PRAYING FOR MY FUTURE HUSBAND DAY 23

Day 23 Prayer Focus:

Father, cause him to become everything You created him to be, strong in faith, ready for destiny, able to love like Christ and lead with wisdom. Establish our marriage as a testimony of covenant victory in Jesus’ Name.

 

Before You Pray

Hey sisters, today we want to pray. We’re going to pray for your future husband. That he will become everything God had in mind when He created him. You see, there are many men out there who never become what God made them to be. Some are alive, walking, working, even praying, but the man God created inside them has not yet been born.

There are certain levels your husband should have reached before he even meets you. There are certain things he should have conquered before your wedding day. There are certain depths of the Spirit he should have tasted before he holds your hand and says “I do.”

And it doesn’t stop there. By the time your first child comes, there’s a realm he should have stepped into as a father. And when your second child comes, there’s another level that should have broken over him. By the time you’re ten years married, there’s something both of you should have become. Oh yes! You both are meant to be a living proof of God’s design for marriage.

So, this prayer today is not just for a man who can buy you gifts or call you sweet names alone. You’re praying for a man who is becoming. A man who is being shaped daily by God’s hands. A man who grows in prayer, in wisdom, in patience, in authority. A man who is not stagnant by any means.

You are praying that wherever he is right now, in school, at work, in ministry, maybe even struggling, God will begin to build him up. That God will form him into the man who can carry your destiny together, not a half-baked man.

Every man is a project in God’s hand. No man comes fully made, sis. God makes men in His secret workshop, through fire, through pressure, through process. So, you must pray that your future husband will not jump out of God’s workshop half-baked. Because if he does, he will not be able to carry the weight of destiny. He won’t be able to carry you.

And see, there are powers that fight a man’s becoming. Powers that want him to remain small. Powers that want him to keep repeating the same mistakes his fathers made. Powers that want him to stop growing the moment comfort comes. But not your husband in the mighty Name of Jesus.

You will pray that every power fighting his growth, fighting his rising, fighting his becoming a godly man, a glorious man, will perish by fire. You will pray that God Himself will take over his formation, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically, until he becomes a man of depth, love, vision, and authority.

So, when you pray today, sis, pray with fire. Pray with focus. Pray like someone who knows that what God builds cannot fail. And oh yes, our Father never fails!

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, I lift up David, my future husband, before You today. Lord, begin Your work of becoming in his life. Let everything You designed him to be come alive now. Let every glory hidden inside him begin to manifest by fire in the mighty Name of Jesus.

Every power fighting my future husband’s becoming, perish by fire! Every spirit of laziness, distraction, and confusion that is delaying his process, I scatter you in the name of Jesus! Every attack on his prayer life, his mind, his purity, his discipline, his focus, be destroyed now in the glorious Name of Jesus!

Lord, wherever my future husband is, whether he’s walking in purpose or still struggling in circles, let Your fire find him. Let Your hand rest heavily upon him. Refine him, O Lord. Burn out every weakness that can ruin his home. Purge him of pride, lust, greed, and immaturity in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

I decree that my future husband will not remain small. He will not be an unfinished man. He will grow in wisdom, in faith, in love, in understanding. He will rise to lead, to guide, to cover me and our children. He will not be tossed around by the wind of this world. He will be rooted in truth, grounded in Your Word, and filled with Your Spirit in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Father, whatever You need to take him through to make him strong, take him through it. Whatever process You need to use to make him a warrior, use it. Do not let him escape the fire that will refine him. Make him the kind of man who will love like Christ, lead like Moses, and intercede like Abraham in the Mighty Name of Jesus. 

Oh Lord, build him until hell fears his name. Build him until heaven trusts him. Build him until I can safely follow him. Let him not be a man who carries a woman before he carries the cross. Teach him to be led of you before he leads me. Teach him to love You before he loves me.

Every power warring against his destiny, his progress, his ministry, his mind, his finances, his peace, his marriage, perish by fire in the name of Jesus! Every stronghold that says he will not rise into the fullness of who You made him to be, scatter by thunder, in the Name of Jesus!

Lord, let his life rise like a city set on a hill. Let his walk with You be consistent and strong. Let our marriage become a testimony of Your covenant, not just a union of two people, but the formation of a divine army by the power in the Name of Jesus.

Thank You, Father, because You are raising a man after Your heart. You are making him ready for destiny, for marriage, for kingdom assignment. Glory to Your name, in Jesus’ mighty name I pray. Amen.

Now, Declare

I declare that my future husband is becoming everything God designed him to be. He will not be small. He will not be delayed. He will not be confused. He will not be trapped in mediocrity.

I declare that every power warring against his growth, his purity, his vision, and his faith, is destroyed now in the name of Jesus. He is rising in strength, in love, and in fire.

I declare that he will carry the presence of God. He will walk in authority. He will lead our home with wisdom and cover us with prayer.

Our marriage will be a proof of God’s covenant power. It will be unshakable, unbreakable, and unstoppable. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen!
