SET OVER NATIONS!

JUICY JULY 2023

DAY 12

THEME: SET OVER NATIONS!

TEXT: JEREMIAH 1:4-10

BIBLE READING: JEREMIAH 18:1-10

Beautiful sisters, it is day 12!

Shout, “Glorrrrrrry!!!”

God is faithful!

It’s been 11 days of intense prayers. Thank you so much for taking out time to bear our sisters’ burdens yesterday. May the Lord bless you immensely.

All these things we have been praying in are not in vain.

Prayers don’t die!

Our prayers have voices! And the voices are loud in the ears of our Master. He ears the voices of our prayers and He hastens to heed to the requests according to His Will.

We shall testify!

Amen?

Say it clearly for yourself.

I SHALL TESTIFY!

If you have not connected to this prayer altar or your mind, soul and spirit have not tuned in to the Juicy July prayers, please get connected! Get connected!

Sharp, sharp, get connected!

Don’t be left behind.

Put your hand on your chest and command your spirit to connect to the what the Lord is doing.

Oh my spirit, connect thou to Divinity during this programme and beyond. Help my spirit, oh Holy Spirit not to be left behind until I get everything You want me to get out of Juicy July 2023 in Jesus Name.

Hit your chest again and cry: My spirit, come alive!

Hit it again and mean it: Open up, thou spirit of mine! Wake up! In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, wake up!

Amen!

Let’s sing this inspiring prayer song before we go on:

Are you boiling already???

Do you feel the parched, dry, thirsty ground opening up already???

CRY: I come out of the mundane into where I have been ordained to occupy in life today in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ!!!!

CRY AGAIN, LAYING YOUR HANDS ON YOUR BELLY: Out of me shall flow rivers of living water. I am a life bearer. I am a life giver. I am a life transferer. Wherever I go, I dispense life! Whoever comes in contact with me from this day forward experiences life in the Name of Jesus!!!

CRY LOUDER: I will die empty! I will die fulfilled! I will die, having finished my course! I am not going to my grave with this weight of glory You have loaded in me, oh Lord, in the Mighty Name of Jesus!!!

CRY AGAIN: Boundaries and limits to my opening up. Limitations and hindrances to the breaking forth of God’s glory in me, what are you waiting for? Break to pieces and be grounded to powder now in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

I can go on and on extracting prayer points from that single song but let’s stop it at this. Ayayayayyayayaya, our Faithful Father is set to bless us again today.

SET OVER NATIONS!

Let’s read our text: Jeremiah 1:4-10

  1. Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
  1. “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”
  1. Then I said, “Ah, Lord God! Behold, I do not know how to speak, for I am only youth.”
  1. But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am only a youth’; for to all to whom I send you, you shall go, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.
  1. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you, declares the Lord.”
  1. Then the Lord put out his hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me, “Behold, I have put my words in your mouth.
  1. See, I have set you this day over nations and over kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.”

.

.

.

.

Twenty-five young students are sitting at their desks in the classroom, minds focused on anything and everything except the complex algebra problem that their teacher is writing on the board.

Suddenly, their reverie is broken by the words of the teacher:

“I need a volunteer to come to the board and solve this simple equation.”

Immediately, students become deeply involved with books under their desks.

Pencils suddenly drop to the floor.

Eyes become engrossed on a page, any page, in textbooks.

No one dares look at the teacher.

“Jeremiah, what about you?” asks the teacher.  “I know you can do it.”

Jeremiah’s heart sinks to the bottom of his new  shoes.

“Why me?” he thinks.

“I can’t do this.  I’ll be humiliated in front of everybody.  I can’t do this.  That teacher has it in for me for no reason.”

Jeremiah rapidly sorts through his head for excuses: headache, coarse voice, chalk allergy.  He sought excuses but none seemed appropriate.

Jeremiah slowly drags himself to the board.  “Come on, Jeremiah.  I’ll be up here with you,” encourages his teacher.  “We’ll go through this together.”

Jeremiah picks up the chalk.  His mind goes blank.  Poor Jeremiah.

We know that sinking feeling all too well.

Each of us has been challenged to accomplish a task that seemed to require more of us than we thought we were able to give.

Each of us has a prepared list of reasonable excuses for just such occasions.

This is precisely what happened to another young boy, Jeremiah, about 627 B.C.  in a small town northeast of Jerusalem.

It was not the words of an algebra teacher that startled Jeremiah.  It was the word of the Lord.

It was not a call to solve a complex math problem that Jeremiah resisted.  It was a call to be a prophet to nations.

It was not a call to stay in the classroom.  It was a call to “go wherever I send you and speak whatever I command you.”

The Lord did not ask Jeremiah to perform a relatively easy task based on a previous homework assignment.

The Lord asked Jeremiah to shatter the complacency of an entire people, “to break down, to destroy, and to overthrow.”

And while incurring the wrath of both his peers and government leaders, “to build and to plant”  seeds of renewal and hope.

This surely was an impossible mission. Jeremiah saw himself to be in serious trouble.

But God was there all the way to tell him He’d be with him. He told him that he had no need to fear.

He wouldn’t have to say a word or prepare sermon notes. If he was ready to yield to him, He, the Lord, would put the words to say in His mouth. Such words that burn!

See, God knows all of us exactly as He knew Jeremiah, and God answers each and every one of our excuses for one simple reason: God has a purpose.

And we human beings, created by God, ARE HERE TO SERVE THAT PURPOSE.

We think our purpose is to work, make money, drive a fancy car, live in a big house, and live the American dream.

These are all earthly purposes, they are not Kingdom purposes.

Take that course. Be a techie mom. Do this. Do that. Those are fine but that’s not purpose!

Those are the things women are taught to pursue these days. Women are told to stop ‘wasting away’ as a wife and or a mom. Arise and find your purpose.

Go into a ministry. Find yourself (as if you were lost). Don’t let your husband or your children destroy your own personal life. Live your life to the fullest and break boundaries.

Okay, thank you for the information, dear world.

Now, as Christians, we are not orphans or fatherless. We have a Father who we can always run to. He created us! I was not a mistake. I didn’t come to this earth without His consent. He formed me and made me.

If you are a creative person, you can agree with me that you don’t make something without a reason.

I made that cake because I FELT LIKE eating pastry! That’s the purpose!

I made that dress so I CAN WEAR IT DURING MY SISTER’S WEDDING. That’s the purpose.

I wrote the story so that PEOPLE CAN BE ENCOURAGED. That’s the purpose.

Now, your Maker made you for a reason also!

And it is only in Him and from Him you can find out what that reason is!

You ask Him, not the world!

You ask Him, not feminists!

You ask Him, not the social media!

Ask your Maker why He made you!

The world says: Be out there! Be seen! Do more!

What if God is actually saying ‘Hey Blessing, do less?’

What if God is saying ‘My glory will be well perfected in you if you aren’t well known?’

John the Baptist was born for a singular purpose- to pave the way for Christ!

As soon as he was done with that, you know what he said?

John 3:30- He must increase, but I must decrease.

In your wardrobe, there are different types of clothings.

Some are for the very cold weather. If you wear them during the hot season, it will be seen as weird.

There are some that are nighties. You wear them only at night. If you a night gown to the church, won’t it look all weird?

Each of the things you possess has its generic purpose: TO BE YOURS AND TO SERVE YOU WELL. TO BE USEFUL TO YOU- but in different ways, dimensions, capacities and times.

Some are to be used outside. Some inside. Some are to be used at night. Some in the day. Some are to stay at home while you travel. Some stay in your handbag everywhere you go.

It doesn’t mean any of these things is better than the other. Each is just performing in the purpose for which it’s been bought/made and that should be great!

The day the liver says it wants to be seen outside the way the eyes are seen, that’s the liver would probably die. The liver was made to be used inwardly. It should be contented with that.

It won’t make any sense for the eyes to decide to go into hiding just like the brain does. Of what use would it be inside when it was meant for sight? Shouldn’t it be at the fore?

Can you see the danger of the ‘BE MORE’, ‘DO MORE’, ‘BE SEEN’ that motivational speakers are clamouring for these days?

God made all of us for a generic purpose- To please and glorify Him. And how He uses us depends on Him.

Right away from the creation of man however, God entrusted man with dominion and authority.

Genesis 1:28 says: And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and SUBDUE IT: and have DOMINION over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and OVER EVERY LIVING THING THAT MOVETH UPON THE EARTH.

We have been equipped with the power to subdue the earth!!!!

No matter what area the Lord wants us to function. Whether publicly or privately. Whether people would know us or in secrecy. Whether we are to function inside or outside.

One thing is for sure- HE WANTS US TO SUBDUE THE EARTH!

HE WANTS US TO HAVE DOMINION OVER EVERYTHING!!!

We are God’s DEPUTIES created in the image and likeness of God.

We occupy a position that is high and great in creation

Man was told to exercise dominion, subdue the earth and replenish it.

Man was never asked to be an onlooker and just be a nonentity.

Jeremiah 1:10, our main verse for today says :

“See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant”.

The first thing is that:

You have been placed over nations and kingdoms.

It might be large. It might be little. It might be popular. It might be unpopular. It might be in your home. It might be in the church. It might be with millions of people or maybe just one person.

Let me give you an example of a woman called Elisabeth Elliot. You just search for this woman on Google and you’d see how many marriages and individuals she’s single-handedly affected for the Lord.

But my focus is not on her today but on her mum. Her mum was her major mentor. That was who placed her feet on the path of righteousness and taught her word for word and by example, how to be a woman that fears the Lord.

When the woman was alive, it might have felt as if she had no purpose except raising Elisabeth and her siblings. It would be described as ‘wasting away’ in the language of these days. But it was her purpose to raise unto the world an Elisabeth Elliot- and she fulfilled her purpose!!!

WHAT WERE YOU CREATED FOR FROM JEREMIAH 1:10?

-TO ROOT OUT

Root out evil in the kingdom over which the Lord has placed you.

-TO PULL DOWN

Pull down strongholds in your territory in the nation’s over which you have been set.

-TO DESTROY

Destroy the works of evil in your domain

-TO THROW DOWN

Throw down evil altars around you

-TO BUILD

To build the Kingdom of God here on earth

TO PLANT

To plant the Word everywhere you go

This is purpose!

Don’t let the world plant discontent in you.

Don’t let the world dictate to you that you need to be more than the Lord has ordained you to be.

You don’t have to do many things to be purposeful.

It might just be one or two or three or more. And that’s okay.

Don’t run after THE LUST OF YOUR FLESH in the guise of doing God’s Will. You won’t cause Heaven-shaking encounters here on the part of the earth, nation, home, family that the Lord has planted you to operate if you do that.

Jesus has given us delegated authority and power of attorney to act with authority in EVERY SPHERE OF OUR EXISTENCE.

We are God’s legislative and enforcement agents.

We are Christ’s ambassadors  on earth and we MUST ENFORCE THE WILL OF GOD ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.

The enemy will continue to run riot if you do not take authority.

Having conferred on us impregnable and irresistible authority, WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS IN OUR DOMAIN.

We are to use God’s authority and power in the Name of JESUS to stop the nefarious activities of the wicked one everywhere we find ourselves.

We are created for a purpose

WHAT IS THE GOD KINDA PURPOSE?

For Christians, purpose is:

-Being and doing what God intends us to be and do:

As a woman, what does the Lord want me to be? What does He want me to do? When you stay in there and ask Him to lead you daily in the path He’s charted for your life, oh how amazing! Oh how purposeful your life will be.

One little woman in your community might die having lived out her purpose than the other popular woman you listen to on radio, YouTube or wherever who went out of the purpose of the Lord for her life.

Popularity is not purpose!

Fame is not purpose!

Noise is not purpose!

Applauses are not necessarily purpose!

Doing what God intends us to do and being what He intends us to be- that is purpose!

It is from there we can be able to shake nations. It is from there we can wreak havoc against the wiles of the Devil!

-Doing today what God asks us to do in our family, church, and community.

-Being more like Christ; and then

-Doing the distinct, bold work God designed us to do before we die!

To be clearer, let us look at some women in the scriptures and see how they lived lives of purpose for God:

EXPLORING BIBLICAL WOMEN IN THE FULFILLMENT OF GOD’S PURPOSES

-Sarah became the mother of all nations. She was submissive to Abraham even when his decisions created challenging situations for her (Gen. 12:1-2; 17:15-16).

Sarah’s submission to Abraham was one thing that touched even the heart of the Lord. Abraham told her to pack all her load and let them go.

‘Go to where my Lord?’

‘I don’t even know my wife. Just let’s go’

If it were to be today, so many women would fight Abraham. They would report to the pastor. They would call their husbands names. They’d suggest him going for psychiatric evaluation. They might even threaten divorce.

But not Sarah!

The Bible said she even called him ‘Lord’ and you know, she followed him about blindly like that, forsaking her families, comfort zone and so on. Submission to the Lord in her husband.

She chose to rather stick to this man. She allowed her husband to be who the Lord wanted him to be. She could have killed the dream but she helped it come to a reality. That was the purpose for which she was born. To be the blessed wife of the blessed Abraham and be the woman who would raise Isaac!

That is purpose.

Looks mundane but that was what she was ordained for!

-Rahab hid the messengers whom Joshua sent out to spy out Jericho. She was the mother of Boaz and is a significant example of how God uses anyone who repents of their sin (Jos. 6:23-25; Matt. 1:5; Heb. 11:31).

This woman’s purpose was simply to ensure the people of God get a passage into the promised land but availing them the opportunity to come inside and spy on the land.

Simple, mundane-looking purpose, right?

Susanna was to raise John Wesley to the world!

Mundane-looking but Heavenly ordained!

Ruth left all that was familiar to her to care for her mother-in-law. She is the only woman in Scripture identified as “a worthy woman or virtuous woman.” Her heavenly Father provided her with a godly husband, Boaz, and she was blessed to be the mother of Obed, the foremother of David and invariably, Jesus!  (Ruth 1:16, 3:11, 4:13-17; Matt. 1:5).

All she did was decide to follow God! All she did was denounce her idols! All she did was seek a man of God’s people to marry.

That was purpose there!

Esther risked her life to go before the king in defense of her people (Esther 4:14).

This lady was intentionally planted in Mordecai’s house to be raised in a Godly way for a purpose- to deliver God’s people!

And she fulfilled her purpose!

Mary, the mother of Jesus, was the willing “servant of the Lord.” Her servanthood allowed her to be the Mother of Jesus,  he Savior of the world (Matt 1:21; Luke 1:28-56).

Mary didn’t care that her life was being interrupted. She didn’t care that people won’t see her as a virgin because of what the Holy Spirit was set to do in her. She didn’t care what even her fiancé would say.

She heard from the Lord, and she said ‘Oh, do with me as You would, Lord!’

That was her purpose!

To birth and raise Jesus Christ!

Mundane right? Well, to the human brain maybe but oh, to Heaven, that was a huge one!

Anna used her widowhood to serve God with prayers and fastings day and night (Luke 2:36-38).

Elizabeth walked in all the commandments of the Lord. She was chosen to be the mother of John the Baptist (Luke 1:5-17).

Eunice planted a deep and unfeigned faith in her son, Timothy (2 Tim 1:5).

This is what purpose looks like.

You don’t have to forsake your home to fulfil purpose like the world is telling you to!

You don’t have to travel far and near to fulfill your purpose, except that it is in God’s plan for you.

Fulfil purpose right where you are now! As children of God, you have been placed with your roommate for a purpose.

Root out Devilish ideologies they have. Plant the right ideologies. Stop keeping quiet, waiting for the time to hear God calling you.

He’s called you already! Start small where you are. Start fulfilling your daily purpose and allow Him take it from there!

For what reason have I been brought into the life of my husband??

For what purpose has the Lord made me the mother of this children?

Why am I an usher in the church?

What’s the purpose for my working in the bank at this time of my life?

to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant

As a single, you don’t have to hate the thought of marriage, hate marriage, loathe men and fear submission because you have a ‘purpose’ you are pursuing and you think marriage and children would kill ‘this purpose.’

Any purpose that is making you dread the beautiful ministry of a godly marriage and raising of Godly seeds for God is definitely something that needs to be checked.

Because whether you like it or not, Titus 2:3-5 already explains two main purposes we have been called to. Every other thing is extra:

‘…that they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.’

Women are to be taught these!

This is the Bible-way.

Don’t let any self-sponsored purpose fight the ordained ones.

If you know that your purpose also lies in how much you are able to do in your spouse and children, I guess you will do better at working on your home then instead of seeing it as a ‘purpose-killer’!

.

.

.

The Lord set Jeremiah over nations and kingdoms (territory)

The influence of Jeremiah was determined by God.

Your territory might not be over nations and it might be.

It might be over your family, over your community, over your city, over a class that you teach, a church unit you lead etc.

You do have a territory to influence for God.

Whatever that territory is, it has become your nation!

There is a territory awaiting your manifestation

Awaiting the light of God in you to shine forth.

GETTING EQUIPPED FOR PURPOSE?

– GOD’S WORD/VOICE:

(Jer. 1:4) Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

The Creative Voice of the Lord- oh how we need it!

If we are listening to this voice, it will be difficult to listen to the other voices around!

If God speaks to us, oh how glorious would our walk with Him and work for Him be.

The Word came to Mary. It came to even Esther, in the form of a letter from Mordecai.

Oh how great would it be if we can just crave to hear God speak to us!

Oh how amazing would it be if we can just crave for the Lord to shine His light on our paths!

When He speaks, there’s light. There’s clarity. There’s something to hold on to. You won’t go marry the wrong person. You won’t go put those children in the wrong school. You won’t mentor that person with that method but His divinely specified method.

Oh for His voice!

Oh for God’s Word!

– GOD’S PRESENCE

(V.7) But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am only a youth’; for to all to whom I send you, you shall go, and whatever I command you, you shall speak. 8. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you, declares the Lord.”

In the end it is not Jeremiah that is important but what God accomplishes through Him and for Him.

In the end it is not you that is important but what God accomplishes through you and for Him.

In the end it is not me that is important but what God accomplishes through me and for Him.

We’ve got to do away with the excuses and rely on the Lord.

Poor Jeremiah, he tried the best excuse in his repertoire to get out of this awesome request: “Ah, Lord God, I don’t know how to speak, for I am only a boy.”

God created Jeremiah for a particular vocation. And in the verses above, God began to make Jeremiah aware of it.

True, Jeremiah was a young man, probably 18 or 19, when God began to move him deeply. But age does not seem to matter so much to God.

Neither age nor qualification makes much difference to God. Amos was a simple farmer and a shepherd.

The disciples? They were fishermen, tax collectors, radicals.

These are the kinds of people God calls for high purposes: the weak and the foolish, the low and the despised, the very young and the very old.

This is an amazing reality, that God has a habit of using people just like you and me to change the world.

It doesn’t matter if you think you are inadequate for what the Lord has called you to do.

Subscribe to His Presence today. Depend fully on Him. Don’t be overconfident. Ask Him for the right words to say. Tell Him to teach you how to go about it.

That’s purpose!

GOD’S TOUCH:

9. Then the Lord put out his hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me, “Behold, I have put my words in your mouth.

A touch from God!

To be a sweet, content, submissive, impactful wife, you need the touch.

To raise children that Hell will fear, you need the touch!

To preach and witness the salvation of souls, you need the touch!

To be an influence no matter how small or big, you need the touch!

To raise disciples for the Lord who would go about the earth, shine the fire they caught from you, you need the touch!

SET ABOVE NATIONS!

.

.

.

What are the things in your kingdom, in your territory, in your nations that need to be rooted out and pulled down?

Negative ideologies about God, the Will of God, marriage, raising children?

Prayerlessness?

Self-centeredness??

Demonic influences?

Addictions?

Ask the Lord to teach your arms to war so that a bow of steel is broken by your arms.

War against the enemies of your territory.

War against any evil fighting God’s Will from coming for pass in your marriage.

You have been set over nations!

You need to uproot the terrible weeds, destroy the lies and devilish ideologies your children have been fed with, pull down the wrong doctrines you’ve seen your friends, families or followers swallowing …

That area where you keep feeling the Lord pulling you.

That area of God’s laws that seems to hurt you when people break them, that might be where your purpose lies. Don’t hide and wait till you are well equipped. Tell God you are ready. Let him touch your tongue. Tell him to put His word in your mouth and go forth waging wars!!

That is purpose!

.

.

.

PURPOSEFULLY live each day one step at a time. Love God. Spread His love. Plant good seeds. Build a fiery prayer altar. Plant good seeds into your children’s life. Pray over them.

Do the small things and be faithful there. It might please the Lord to put you in charge of a bigger territory if He’s found you faithful in the little territory over which He’s placed you now. Or it might just please Him to have you maintain a little territory till you pass on to glory. Whatever the case, be faithful!

As a married woman, before you hurriedly run out of your home to go after a ‘purpose’, first realize that the home He’s planted you in is the first territory you must conquer for Him. You fail there, you fail everywhere!

That small fellowship of ten sisters he’s committed into your hands. Or that younger sister of yours who loves God and pursues after you so you can tell her more about Him – those are your nations over which He’s placed you right now. Be faithful there and He might or might not increase the influence. He decides that of His own volition.

Stop waiting for one big purpose to suddenly fall upon you. Search the Scriptures, the purpose for your creation is described there already. Look around you and share God’s love. Be faithful at it. It is the one that is busy, who is not hiding her one talent, who is not envying others with 10 talents, that the Lord will increase and back up.

Before we go into the prayers, let’s sing this song:

SO WILL I by Hillsong

(Download here)

God of creation

There at the start

Before the beginning of time

With no point of reference

You spoke to the dark

And fleshed out the wonder of light

And as You speak

A hundred billion galaxies are born

In the vapour of Your breath the planets form

If the stars were made to worship, so will I

I can see Your heart in everything You’ve made

Every burning star

A signal fire of grace

If creation sings Your praises, so will I

God of Your promise

You don’t speak in vain

No syllable empty or void

For once You have spoken

All nature and science

Follow the sound of Your voice

And as You speak

A hundred billion creatures catch Your breath

Evolving in pursuit of what You said

If it all reveals Your nature so will I

I can see Your heart in everything You say

Every painted sky

A canvas of Your grace

If creation still obeys You, so will I

So will I

So will I

If the stars were made to worship, so will I

If the mountains bow in reverence, so will I

If the oceans roar Your greatness, so will I

For if everything exists to lift You high, so will I

If the wind goes where You send it, so will I

If the rocks cry out in silence, so will I

If the sum of all our praises still falls shy

Then we’ll sing again a hundred billion times

God of salvation

You chased down my heart

Through all of my failure and pride

On a hill You created

The Light of the world

Abandoned in darkness to die

And as You speak

A hundred billion failures disappear

Where You lost Your life so I could find it here

If You left the grave behind You, so will I

I can see Your heart in everything You’ve done

Every part designed in a work of art called love

If You gladly chose surrender, so will I

I can see Your heart, a billion different ways

Every precious one, a child You died to save

And if You gave Your life to love them so will I

Like You would again a hundred billion times

But what measure could amount to Your desire?

You’re the One who never leaves the one behind

SHALL WE PRAY?

Begin to worship the Name of the Lord for the privilege to learn at His feet again today.

Worship Him for all you have learnt in prayers again today.

Call the Lord wonderful names from the depth of your heart before you move on.

.

.

.

PAUSE AND THINK

Are you a child of God?

Are you obedient to Him?

Do you say ‘yes’ to Him or are you fond of doing things your own way?

See, the only people who can please God, glorify Him and do His purpose are the cleansed ones. The obedient ones. The ones who love Him.

If you are not known by Him or are disobedient to Him, of what use is your service for Him?

Of what use is a faulty radio in the house? It is useless. It either becomes decorative or is thrown away!

So, begin to ask the Lord for mercy. Go before Him and ask Him to forgive your past disobedience. Your haughtiness. Your pride. Your dishonour towards Him.

Confess all the ways you know you have lived in the past that gives no glory to Him.

Now, promise Him that you won’t continue in those paths of destruction anymore.

Ask Him for this day forward to live a life that is worthy of Him. A life of glory. A life that pleases Him.

FOR WE HAVE PRAYED IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS CHRIST! AMEN!

SING THIS SONG THREE TIMES (OR MORE) IF YOU KNOW IT.

Lo mi o (Use me)

Lo mi fogo Re (Use me for your glory)

Tire ni mo je o (I am yours)

Oluwa lo mi fogo Re (Lord, use me for your glory)

NOW PRAY:

Thank You Lord for choosing me.

Thank You Lord for having me in mind in your purpose for this earth.

Thank You Lord because I will not be replaced  by anyone in the fulfilment of the assignment You’ve earmarked for me to do in life.

From this day forward, oh Lord, help me to stop living for myself and to start living for you in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ!

Father, what would you have me do exactly? You spoke to Jeremiah. You spoke to Moses. You spoke to Esther. Speak to me, Lord.

Speak to me Lord (Ask slowly and penitently, 14 times, pausing to hear Him)

(Hold your ears) You physical and spiritual ears of mine, become open now to receive Heavenly and divine instructions in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

O God, please touch my mouth!

Let the fire from your altar touch my body, soul and spirit.

Touch my life. Touch my mouth. Let every area of my life receive a touch now, Lord.

Just as You touched Jeremiah and there was a transformation, Jesus, touch me! Oh Jesus, touch me! (7x, your hands raised to Heaven. Don’t rush it)

Lord, please take away fear out of my life now!

Lord, please take away the feelings of inadequacies out of my life now!

Lord, please take away the spirit of comparisons out of my life now!

Lord, please take away inferiority complex out of my life now!

Lord, please repair every impairment caused in my life by my upbringing which might try to lead me off the purpose for which I was created in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Lord, you have set me above nations and kingdoms. Help me to assume the slot you have reserved for me to occupy and function in oh Lord.

I receive the authority to uproot and destroy anything contrary to life and godliness in my territory!

I receive the grace, wisdom and power to plant and build all that is needed in my life, family, territory and nations you have placed me over.

O God, deliver me from everything that has pulled me down and caused me to appear like a fatherless daughter when I have You.

In ways I have started running another man’s race, oh Lord, pull me off their track back into the original course of my own life in Jesus Name.

Teach me to be contented with the slot You have assigned for me in life in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

I am sorry for looking down on and hiding under the bushel the one or two talents You have given me because I see others with bigger territories than I have.

All the lies of the enemies that seek to uproot me from where You have planted me oh Lord, which I have already believed, I vomit them now.

From this day forward, I begin to consume and walk in your truth. In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.

Because God has touched me, I have been set over all my challenges. They have all become as nothing.

Today, I take my possessions. Today, I take my place.

I won’t pursue the world’s definition of purpose.

I won’t pursue what seems good to me to be purpose.

Help me Lord to run after only what You want me to run after.

I will not be a covetous daughter to you my father. Help me to be contented with what you allow me do, how you want me to do it and where. Don’t let me choose my death oh Lord just because it looks more shiny and huge.

Help me to make a great impact in this generation, oh Lord.

By the power in the name of Jesus and the authority given to me, I plant! I build! I receive the power of multiplication.

All excuses trying to stop my rising, I command you to lose your hold over me.

Put your words in my mouth oh Lord! You told Jeremiah that you would teach him what to say.

In Exodus 4:12, you told Moses that ‘Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say.’

Oh, henceforth, be with my mouth and teach me what to say. Let no idle, unnecessary word come out of my tongue, Lord.

Help me henceforth to speak with fire!!! (Repeat 21 times, touching your mouth, tongue, lips intermittently)

From this day forward, I plant peace into my family.

I plant joy into my life.

I plant peace into my husband.

I decree greatness be built in my life. I speak life to all who I meet daily.

I decree that as I plant, it shall yield forth good fruits

Continue to pray as the Lord leads you.

Raise your prayer journal to the Lord and thank Him because you have received everything in there by His grace, to His glory.
