About WIHS

The Woman In His Steps Discipleship Course is a FREE 8-week program organized by The BUD Family Africa to help women understand what following in the footsteps of the Lord really means, to help deepen women’s faith, and to expose the reality that has been created for us to live as true disciples of Christ in a world that is gradually losing its head.

Who is the course for?

Discipleship?

Oh yes, discipleship! This is one main thing lacking in the church today! It is the missing life causing the stinking death in our religious spheres.

Oh, how true discipleship arms us with the right KNOWLEDGE of what it entails to enter in at the narrow gate- and the POWER to do so! Oh, how wonderful it is to have women empowered with the real thing!

If we allow the teachings to penetrate into our spirits, true discipleship would break us, mold us, sharpen us and make us ready to face the enemies (sin, Satan, self, the world) at the gate, no matter how intense they may seem to be.

This is why the WIHS Discipleship Course is so important. It ensures that each sister understands the cost their Master asks for, is prepared to pay the price to standing firm in their faith and is empowered to do so.

True discipleship arms us with the KNOWLEDGE of what it entails to enter in at the narrow gate- and the POWER to do so!

Why Discipleship Matters

Jesus emphasized the importance of discipleship in Luke 14:27-28:

“And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?”

This scriptural foundation forms the basis of our approach to discipleship.

Discipleship is not just about learning biblical teachings; it’s about now receiving the Power to live the life of Christ. Being empowered to be a part of the rare building blocks that Christ needs to build His tower!

Discipleship if allowed in each life helps to ensure we are not just followers in name, but dedicated and prepared servants of Christ, totally surrendered, fully yielded in a compromising world.
