Before You Continue…

One very important note.

We must not make the costly assumption that everyone reading this bulletin has already been born again.

The Zoe we are talking about throughout this month is first received at the new birth. Before we talk about its manifestation, we must first be sure we have received it.

If you have never truly surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, or you are unsure of your salvation, we encourage you to prayerfully read the article here before proceeding.

OPENING PRAYER

Father, thank You for bringing me into another day of this glorious journey. Open the eyes of my understanding today. Remove every veil from my heart, and let me see Your truth as You desire me to see it. Let Your Word become life to me, not just knowledge. Teach me by Your Holy Spirit, and let the life of Christ become more real to me than ever before. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

EXHORTATION: NEW BIRTH: MORE HAPPENED THAN YOU THINK

John 3:3

“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

1 Peter 1:23

“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.”

My dear sisters, before we begin, I want to ask you a very simple question.

What exactly happened the day you gave your life to Jesus Christ?

Many of us answer that question by saying,

“My sins were forgiven.”

Others say,

“I became a Christian.”

Some say,

“I joined the church.”

Others simply say,

“I accepted Jesus into my heart.”

While all of these contain an element of truth, they do not even begin to describe the magnitude of what actually took place!

The day you genuinely gave your life to Christ was not an ordinary day, sis! It was not merely an emotional decision. It was not merely a change of religion. It was not merely joining a church. It was not merely saying a prayer after a preacher.

A miracle took place. A miracle so great that no human eye could see it. A miracle so deep that science could never measure it. A miracle so glorious that Heaven itself rejoiced over it.

The Lord Jesus called it being born again.

“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3)

Now, my dear sisters, do you know what this verse really means?

Many people immediately think Jesus was talking about going to Heaven after we die. No!

That is certainly included, but that is not where Jesus begins.

He is talking about the Kingdom of God here and now!

The Kingdom of God is not merely a future destination. It is God’s reign. It is God’s rule. It is God’s life. It is God’s government established in the heart of a man.

The day you are born again, your eyes begin to open to a realm you could never see before. You begin to understand the Scriptures. You begin to love holiness. You begin to hunger for God. You begin to value what Heaven values. You begin to hate what God hates. You begin to experience His peace, His joy, His righteousness and His presence. That is the Kingdom of God beginning to reign within you.

Jesus would later say,

“…The kingdom of God will not come with observable signs. 21 Nor will people say, ‘Look, here it is,’ or ‘There it is.’ For you see, the kingdom of God is in your midst.” (Luke 17:20-21)

Paul also tells us,

“For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.” (Romans 14:17)

Can you see it? Never mind, we will still look at the kingdom of God in another study by His Grace.

The new birth gives you eyes to see that Kingdom and a spirit that can participate in it!!!!

If the Kingdom does not begin to reign in your heart now, how can you expect to enjoy its fullness in eternity? No!

Eternal life does not begin when we die. It begins the moment we are born again. That is why the new birth is such a tremendous miracle.

It opens your spirit to a Kingdom that was invisible to you before and begins God’s work of restoring His rule within your life.

The Lord said, “You must be born again.”

When a baby is born into this world, that child enters an entirely new realm. The baby begins to breathe a different atmosphere, see a different world, hear different sounds and relate to a completely new environment.

In the same way, when you were born again, you were born into another Kingdom.

“…who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.” (Colossians 1:13)

Can you imagine that?

You did not merely receive a new religion. You changed kingdoms. You changed citizenship. You changed families. You changed fathers. You became a citizen of Heaven while still living on earth.

That is why heaven celebrated. That is why the angels rejoiced. That is why hell was alarmed.

Luke 15:7 says: ”There is great joy in heaven over one sinner who repents….:”

Oh my! The Scriptures was not exaggerating, sis!

Your new birth threw Heaven in a Holy party mode!

Something happened. Something eternal. Something irreversible.

My dear sisters, never reduce your salvation to a prayer you once prayed. The day you truly believed in Christ, eternity invaded your spirit!!!

A divine transaction took place.

God Himself began a work in you that no human being could ever accomplish.

And this is only the beginning of the miracle we are about to explore.

YOUR DEAD SPIRIT CAME ALIVE AT THE NEW BIRTH

To understand the greatness of the new birth, we must first understand the condition of man before it.

Remember, the greatest problem of mankind was never poverty. It was never sickness. It was never oppression. It was never even sin itself. The greatest tragedy of man was death.

Spiritual death!

The day Adam sinned, he died exactly as God had said he would.

“…for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” (Genesis 2:17)

Yet Adam did not physically die that day. He lived for many more years.

So what died?

His spirit.

The very part of man that was created to know God, fellowship with God, hear God and carry God’s Life became separated from the Life of God.

Paul describes every unbeliever this way:

“And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins.” (Ephesians 2:1)

Notice that he did not say you were dying. He said you were dead.

A dead spirit cannot respond to God. A dead spirit cannot understand spiritual things. A dead spirit may be highly educated, morally upright and even deeply religious, yet it remains dead.

This is why Jesus did not come merely to improve mankind. He came to raise the dead.

My dear sisters, that is exactly what happened the day you truly gave your life to Christ! Your dead spirit was quickened. It was brought to life.

The same Spirit who raised Jesus Christ from the dead came into your spirit and awakened it to God!!!

Ayaaaa….Heaven invaded your inner man. Life returned where death had once reigned.

You were not patched up. You were not repaired. You were not refurbished. You were reborn!

A divine birth took place. It was a big deal, sis!!!

Paul says,

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” (2 Corinthians 5:17)

You became a new creation. A completely new creation. Peter goes even further. He says we have been

“…born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God…” (1 Peter 1:23)

Did you see that?

A seed entered you. God’s own incorruptible seed was planted in your spirit. The DNA of Heaven was imparted to you.

That is why the new birth is called a birth.

Something was conceived. Something entirely new began.

The old kingdom lost its ownership over you. You were translated into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son (Colossians 1:13).

You became God’s child. His Spirit came to dwell within you. His divine nature became your inheritance (2 Peter 1:4).

My dear sisters, pause for a moment and marvel!!! Rejoice!

This is the greatest miracle that has ever happened in your life.

It was not the day you got a job. Not the day you got married. Not the day you were healed. Not the day you received a financial breakthrough.

The greatest miracle was the day your dead spirit came alive and became capable of fellowshipping with the living God.

Everything changed that day!!!

The tragedy, however, is that many believers didn’t even know this! Neither have they ever stopped to appreciate the greatness of that miracle.

And even more tragically, many never grow beyond it!

Pause now and praise the LORD for this glorious miracle with this song:

BUT HOW DID THIS MIRACLE HAPPEN?

Now, a very important question arises.

How could a dead spirit suddenly come alive?

How could someone who was separated from God become His child in a single moment?

How could a person who belonged to the kingdom of darkness suddenly become a citizen of the Kingdom of God?

Was it simply because he repeated a prayer?

Was there some magic in the words?

Certainly not.

The miracle happened because of faith!

But my dear sisters, we must be very careful here, because one of the greatest misunderstandings in Christianity today is the meaning of the word believe.

Many people think believing simply means agreeing with certain facts.

“I believe Jesus is the Son of God.”

“I believe He died.”

“I believe He rose again.”

That is good, but that alone is not saving faith!

The Bible says,

“Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.” (James 2:19)

Did you see that?

Even demons believe.

Satan himself knows that Jesus is the Son of God. He believes every prophecy concerning Christ. He knows Jesus died. He knows Jesus rose again. He knows Jesus is coming back. Yet Satan is not born again!!!

Why?

Because biblical faith is far deeper than intellectual agreement.

Saving faith is trusting obedience.

It is placing your entire life into the hands of Jesus Christ. It is surrender!

That force that made you go on your knees in the middle of the night, search for a blog on salvation, fall on your knees, cry your heart out, confess those things you once defended and called normal, suddenly agree with God that they were sin..

That was faith!

You agreed with Heaven’s verdict about your life. You acknowledged that you were a sinner who could not save yourself. You believed that Jesus Christ had died in your place. You entrusted your life into His hands.

Then you said,

“Lord, come into my life. Rule over me. From today, I belong to You. I will only do what you want me to do. Come and save me and be my Lord!”

Ayaaaaa!

That was not merely reciting a prayer.

That was saying “Yes” to Jesus’ proposal!

Just as a woman says “yes” to a man who asks for her hand in marriage, you said “yes” to the Lord Jesus Christ. You entrusted yourself to Him. You accepted His Lordship. You chose to belong to Him.

That was faith. That was trust. That was obedience. That was surrender.

And at that very moment, while your mouth was confessing and your heart was believing, Heaven responded! Your dead spirit was made alive. The Holy Spirit came to dwell within you. The incorruptible Seed of God was planted in your spirit. You became a new creation.

That is why salvation is by faith.

Not because faith is merely believing some facts in your head, but because faith is the open hand that receives Christ, yields to His Lordship, and says, “Yes, Lord. My life is now Yours.”

Imagine a little child standing on the roof of a house.

His father stands below with his arms stretched out and says, “Jump. I will catch you.”

The child replies, “Daddy, I believe you.”

The father says, “Then jump.”

But the child answers, “No, I believe you… but I’m not going to jump.”

Does that child really believe his father? Of course not.

If he truly trusted his father, he would jump.

That is exactly how many people treat Jesus.

They say, “Lord, I believe You.”

Yet when He says, “Forgive that person,” they refuse.

When He says, “Leave that sinful relationship,” they refuse.

When He says, “Deny yourself and follow Me,” they say no.

But they say they believe.

Oh, no! That is not the faith that saves. The saving faith is that which believes that He can save you and that jumps as He said!

The faith that brings the miracle of the new birth is the kind that says, “Lord, I trust You enough to obey You.”

That is why the Scriptures repeatedly connect faith with obedience.

Abraham believed God…so he left his country.

Noah believed God…so he built the ark.

Peter believed Jesus…so he stepped out of the boat.

Saving faith always moves. Saving faith always obeys.

My dear sisters, the day you truly gave your life to Christ, you did far more than agree with a doctrine. You entrusted your life to another King. You laid down your right to rule yourself. You surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

And at that very moment, because you trusted Him and yielded yourself to Him, God performed the greatest miracle of your life.

Your dead spirit was made alive!

The seed of God was planted within you.

You were born from above.

That is the miracle of the new birth.

THE SEED OF GOD WAS PLANTED IN YOU AT THE NEW BIRTH

Now let me show you something.

The new birth is not merely the forgiveness of sins. It is the planting of a seed within you.

The Apostle Peter writes,

“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God…” (1 Peter 1:23)

Did you notice that word?

Seed.

God did not merely forgive you and send you on your way. He planted something within you. His own incorruptible Seed. His own divine DNA.

John goes even further:

“Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him…” (1 John 3:9)

Think about that! There is now a Seed inside you. A heavenly Seed. An incorruptible Seed. The very life of God has been planted within your spirit.

This is why I like to compare the new birth to conception.

When a woman conceives, something very real has happened. Life has begun.

Yet, if you look at her that same day, nothing seems different. There is no visible baby. No enlarged stomach. No outward evidence. Yet something huge and eternal has happened! A new life has been conceived.

From that moment, everything begins to change. The child starts to grow. Cell by cell. Day by day. Month by month.

The mother may not even feel much during the first few weeks, but life is already at work within her.

My dear sisters, that is exactly what happened the day you were born again.

God planted His Seed within your spirit. Something entirely new was conceived.A new life began. A new nature was imparted. A new destiny was born.

But here is the tragedy. Imagine a woman who discovers she is pregnant. Nine months later…there is no growth. No heartbeat. No development. No movement.

Would that not alarm everyone?

Of course it would.

Because life is meant to grow! The seed is meant to develop. Pregnancy is never meant to remain at conception. It is meant to produce a mature child.

The same is true spiritually.

The new birth was never meant to be the end of your Christian life! It was meant to be its beginning.

The day you were born again, Heaven did not say, “Wonderful! We’ve finished.”

No.

Heaven said, “Now let’s start!”

THE TRAGEDY OF STOPPING AT THE NEW BIRTH

Now, my dear sisters, we come to one of the greatest tragedies in Christianity today.

Many believers stop at the new birth. They rejoice that they are born again. They celebrate that their names have been written in the Book of Life. They know they have become children of God. And all of that is wonderful.

But then…They stop.

They never realize that the new birth was never meant to be the destination. It was the beginning.

A baby is not born to remain a baby. A seed is not planted to remain a seed. A pregnancy is not conceived to remain a pregnancy. Everything that has life is expected to grow.

This is exactly the burden of the New Testament.

Peter says,

“As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.” (1 Peter 2:2)

Paul travailed over the Galatian believers, crying,

“My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you.” (Galatians 4:19)

Do you see that? They had already been born again. Yet Christ had not yet been fully formed in them. The seed had been planted. Now it had to grow.

Sadly, many churches stop at making converts while veeeeeeeerrrrrrryyyyyyyy few intentionally make disciples!

We celebrate decisions for Christ, but we do not always teach believers how to grow into the fullness of Christ. As a result, many Christians remain spiritual infants for years.

They have been born…but they have not matured.

They have received the Seed…but they have not allowed it to fill their entire lives.

Some even begin to move in spiritual gifts and experience manifestations of God’s power, yet remain immature in all areas.

This is why, dear sisters, we must understand that there is a difference between the power of God and the presence of God.

Throughout the Old Testament, mighty men experienced the power of God. Moses divided the Red Sea. Elijah called down fire from heaven. Elisha raised the dead. Samson performed extraordinary feats of strength.

Yet none of them experienced what every New Testament believer can now enjoy: the permanent indwelling of the Holy Spirit!

The Spirit came upon them for service. He now comes within us for life.

Power can accomplish mighty works but it is the indwelling presence of God that transforms us into the image of Christ.

That is why miracles alone are never the measure of spiritual maturity. The true evidence of growth is that Christ is increasingly seen in us.

My dear sisters, don’t settle for merely being born again. Don’t stop at the doorway. Don’t spend your entire Christian life celebrating your birth while neglecting your growth.

God’s purpose is far greater than that.

EVERYTHING WAS ALREADY IN THE SEED YOU GOT AT THE NEW BIRTH

Now, my dear sisters, let me show you something that excites me to know.

Never underestimate a seed! A seed may look very small. It may seem insignificant. You can even hold it between two fingers. Yet hidden inside that tiny seed is an entire future!!

Suppose I wanted to grow a Nigerian mango tree in Australia. I would not uproot a full-grown mango tree from Nigeria and ship it across the world. I would simply carry a single mango seed in my pocket. That tiny seed contains everything necessary to become the tree.

The trunk is already there. The branches are already there. The leaves are already there. The flowers are already there. The fruits are already there. Even thousands of future mangoes are already hidden within that one little seed. Everything is there!

It simply has to grow.

That is exactly what happened the day you were born again. God did not place a little piece of Christ inside you. He planted the Seed of His own Life within you!

Everything Christ intends to produce in your life is already contained within that Seed.

Holiness. Love. Joy. Peace. Patience. Faith. Purity. Wisdom. Humility. Power. The very character of Christ. The potential is already there.

Peter says we have become

“…partakers of the divine nature…” (2 Peter 1:4)

John says,

“…his seed remaineth in him…” (1 John 3:9)

Can you see it?

The issue is not whether the Seed is complete. It is.

The issue is whether the Seed is growing.

Think about two children born on the same day. One grows up in an environment filled with love, nourishment, wisdom and good training. Another grows up where there is neglect, poor nutrition and little opportunity to develop.

Both were born with tremendous potential. Yet one matures into the fullness of that potential, while the other develops only a fraction of what was possible.

The difference was not the seed. The difference was the environment.

The same is true spiritually.

Some believers receive the Seed of God and expose themselves continually to His Presence, His Word, prayer, obedience and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. The Seed grows. Christ becomes increasingly visible.

Others receive the very same Seed, yet feed constantly on the world, neglect God’s Word, resist the dealings of the Holy Spirit and live with little hunger for Him.

The Seed is still there. But its growth is greatly hindered, covered, hidden. No wonder the five foolish virgins were shocked that day! Despite all their virginity!

My dear sisters, never blame the Seed. The Seed is perfect. The Seed carries the DNA of Heaven.

The question is:

What kind of environment are you giving the Seed to grow?

Everything God intends you to become is already contained in what He planted in you.

Now He calls you to cooperate with Him until that Seed grows into the full stature of Christ.

DON’T GET STUCK AT THE BEGINNING

My dear sisters, after everything we have studied today, I want to leave you with one solemn warning:

Don’t get stuck at the new birth! God’s goal was never merely to save you from something but to save you unto something!

The greatest tragedy in Christianity today is not that people are not being born again. The greatest tragedy is that so many people stop there.

They celebrate the miracle of their new birth… …but never grow into the purpose of their new birth.

The new birth was never God’s final goal. It was His glorious beginning.

The writer of Hebrews lamented:

“For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God…” (Hebrews 5:12)

Paul also rebuked the Corinthians:

“And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.” (1 Corinthians 3:1)

Oh, such a tragedy!

And sis, many churches unknowingly stop people at the gate. They preach salvation. They rejoice when people come to the altar. They count decisions for Christ. Then they leave believers there. Or immediately turn them into ‘evangelists’ after taking them through the ‘convert class’, saying they have been saved to save others!

Babies becoming evangelists?

As a result, many Christians know they are forgiven, but they do not know how to grow. They know they are saved, but they do not know how to walk with God. They know about Heaven, but they know very little about becoming like Christ.

My dear sisters, don’t settle! Don’t pursue power while neglecting Presence. Don’t remain satisfied with being born when Heaven is longing for Christ to be fully formed in you.

The seed has been planted. Now let it grow. Let it take over your mind. Let it transform your desires. Let it govern your words. Let it reshape your character. Let it fill every part of your life. For this is the reason you were born again.

My dear sisters, if you remember nothing else from today’s study, remember this:

Being born again is the greatest miracle that has ever happened to you.

The day you believed in Christ, your dead spirit came alive, God’s incorruptible Seed was planted within you, Heaven invaded your spirit, you became a child of God, eternity began in you.

What a miracle!

Prayer

Father, thank You for the miracle of the new birth. Thank You for making my dead spirit alive and planting Your incorruptible Seed within me. Father, I refuse to remain where I started. I refuse to spend years standing at the gate of the Kingdom. I refuse to remain an infant. Grow Your Son in me. Let the Seed You planted find good soil in my heart. Remove everything that hinders His growth until Christ is fully formed in me. May I press on into all that You saved me for. In Jesus’ mighty Name, Amen.

STIRRING THE WATERS

Dear sister, it is that special moment. Take the next 10 minutes to stir the waters by praying in the Holy Ghost. Gladly embrace this sacred pause. Let the instrumental below play as you lift your voice in prayer. Do not rush. Pray until your spirit is refreshed and your heart is stirred.

This is Father to daughter.
This is Spirit to spirit.
Yield yourself completely to Him.

If you have not yet received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, this is your moment. Cry out to your loving Father with all your heart:

“Father, fill me! Baptize me! Immerse me in Your Spirit! I need You for life. Holy Spirit, come. Baptize me with the Holy Ghost, and Father, please grant me another Pentecost, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

Let’s start stirring.

TAKE CHARGE

Father, in the mighty Name of Jesus, I present myself before You today. I sanctify my spirit, my soul, my body, my home, and this entire atmosphere unto You. Let every part of me and every space around me come under the government of the Holy Spirit.
By the precious blood of Jesus, I declare that this atmosphere belongs to the Kingdom of God. I establish the Lordship of Jesus Christ over this place. Let every power, every influence, every imagination, every distraction, and every operation of darkness be silenced and brought into absolute submission to the authority of Christ.
I declare that I am a vessel of the living God. My spirit is open to Heaven alone. My ears are open to hear. My eyes are open to see. My heart is soft and ready to receive. Every veil over my understanding is removed in the Name of Jesus. Every resistance to the working of the Holy Spirit is broken.
Father, breathe upon me afresh. Let Your Zoe arise within me. Let every dead place receive Your life. Let every weary place receive Your strength. Let every dark place be flooded with Your light. Let everything in me that is not of Christ bow before the power of Your indestructible life.
I command every strange spirit, every demonic presence, every satanic interference, every spirit of heaviness, confusion, fear, distraction, slumber, deception, oppression, and resistance to the Word of God to leave this atmosphere now, in the mighty Name of Jesus. You have no place here. Jesus Christ is Lord over this home, this room, this meeting, and my life.
I release the rivers of living water from within my spirit to flow freely throughout this atmosphere. Let the presence of God fill this place. Let the ministry of angels prevail. Let the voice of the Holy Spirit be loud and clear. Let Heaven invade this atmosphere.
Today, I take my place as a son of God, a temple of the Holy Spirit, and a carrier of the life of God. I refuse every distraction. I refuse every condemnation. I refuse every limitation. My heart is fixed on Christ, and I receive all that the Father has prepared for me today.
Father, take absolute charge. Glorify Your Son. Let Your Kingdom come. Let Your will be done in me and through me. Let Zoe be unleashed afresh in every part of my life. In the mighty Name of Jesus. Amen.

START PRAYING

Cry out from your heart:

Father, thank You for the greatest miracle You have ever performed in my life. Thank You for the day You made my dead spirit alive. Thank You for causing me to be born again by Your incorruptible Seed. Thank You for translating me out of the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of Your dear Son. Blessed be Your holy Name forever, in Jesus’ Name.

Father, I confess that I have not yet seen the full greatness of the new birth. Open the eyes of my understanding. Let me behold the magnitude of what You accomplished in me the day I was born again. Let this revelation permanently change the way I see myself and the way I walk with You.

Father, if there is any part of my profession of faith that is mere religion, mere emotion or mere tradition, expose it today. Let me experience the genuine miracle of the new birth. Let there be no deception in my Christian life. Let my spirit truly come alive unto You, in the Name of Jesus.

Father, deliver me from dead faith. Give me the kind of faith that trusts You completely and obeys You without reservation. Help me to say “Yes” to every instruction You give me, just as I once said “Yes” to Jesus when You drew me to Him.

Father, thank You for planting Your incorruptible Seed within me. I refuse to frustrate its growth. Remove every weed, every distraction, every worldly affection and every sinful appetite that competes with Your Life in me. Let Your Seed grow unhindered until Christ is fully formed in me.

Father, place me in the right spiritual environment. Give me a hunger for Your Word, a passion for prayer, delight in obedience and deep fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Surround me with everything that will nourish the Seed You have planted in me until it reaches full maturity of Christ in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Father, I refuse to remain a spiritual baby. Deliver me from stagnation. Deliver me from carnality. Deliver me from perpetual milk. Bring me into maturity. Let my Christian life move beyond beginnings into the fullness of Christ, I plead in the mighty Name of Jesus.

Father, this is my greatest cry: form Christ in me. Let His thoughts become my thoughts. Let His desires become my desires. Let His humility, holiness, purity, compassion and obedience become my very life. Empty me of myself until only Christ is seen.

Father, since I have been born into Your Kingdom, let Your Kingdom reign in me. Let Your righteousness govern me. Let Your peace rule my heart. Let Your joy become my strength. Teach me to live as a true citizen of Heaven while I still walk on the earth.

Father, I thank You for the miracle of the new birth, but I refuse to stop at the doorway. Take me beyond spiritual infancy. Take me beyond mere knowledge. Take me beyond religion. Lead me into the fullness of Your purpose until the very Life of Jesus is manifested through me. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen

FATHER’S CORNER

Let the instrumental below play softly while you spend time with your Father. Imagine Him seated right before you. Now, begin to talk to Him as though you can see Him. Heaven is open. Your Father is waiting.

Ask freely. Ask sincerely. Ask for meat, not chaff. Pour out your heart without reservation. This is not a religious exercise; it is a conversation between a Father and His beloved child.

Spend these next 10 minutes unhurried in His presence. If your heart longs to remain longer, please do. Give Him your attention. Listen as much as you speak. Those things in your journal, open them up and cry them out to your Father.

When you are done, round off your time with heartfelt thanksgiving.

PRAYER OF AGREEMENT

Let us pray together as one and see the glory of God. Do not remain silent or just say ‘Amen’. Follow the prayer carefully, open your mouth, and pray along. Repeat each declaration with faith and from the depths of your heart. Let every prayer become your own sincere cry to God.

Remember, this prayer covers every one of us. As you wholeheartedly stand in agreement for your sisters, they are also standing in agreement for you. “Whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them” (Matthew 7:12). Therefore, pray earnestly, believe confidently, and expect the Lord to answer.

Now, let us lift up our voices together in faith.

Shall we agree together in prayers?

I go first, you go with me. Let’s pray.

Our Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, thank You for another day of Juicy July. Thank You because Your mercies are new every morning.

Your Word says that if two of us shall agree on earth concerning anything that we ask, it shall be done by our Father in heaven.

Your Word says that where two or three are gathered together in Your name, You are there in the midst of them.

Therefore, Father, today we stand before You as one family, one altar, and one body in Christ.

We come into agreement according to Your Word, and we receive by faith all that You have purposed to do in this season.

Father, we agree that every participant of Juicy July who has not yet truly encountered Jesus Christ shall be saved.

Let every backslider return home. Let every heart be awakened. Let Christ be revealed, and let many come into the knowledge of the truth.

Father, we agree that every hungry heart shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit. No one desiring the gift of the Holy Spirit will leave Juicy July without experiencing it in Jesus.

Father, we agree concerning every sister and every participant whose spiritual hunger has grown cold. Who have no burden for prayers, Father, awaken them by Your mercy.

Let a fresh hunger for Your presence arise in them. Let a holy burden for prayer fall upon them in Jesus Name.

Fill every participant who has experienced the Holy Ghost baptism afresh, Lord. Stir up every spiritual gift. Awaken every grace. Deepen our intimacy with You.

Empower us to live holy lives, to pray fervently, and to fulfil your will for our lives. Let Your Life be fully unleashed within us in the Name of Jesus.

Father, we agree concerning every participant and every name brought before this altar. Let every sickness bow to the name of Jesus. By His stripes, we decree healing.

We agree for creative miracles, Lord. Let damaged organs be restored, missing parts be created, blind eyes be opened, deaf ears hear, and impossible cases become undeniable testimonies, all for the glory of Jesus Christ.

Father, we agree concerning every waiting family. By Your mercy, release the babies You have promised. Let the sound of rejoicing replace the cry of barrenness.

Heal every husband and every wife. Restore every reproductive system. Open every womb according to Your mercy, and let these children be born for Your glory.

Father, we agree concerning kingdom marriages. Bring together those You have prepared for one another.

Bone to her bone, flesh to his flesh.

Break every demonic influence on their marital life, every delay, every deception, every counterfeit relationship, and every barrier standing against Your purpose. Destroy by fire!

Establish for you, godly homes that will glorify Christ and advance Your Kingdom.

Father, we agree concerning the finances of every participant. Open every door You have ordained.

Open every window of heaven over our lives. Break every chain of lack, stagnation, and financial oppression.

Release divine provision, favour, wisdom, opportunities, and abundant supply, that we may abound unto every good work and have more than enough to advance Your Kingdom.

Father, let Your Kingdom come. Let Your will be done in Africa as it is in heaven. Visit Nigeria and every nation represented in this Juicy July. Let the bloodshed cease. Let kidnappings cease. Let terrorism cease. Let violence and corruption be brought low. Let righteousness be exalted.

Purify Your Church. Remove compromise, falsehood, and worldliness. Raise faithful shepherds, bold witnesses, holy families, and labourers who will make disciples for Your glory.

Holy Spirit, take over the church in Nigeria, Africa and the nations again, by your mercy.

Father, because we carry the life of Christ, we decree that every manifestation of death must give way to life. Let sickness give way to life. Let barrenness give way to life. Let weakness give way to life. Let dryness give way to life. Let fear give way to life. Let discouragement give way to life. Let every area where death has spoken be overwhelmed by the life of God.

Let Zoe be unleashed in us, through us, and around us in Jesus Name.

Juicy July, hear the word of the Lord!

No delays, no roadblocks, and no excuses! Every single day of this month will show the raw Zoe life, light, and power of God!

We decree right now: No problem that came into July with us goes out with us!

Thou pregnant womb of heaven, we open our hands wide and we receive our deliverables! You will not go back with our blessings! You will deliver them all completely, and we are enabled to receive them!

Every power that wants to stop us, we stop you right now by fire! You cannot block our answers, and you cannot delay our testimonies!

It is finished, it is settled, and we have won by the power that is in the blood of Jesus!

In Jesus’ mighty name.

VICTORY DECLARATION

Before you leave today, seal everything the Lord has done in your heart with this declaration of victory. Don’t just listen. Sing it boldly. Let every word become your confession of faith. Christ has finished the work; now walk in the victory He has secured for you.

It is finished…
My Lord cried out loud.

The price has been paid.

It is finished…
The Kingdom invades earth!

It is finished…
Therefore I prevail!

Declare it until your spirit believes it. In Christ, the victory is already yours.
