TOPIC: DRENCHED IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS

Welcome to day 6 of our program. I want to believe you are already getting drenched in the showers of blessings from above. Oh yes! We won’t stop asking for showers upon showers- until we are drenched! Amen?

The past 5 days have been amazing and I want to encourage you to keep the tempo high. Don’t be tired. Don’t get weary.

Give your destiny a great transformation in this month of July.

Be aggressive about receiving your own blessings.

Today, we want to make use of one of the powerful weapons we have as believers.

Many times, we make use of the Name of Jesus, Word of God, and Fire of the Holy Ghost in our prayers. These are very good weapons we’ve got. However, many times, we tend not to put much attention to the usage of The Blood of Jesus.

The efficacious and redemptive BLOOD OF JESUS 🔥🔥. Ever powerful!

The only time many of us tend to remember the Blood of Jesus is when we talk about forgiveness of sin. Of course, the foremost reason for the shedding of the blood of Jesus is for the remission of our sins.

However, in addition to that, do you know that the power of the blood of Jesus has provided everything we need to live a life of victory, including redemption, fellowship, healing, protection, and authority over the devil?

Do you truly know how deep the power of the Blood of Jesus runs and all that it has provided for us?

God is love and the greatest expression of His love to us is the death of Jesus through which there was the shedding of His Blood. That love covers every need man has had or ever will have, and every time we apply the Blood, we experience an outpouring of this love.

Let us look at some of the blessings we’ve got through the Blood of Jesus:

1) Forgiveness and Redemption Through the Blood of Jesus.

“In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.” – Ephesians 1:7, Hebrews 9:22 (KJV)

2) Fellowship With God Through the Blood of Jesus.

“Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter the holiest by the blood of Jesus.” Hebrews 10:19 (KJV)

3) Protection Through the Blood of Jesus

“When I see the blood, I will pass over you.” –Exodus 12:13 (KJV)

Of course, we know that the blood mentioned here is symbolic of what was to come. Today, we don’t use the blood of the lamb for protection but the Blood of Jesus.

4) Authority Over the Devil Through the Blood of Jesus

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony.” – Revelation 12:11 (KJV)

5) Peace

“And having made peace through the blood of His cross” (Colossians 1:20)

Now that you have an understanding of how much the blood of Jesus can work for us, let’s begin to wade in the pool of the Blood of Jesus until we are fully immersed in it. Amen?

ENSURE YOU DON’T JUST RUSH THROUGH THE PRAYER SESSION. TAKE TIME TO REALLY PRAY.

Begin to thank the Father for the benefits and provision of the Blood of Jesus.

Bless the Lord Jesus for shedding His blood on the cross for you

Sincerely thank Him for the privilege of being a user of His Blood.

PART 2

Before you continue, if you know there is still a sin in your life that has not been dealt with. This is the time for you to plead the blood of Jesus for the remission of your sins.

My sister, long before you were born, the provision for your sins was made. Why don’t you settle it all today with Christ? There is no sin that the Blood cannot wash.

Maybe you are saved, congratulations, sis. But why don’t you ask the blood of Jesus to purify you once again?

What about that unhealthy habit?

What about that character flaw?

What about those little impediments?

Ask for the blood of Jesus to thoroughly cleanse you.
