Esther’s Courts is a 16-week program that transforms women’s lives through the power of God’s word. And we need you to join us in this special mission. Let us show you what it means to be a teacher in Esther’s Courts!

Esther’s Courts: Important Things to Note

• The most important thing is your personal relationship with God. We are looking for teachers who love God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. Teachers who listen to His voice, follow His commands, and share His love with others.
• You will be leading a group of about 10 women who are eager to learn from you. You will need to create a safe and supportive space for them to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You will also need to be passionately concerned about their growth and understanding in Biblical Womanhood. 
• You will need to be comfortable with using online tools like Google Meet or Telegram as you will meet with your group every evening for an hour of lively and meaningful discussion. You will also stay in touch with them throughout the week.
• Each class will run for at least one hour each Sunday
• Every Thursday night, you are expected to attend a preview session of the class with other teachers for one hour. 
• You will need to receive a thorough training session on how to be an effective teacher and leader in this Biblical Womanhood. The training will take place every Wednesday in December 2023. This is to equip you with the necessary things to make a positive impact on your students.
• You will get access to the discipleship materials, including the main coursebook that covers topics on biblical womanhood. You will need to download and print your copies of the materials. You will also need to follow the approved materials and not use any other sources.
• You will need to respect your students’ time and show up prepared for each class. You will also need to complete the assignments and activities before each class. You will need to show your dedication by being consistent and reliable.
• You will need to let your passion for God and His word shine through. You will not only be a teacher, but also a mentor and a friend. You will need to care for your students’ souls and help them grow closer to God. You will also need to be approachable and friendly, making your students feel welcome and valued.
