed to be our Guide, our Voice of clarity in the fog, our daily Director. Every detail, where to go, what to do, whom to marry, when to move, how to speak, was to flow from Him. That was the divine arrangement. A life so led by the Spirit that there would be no confusion, no guesswork, no unnecessary wandering.
But look at how far we’ve drifted. In today’s world, many of us live like captains of our own ships, trusting in our limited intellect, emotions, and human logic. We make choices out of impulse or fear, and then wonder why peace and direction elude us. We have forgotten the posture of surrender. We forget that we were never wired to carry the weight of direction on our shoulders. When you try to lead yourself, you are taking up a role God never gave you.
So what do we do? We return. We submit. We lean into the voice of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:14 (NLT) says, “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.” If you are His daughter, your proof is in your posture of being led. That’s the true mark of sonship.
Sisters, the pressure is off. You don’t have to figure everything out. You only need to yield. God never asked you to lead yourself, He only asked you to follow. Then would you really be aligning with the plan of God for your LIFE.
5. Living Without Divine Inspiration
The Bible says, “There is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty gives them understanding” (Job 32:8). This shows, my sisters that man was never meant to function in isolation from divine guidance!
Within you is a spirit, yes, but that spirit was designed to be educated, illuminated, and continually inspired by the Spirit of the Lord!
What does “inspiration of the Almighty” mean? It means receiving divine insight, wisdom, direction, and understanding, not from books, motivational speakers, or even religious activities, but directly from the breath of God. The Holy Spirit was meant to be your personal Teacher, your Guide, your Revealer of truth. That’s how you were created to live.
But today, the devil has succeeded in creating alternative “sources” of knowledge and wisdom: some religious, some academic, some philosophical. They fill your mind with facts, trends, strategies, and opinions, but they shut out inspiration. They keep you so full of noise and busyness that you never really pause to say:
“Holy Spirit, breathe on me. Inspire me. Teach me.”
Let me ask you, dear sister:
When was the last time you sat quietly and asked the Lord to inspire your inner man?
When last did you hear God light your candle and say, “This is what I’m saying. Walk in this truth.”?
Have you gotten so used to living off devotionals, YouTube sermons, WhatsApp statuses, and your pastor’s last Sunday message?
None of these things are wrong in themselves, but you were not created to survive on secondhand inspiration, sis! You were designed to live by a fresh word from the mouth of the Lord every single day. I mean, your own daily bread. If you are not getting divine understanding from the Lord personally, you’re not really living, sis, you’re just existing.
It’s time to come back. It’s time to sit still. It’s time to say, “Lord, inspire me again.” That is how you were designed to live!
6. The Joy of the Lord is My Strength
And lastly, for now, something else I’ve come to realize is that the joy of the Lord is truly our strength. And this is not a cliché.
According to Romans 14:17, “The Kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.”
Many of us think that the Kingdom is about external blessings or material proof, but the Bible says that it is about righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
When the Holy Spirit truly dwells in us and we yield to Him, one of the first evidences of His presence is joy. It flows from within. Without this joy, we become weak, easily discouraged, and even physically sick. But when the joy of the Lord fills our hearts, we are strengthened from within.
You see, it is not normal for someone filled with the Holy Spirit to live in prolonged sadness, bitterness, or lifelessness. If there’s no joy, it’s either the Holy Spirit hasn’t been encountered, or He hasn’t been allowed to reign. Because where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is joy. The Lord is glorified when we are deeply satisfied in Him.
When we truly sit with Him, He speaks to us, inspires us, feeds us, and leads us, and as a result, joy erupts naturally from our spirits. We were designed to be strong by the joy of the Holy Spirit. This is the kind of life God has called us to live, sis. A life that overflows with His joy, no matter the season or circumstance.
LIVE LIKE YOU WERE MADE TO!
If there’s anything I’d be happy to have you take away from Juicy July 2025, it is that you have finally started to live. You’ve begun to live like a true daughter of God, a daughter of your Father in Heaven. And that, sisters, is one of the greatest gifts you can receive from this entire program.
But if, after all these days, you still haven’t made up your mind to start living this life fully, deeply, truthfully, purposefully, it has all been a waste of time. Harsh, but true. So when will you finally start?
Don’t be that balloon, light, careless, floating endlessly wherever the wind takes it. One of these days, the wind will blow it right into a sharp nail, and it’ll burst, destroyed with nothing left behind. A wasted life. A wasted endeavor.
Why don’t you seize your license to live, really live, and hand it over to the Lord?
Cut down the excesses. Be brutally honest about them. Refuse to keep being so busy doing things God never called you to do. All that movement without direction, that constant running around, what good is it if it’s not backed by Heaven?
If you’re too busy to pray, then you’re too busy doing what God didn’t send you to do.
Jesus expected just one hour of prayer from His disciples, and that was before the Holy Spirit was even poured out. When the Holy Spirit came upon them, they prayed 10 days at a stretch.
Now that the Holy Spirit lives inside of you, you’re not just expected to match that, you were made to exceed it.
You were made for prayer. You were created to be dependent on God. You were designed for communion, for daily fellowship, for intimacy with the Father.
So, sisters… can you decide, today, finally, to stop misusing your life if you have been?
HOW TO START LIVING
Sisters, here are some things that can truly help you move from merely existing to actually living as a daughter of God:
- Build a Personal Altar
Decide now to create a sacred space where you meet with God daily. It doesn’t have to be fancy. It could be your mat, your bed, a quiet corner, or your backyard. Just go there, carry your chair, your Bible, and talk to your Father. It’s not about the place; it’s about the consistency and the communion. - Cut Down on Devotionals
Yes, devotionals have their place. But they are like leftovers, a meal someone else has eaten and shared from. You were not created to live off spiritual scraps. In this New Covenant era, God is calling you to come to Him yourself and receive fresh bread daily. Devotionals are supplements, not the main meal. Grow up, dear sisters. Mature in the Word. - Measure Your Growth
Just like mothers take their babies to be weighed and measured, examine your own spiritual growth. Are you growing? Are your spiritual muscles stronger? Is your sensitivity to the Spirit increasing? Take your measurements. Be intentional about your maturity. Day in, day out. Week in, week out. - Journal Your Walk
Write it down. Journal your journey with God, your prayers, answers, encounters, dreams, convictions, gratitudes, even your confessions. This helps you see your walk clearly and reminds you of His faithfulness when the clouds come. - Pray in the Spirit Daily
If you have been baptized in the Holy Spirit, make praying in the Spirit part of your daily rhythm. It edifies you, builds your inner man, and connects you to mysteries beyond understanding. If you haven’t been baptized yet, make it a top priority. God is willing, He desires to fill you more than you even desire to be filled. Just make sure your heart is yielded. Break up your fallow ground. Ask with sincerity. He will come. - Commit to Hearing the Holy Spirit
Let the Holy Spirit lead you. Begin to talk to Him daily. Develop the habit of listening. He is always speaking, but only intentional daughters can hear. Cultivate His heart. Cultivate His voice. Be a talker with your Father and a listener for His whispers. - Live a Fasted Life
If you truly want to live and not just exist, you must learn to deny the flesh. Fasting is not a punishment; it is a spiritual training ground. It is one of the most effective ways to say: “Spirit, rise up; flesh, sit down!” The more you say no to food, distractions, and pleasure, the more your spirit gains dominance. Jesus said, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4, KJV). Living isn’t about satisfying cravings. It is about aligning your appetite with God’s voice. Start with one day a week. Start small. But start. Create a habit of intentional fasting. Even if it’s half-day fasts. Let your spirit lead the charge in your life. - Practice Daily Dying
To live in Christ is to die to self. Galatians 2:20 (KJV) says, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me.” That is the essence of life in Christ. It is a paradox: you die so you can live. You lose your life to find it. Sisters, when last did you deny your will, your desires, your opinions, and pick up the cross? Each time you choose forgiveness over bitterness, humility over pride, purity over pleasure, obedience over convenience, you’re dying and truly living. - Surround Yourself with Fire
Stop walking with the lukewarm and expecting to burn. If you want to live intentionally, intentionally surround yourself with women who are burning for God. “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend” (Proverbs 27:17, KJV). There are friends who make you cold, carnal, critical, and there are those who will stir you up in the Spirit, challenge your dryness, and provoke your growth. Who are you walking with? What kind of company are you keeping? Are they causing you to rot or to rise? - Pour into Others: One of the greatest ways to stop existing is to start pouring out. Life multiplies when it is given. “Give, and it shall be given unto you…” (Luke 6:38, KJV). Ask God to show you where and how to serve. You don’t need a pulpit. A text message of encouragement. A phone call to pray. A consistent discipleship relationship. These are ways of living intentionally. When you start living beyond yourself, you step into life. You’re pulled out of passive existence into divine assignment. Ask God today for how
ROUNDING OFF
There comes a time when you must stop praying about becoming and actually start becoming.
A time when all the fastings, all the notes, all the sermons, all the declarations must move from ink to life in your life.
And that time is now, sis!
This is Heaven calling out to you: Stop merely existing, daughter. Begin to live!!
For too long, many of us have been breathing but not alive. We float from trend to trend. We wait on prophetic words yet doing nothing with the last ten we received.
What a generation we live in! We are tired but not fruitful, busy but not burning, present but not planted.
But not anymore!
Stop looking at your past. Stop feeding your fears. Stop giving your emotions a throne they don’t deserve. Stop making excuses for your laziness, your prayerlessness, your inconsistency. Stop wasting grace. You’ve prayed. You’ve fasted. You’ve received. Now, move. Move with fire. Move with intention. Move. And don’t look back.
There’s a sound from Heaven calling your name to become the revival. You are not here to survive life. You are here to enforce the will of God. You are not here to hide and hope. You are here to shake kingdoms, rewrite family patterns, birth mantles, raise altars, and take your place in the army of the Lord.
This is your moment, sis. Don’t go back to your vomit. Don’t lose your oil. Don’t scroll your hunger away. Wake up, daughter of Abba!
Burn again. Pray again. Fast again. Believe again. Build again. And live, truly live, for the glory of the One who called you.

STIRRING THE WATERS
Dear sister, it is that special moment. 10 good minutes of stirring the waters, of praying in the Holy Ghost. Please gladly take this short pause. Let the instrumental below play and just stir. Don’t rush this. Pray in the Spirit. Abba to Daughter. Spirit to Spirit.
And if you haven’t received the gift of the Holy Spirit yet? This is YOUR TIME! Cry out to Abba: “Father, fill me! Baptize me! Immerse me in Your Spirit! I need You for life, Holy Spirit, come. Baptize me with the Holy Ghost and Father, please grant me another pentecost in Jesus Name”
Let’s start stirring.
TAKE CHARGE
We are daughters, let’s take charge over the territories where we are represented right now.
Father, by Your mighty Name, I sanctify my body, my home, and my atmosphere right now. I cover myself with the blood of Jesus (Revelation 12:11) and declare every strange spirit, every demonic stronghold, to flee by fire (Psalm 34:7). I cleanse this place and myself from every trace of darkness (2 Corinthians 6:17). Let Your Holy Spirit fill this space and my life with Your perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). I take authority as Your beloved daughter and refuse to be moved. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
START PRAYING
Cry out from your heart:
-
Oh Lord, my God, in the Name of Jesus, I cry out today, help me!!
-
My spirit, my spirit, my spirit, my spirit, my spirit, my spirit, my spirit, come alive! You will not be weak. You will not be sluggish. You will not slumber. I command you: receive fire in the Name of Jesus!
-
O Lord, I reject a life of mere existence. I declare that I shall not live a useless life! I shall not pass through this world unnoticed, uninfluential, and unimpactful. I receive grace to live indeed in the Name of Jesus!
-
My Father, in the Name of Jesus, set my spiritual altar on fire! Let my daily meeting with You become unquenchable from this day forward. Let me burn in secret so I can shine in the open.
-
Oh Lord, break the yoke of spiritual laziness in my life. I refuse to pamper my flesh. I arise to discipline myself to seek You. I tear down excuses in the Name of Jesus!
-
Every strange appetite that replaces my hunger for God, be flushed out of my soul by the Blood of Jesus. I thirst for You alone!
-
Holy Ghost fire, burn away every spiritual blockage in my inner man! Let my discernment rise. Let my spiritual senses be activated now!
-
O God, revive my personal altar. Let my mat become a place of divine transactions. Let my bed become Bethel, a place of encounters.
-
Every soul-tie to carnality, soulish emotions, and worldly reasoning, break now by fire! I refuse to live by the flesh.
-
O Lord, open my ears to hear You clearly. I refuse to be spiritually deaf. I will not miss Your voice in this generation in Jesus’ Name.
-
Holy Spirit, baptize me afresh! Let my tongue be loosed in the spirit. I enter into deep communion and edification through tongues in the Name of Jesus.
-
Lord, deliver me from the addiction to spiritual leftovers. I receive my own fresh bread. I come to You directly! Open my understanding, Father.
-
By the power of the Holy Ghost, I break the hold of inconsistency. I will meet with You daily. I will stay on fire.
-
I declare: My destiny will not be wasted! I am not an accident. I am a divine investment. I must bear fruit!
-
Oh Lord, give me the grace to track my growth. Help me weigh my life, not by emotions, but by truth. I must increase in strength and stature. Help me, Lord.
-
Father, deliver me from being emotional, yet empty. I receive grace to be full of the Word and power!
-
My spirit, arise and take over! No longer shall my flesh rule me. No longer shall my emotions control me. Spirit of the Living God, reign in me!
-
Lord, I declare that this time next year, I will look back and weep tears of gratitude. I will see growth, fruitfulness, impact, and divine intimacy.
-
I uproot every seed of spiritual foolishness. I receive wisdom to prioritize the invisible over the visible.
-
O God, help me to journal my walk with You. I will not forget Your dealings with me. I will write and remember!
-
Lord, let my life be a testimony of Your design. I will not live under my potential. I will not merely survive. I shall LIVE by Your Spirit!
NOW, DECLARE
Oh Lord, my God, I declare that I was created for communion with You. I was not made to merely survive or drift through life. I was designed to walk with You in the cool of the day like Adam did, to know Your voice and obey it. I reject every lifestyle of spiritual independence and declare that I will not walk in darkness. I was born for intimacy. I was created for connection. I was formed for divine fellowship. Anything keeping me from daily communion with the Father, be uprooted in Jesus’ name.
I declare in the name of Jesus that I will not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4). My sustenance is not the applause of men or the approval of society. My fuel is the Word of God. I soak myself in truth. I am hungry for the Scriptures. The Word lights my path and instructs my choices. I eat the scroll. I feast on revelation. I will not starve my spirit. I declare that I live, truly live, by His Word.
Prayer is my very design. My spirit breathes through prayer. I declare in Jesus’ name that I will not be a prayerless woman. I reject spiritual dullness and dryness. My altar will not be empty. I was made to stand before God like a priest and a watchman. My incense shall rise daily. I was made to legislate in the spirit. I was made to cry unto my Father and hear His heart. I embrace my priesthood. I am a praying woman.
It is not in man that walks to direct his own steps (Jeremiah 10:23). I declare that I will not be wise in my own eyes. I renounce self-governance and rebellion. I yield to the leading of the Holy Spirit. I will not be headless. I will not run my life according to feelings, trends, or logic. I will not drift aimlessly. I walk by divine order. I live under God’s command. I follow the cloud and the fire. Every step I take is ordered of the Lord.
I declare in the name of Jesus that my spirit is alive and strong. The spirit of a man sustains his infirmity (Proverbs 18:14). My spirit is not dead. My spirit is not weak. My inner man is charged daily with divine strength. I declare life into my spirit. I speak fire into my bones. I receive grace to build spiritual stamina. I am not tossed around. My spirit anchors me in storms. I am grounded and rooted in Christ. I will not faint in the day of adversity.
The joy of the Lord is my strength (Nehemiah 8:10). I refuse to walk through life weary, bitter, or broken. I declare joy! I receive the oil of gladness instead of mourning. My joy is not circumstantial. It is supernatural. I rejoice always. I dance even in waiting. I praise in the midnight hour. I declare that joy flows like a river from my innermost being. The joy of the Lord powers my purpose.
I declare in Jesus’ name, my life is an altar. My breath was given to glorify the Lord. I will not give my worship to men, culture, success, or self. I give my praise to the One who made me. I was created for His glory. Everything in me, my body, my voice, my talents, my time, will worship the Lord. I was made to bless His name and magnify Him always.
God gave me authority at creation. I declare that I rise in the authority of Christ. I take charge of my space. I take charge of my mind. I take charge of my assignment. I declare that I am not a victim. I am not a loser. I reign in life through Christ Jesus. Sin shall not have dominion over me. Depression shall not have dominion over me. Fear shall not have dominion over me. I was made for victory.
I declare that I am not a temporary being. I am an eternal spirit. I live with eternity in view. I make choices that echo in forever. I am not a slave to trends, clocks, or calendars. I operate in God’s Kairos. I was made to live forever in Christ. Therefore, I walk in righteousness. I invest in things that will not fade. I refuse to exist just for this world. I am living for the eternal Kingdom.
