THE BUD FAMILY AFRICA

MONTHLY PRAYER AND  FASTING  BULLETIN FOR JUNE 2026

TEXT: 1 KINGS 18: 41-46

Hallelujah, dear sisters!!

Can you hear the sound of a mighty rain coming?

I can!!

ECHOES OF TRUTH

And I trust the Lord that we all will hear this same sound! Amen?

Welcome to June’s monthly prayer and fasting program. If it had not been the mercies of the Lord, we would never have come this far. If the Lord had not been good to us, in spite all, where would we be? If His Presence had not been abiding, what shall people have said of us?

Is the Lord not good?

Is He not gracious?

Is He not mercieful?

Has He not blessed us with bread, water, and all we need for life?

And for godliness?

Has His love not been so evident?

Would it have been a profitable venture in June if God had not rained His blessings on us?

Would our lives be intact if He had not preserved us?

Would we have been healed of all infirmities if He had not healed us?

Would our many answered prayers have come to life if He had not ordained them?

Bless the Lord, sister!

Bless the Lord, oh my soul, let all that is within me, bless His Holy Name!

Bless the Lord, oh my soul, worship His Holy Name, sing like never before, oh my soul, worship His Holy Name!

Bless the Lord, oh my soul, and forget not His benefits!

He who hath blessed us daily with benefits, He who is the God of our salvation!

The One on whom we cast all our cares and He sustains us, for He cares for us!

Bless Him!

Bless Him!

Bless the Lord!!!

Shall we sing this song to ABBA:

10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord) by Matt Redman

Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul
Worship His holy name
Sing like never before, O my soul
I’ll worship Your holy name

The sun comes up, it’s a new day dawning
It’s time to sing Your song again
Whatever may pass and whatever lies before me
Let me be singing when the evening comes

Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul
Worship His holy name
Sing like never before, O my soul
I’ll worship Your holy name

You’re rich in love and You’re slow to anger
Your name is great and Your heart is kind
For all Your goodness, I will keep on singing
Ten thousand reasons for my heart to find

So bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul
Worship His holy name
Sing like never before, O my soul
I’ll worship Your holy name (bless You, Lord)

And on that day when my strength is failing
The end draws near and my time has come
Still my soul will sing Your praise unending
Ten thousand years and then forevermore (forevermore)

Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul
Worship His holy name
Sing like never before, O my soul
I’ll worship Your holy name (c’mon)

Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul
Worship His holy name
Sing like never before, O my soul
I’ll worship Your holy name
Yes, I will worship Your holy name
Lord, I’ll worship Your holy name

Sing like never before, O my soul
I’ll worship Your holy name
Jesus, I will worship Your holy name
Worship Your holy name

A resounding Amen!!!

Travailing for the Unleashing

In just a few days, we will be climbing the mountain we have faithfully climbed over the past seven years by the special grace of God. This year marks the eighth time we will be going up higher! God has indeed been faithful!

Some sisters have climbed seven years in a row and are set for the eighth time. Some have climbed for fewer years, and some will be trying it out for the very first time this year. Glory to God!

Whatever category we fall into, one thing is certain every year: The Lord has not called the BUD Family Africa, or anyone who comes under this cloud, to seek Him in vain! Never! He has always honored us with His glorious presence, and even for this year, He is here already!

Ameeeen!

Whatever it takes, plan to “juice all the juicables” in the month of July.

It would be a tragedy to have heaven opened to us, to have God already prepared on our behalf, and yet all we seek on a mountain that takes thirty-one days to climb is a mere cup of water when we could have received an entire ocean!

No, sister! We must be set to allow the Lord to bless us, for He seeks a heart that is set and willing to receive all He has to offer.

We must not climb Juicy July without emptying ourselves to receive of His fullness.

We must go sowing into July with our tears, so that we may reap with joy.

We must go forth weeping, bearing precious seeds, so that we may return rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves!

We must be fully set to have the Lord unleash His Life, ZOE, upon us, so that we, in turn, can unleash His Life to the decaying world around us. Amen!

Travailing for the Unleashing

Today, we will consider this topic: “Travailing for the Unleashing.” May the Lord open our hearts to understand His word and speak to each of us individually in Jesus’ name! Amen!

What Does It Mean to Travail?

We all should be aware by now that Juicy July 2026 is tagged ZOE UNLEASHED! As we prepare our hearts for this program, it becomes necessary to understand the absolute importance of entering into a state of spiritual travail.

To travail means:

  1. To engage in painful, strenuous, and intense spiritual labor.

  2. To suffer the pangs of childbirth: to groan in the spirit until a thing is brought forth.

  3. To remain resolutely fixed and insistent in the pressing of a matter before God, despite outward opposition.

In all of these descriptions, one thing stands out: insistence! Insistence till a result is seen!

This is exactly the disposition the Lord wants us to maintain in this coming month as we travail for the unleashing.

The Pattern of Elijah’s Faith

Let’s consider our main text:

1 Kings 18:41 (NLT)

“Then Elijah said to Ahab, ‘Go get something to eat and drink, for I hear a mighty rainstorm coming!'”

Let’s pause here.

Elijah heard the rainstorm coming in the spirit. He hadn’t seen it physically yet, but he announced it with great faith!

He who desires to receive anything from God must first train his ears to the sounds in the spirit!

We cannot simply call things forth into manifestation if we have not first had the faith to believe they exist in the realm of the spirit, sisters!

Faith is the vital spiritual instrument that aids us in picking up signals from heaven, aligning us perfectly with God’s will.

We have been talking intensely about birth pangs, about labor, and about travail. But let us pause for a moment and look at the natural order of things. Birth pangs and travails only happen to one specific set of people. Who are they?

Pregnant people! Correct!

So, let me ask you point-blank, sister: Are you pregnant?

Before you look at your physical body and answer “no,” look at your spirit man.

Because in the realm of the spirit, a woman who does not carry a pregnancy has no business in the delivery room!

You cannot experience birth pangs for a child you never conceived.

You cannot travail for an outpouring you haven’t first carried as a burden in your secret place.

Elijah didn’t just climb Mount Carmel and randomly put his head between his knees to groan. No! He was spiritually pregnant with the sound of abundance he had already caught in his spirit. He only went up that mountain to deliver what he was already carrying inside!

Many of us want the dramatic “suddenly” of the rain, but we are empty of the promise or of the sight or of the smell or imagination.

We want to shout “Zoe Unleashed!” but we haven’t spent time allowing the Holy Spirit to brood upon us as the season approaches.

If you are going to labor fruitfully in Juicy July, you must ask the Holy Spirit to impregnate your heart with a vision, a word, a promise, or a holy desperation for your life, your family, and your generation.

When you are heavy with the purposes of God, you won’t need anyone to beg you to pray at 2:00 AM. The sheer weight of what you carry will push you to your knees! You are mainly at ease because you carry nothing yet.

Sisters, let us not enter this month empty. Let us tarry until we are fully loaded, because it is only she who is pregnant that has the legal right to travail for a manifestation!

Faith for the Travailing

The Elijah kind of faith is the exact type of faith and trust we need the Lord to help us build. When the Bible tells us that Elijah prayed and the rain stopped, and he prayed again and the rain came, it was the product of knowing how faith can open and shut windows in the spirit. This is exactly what Jesus told His disciples:

Matthew 16:19

‘I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth is already bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosed in heaven.’

Faith is that key!

Hearing vs. Seeing

Let’s read further in verses 42-43:

1 Kings 18:42-43 (NLT)

“So Ahab went to eat and drink. But Elijah climbed to the top of Mount Carmel and bowed low to the ground and prayed with his face between his knees. Then he said to his servant, ‘Go and look out toward the sea.’ The servant went and looked, then returned to Elijah and said, ‘I didn’t see anything.’ Seven times Elijah told him to go and look.”

Ahab heard the announcement, relaxed, and went off to eat and drink. He could have waited until he saw the manifestation of the rain, but he chose comfort instead.

Elijah, however, reveals to us that hearing a promise is not the same as touching its manifestation.

If you want to see the rain, touch it, and make use of the water that falls, the next step isn’t to go eat and drink. The next step is to go up the mountain and begin to travail for the rain!

Elijah did not join in the merriment while waiting for the rain he heard. He did not go to sleep. Instead, he went back to the altar so his prayers could ascend to heaven and pull that rain down to earth. It was a matter of necessity.

Perhaps this is how he prayed when he shut the heavens originally. But the greater lesson for us is what the Bible reveals here: We must Pray Until Something Happens (P.U.S.H.)!

We must birth through travail what has been witnessed to our ears in the spirit.

TRAVAILING FOR THE UNLEASHING

The Travailing of Mount Carmel

Elijah went to pray. He prayed intensely, and at intervals, he asked his servant to go and look. He gave it everything, even enduring bodily discomfort by putting his head between his knees to shut out all external distractions so he could pull down what had to come upon the earth.

Some of us live beneath God’s intentions for our lives, making it look as though God’s promises fail. However, God is NOT a liar. He can never and will never be!

Numbers 23:19

‘God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?’

The reason we may not be seeing the reality of the promises and sounds we have heard in the spirit is that we haven’t pressed into prayer and tarried in travail until the birthing, just like Elijah did.

The reason God’s word hasn’t borne fruit in certain areas of our lives is likely because we haven’t locked our hearts into the place of prayer: tarrying, persisting, persevering, travailing, until we see that tiny cloud, the size of a man’s hand, appear.

Elijah certainly did not pray casually, as though he were strolling through a park. Even when the answer didn’t appear immediately, he didn’t rest or get discouraged. He stayed in that position of labor. We may never know exactly how long it took, but he stayed.

Lord, help us as sisters to stay, pray, and wait until we see a manifestation, and even after we see it, to remain in that place of spiritual travail!

The Seventh Time

1 Kings 18:44-46 (NLT)

“Finally the seventh time, his servant told him, ‘I saw a little cloud about the size of a man’s hand rising from the sea.’ Then Elijah shouted, ‘Hurry to Ahab and tell him, “Climb into your chariot and go back home. If you don’t hurry, the rain will stop you!”‘ And soon the sky was black with clouds. A heavy wind brought a terrific rainstorm, and Ahab left quickly for Jezreel. Then the Lord gave special strength to Elijah. He tucked his cloak into his belt and ran ahead of Ahab’s chariot all the way to the entrance of Jezreel.”

The “seventh time” for you might be one of the specific days during Juicy July as you keep pressing.

Hey sisters, insist this July!

Don’t give up on Day 10 or Day 15.

Insist, press, push, and stay at heaven’s doors, travailing until you receive. And if you need to carry that travail beyond July, keep travailing! The Lord will bring His word to pass.

James 5:17-18 (AMP)

“Elijah was a man with a nature like ours [with the same physical, mental, and spiritual limitations and shortcomings], and he prayed intensely for it not to rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months. Then he prayed again, and the sky gave rain and the land produced its crops [as usual].”

He prayed intensely. Dear sister, this is not the time to pray lying down on your bed, distracted and watching the clock. Heaven honors prayers from a place of sacrifice and travail. Let the Lord see the devotion of your heart. If you need to give up an hour of sleep from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM, do it! It is worth the sacrifice.

The sleep we cling to hasn’t solved our problems, so why not exchange it to travail before the Lord for what is missing in our lives this July?

A Lifestyle of Travailing and Unwavering Faith

Another scripture to anchor our hearts is:

Luke 18:1 (KJV)

“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;”

This type of prayer is not a one-time, 20-minute ritual. It is a continuous travail, unconfined by time and place, expressed throughout your days and weeks. Let your heart, even while in the bus, at work, or cooking, be completely focused on the Lord to receive from Him, to get instructions, and to remain in His presence.

You can never truly prevail if you refuse to travail in faith. That is why we must cry out just as the disciples did: “Lord, increase our faith!” Not just today, but throughout Juicy July and beyond.

Hebrews 11:1 (CJB)

“Trusting is being confident of what we hope for, convinced about things we do not see.”

This is the type of faith that holds onto the horns of the altar and refuses to let go. The doctors may present negative reports, but your reality is that you are healed and whole! Keep standing in faith and travailing until you hold your physical evidence.

Even if your physical eyes see absolutely nothing in sight, faith will see what the natural eyes cannot.

As we walk this journey of life, we cannot depend solely on what we see. We serve a God whose ways and thoughts are much higher than ours. Though we may not understand everything right now, we know with absolute certainty that all things work together for our good to build us into mature daughters of God, conformed to His image through these trials, tests, and seasons of travail.

Guarding Our Focus and Words

One trap to avoid during Juicy July is focusing entirely on problems. While it is good to commit your needs to the Lord, during these 31 days of consecrated fasting and prayer, it will be incredibly profitable for your spirit man to devote your travail to building up the life of God within you. There is much more to a believer than just a list of problems; our ultimate desire should be the righteousness of God.

Lastly, I admonish us to be extremely careful with our words. You cannot confess one thing with your mouth while claiming to believe another in your heart. You cannot stay in faith today claiming the children God promised you, and tomorrow declare that you’re not sure you’ll ever give birth. God has nothing to do with a double-minded person.

James 1:6-8 (KJV)

“But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.”

Keep your eyes fixed on the promise, dear sister. No matter what happens around you, let your heart remain anchored and steady through the travail.

Amen!

The Lord grant us eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to carry the pregnancy of His spirit, so that as the birth pangs intensify, we will not faint, but fully bring forth everything destined for this generation. May He confirm His word with signs following, and make us perpetual travailers in His kingdom.

God bless you, sisters.

Let us pray

  1. The bible says enter into his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise. I want us in our own words and songs to thank the Lord for his goodness in our lives. Taking us through January till June and bringing us to another amazing opportunity to fellowship together in July. This God is great.

  1.   Worship the Lord with your heart and just pour out your heart before him, telling him how much we love and adore him for who He was, is and is to come. Just worship His majesty while beholding the glory of the Lord and remembering His greatness and his mighty power.

  1.   Can we begin to plead with the Lord for faith and just say Lord increase our faith, we need faith now more than ever Lord and we know it is impossible to please you without faith, please increase our faith that our ways may be pleasing to you Lord, Grant us a firm trust in who you are and in your might.

  1.  Can we also ask the Lord to give us the grace to wait on him with patience, never wavering during this month of July, for the grace to keep confessing, believing and living in the reality of his finished work at calvary.

  1.  Can we ask for strength to go through Juicy July riding on the wings of grace and wisdom of God? Can we exchange our strength for the divine strength of the spirit that is never weary or tired? Can we ask for greater grace and higher capacity to tarry with the Lord until we have unloaded all he has for us this month?

  1.   Can we ask the Lord to keep us focused and to keep us away from distractions and to stay wholly committed to him in July and beyond.

Let’s Go Even Harder

  1. Cry: Oh Lord set me on fire afresh by your Spirit. Let every dying flame come alive again. Where there has been spiritual weariness, release fresh strength. Where there has been complacency, awaken holy passion in me. Lord, let there be a fresh baptism of fire that will cause me to seek you more, love you more, and live for you more. Let my hearts burn for the things that burn in your heart, Lord.

  1. Father, we plead, let there be showers of blessing upon us, upon The BUD Family and everyone that will be connected to Juicy July. Let the heavens be opened over every sister. Let there be a fresh outpouring of your Spirit, your grace, and your power. As the rain falls upon dry ground and causes it to flourish, let your presence fall upon every dry area of our lives. Let gifts be stirred up, let burdens be lifted, let yokes be broken, and let lives be transformed by the abundance of your divine visitation.

  1. Cry: O Lord, as I go into Juicy July,  create in me a deeper hunger and thirst for righteousness. Let me not be satisfied with shallow waters when you are calling me into the deep. Draw me beyond routine prayers Lord, take me into genuine fellowship with you, deeper and deeper. Help my heart to long for your presence more than anything this world can offer. Let there be a fresh cry within me for more of you and less of myself in Jesus  name.

  1. Sweet Holy Spirit come, rest upon every sister in a fresh way. Take your right place in us, in The BUD Family. Let there be divine encounters that leave permanent marks upon our lives. Fill every empty vessel. Revive every weary soul. Teach us, guide us, correct us, and empower us to walk in your will. May none of us remain the same in Jesus name.

  1. Father, visit us in a way we have never encountered you before. Let this not be another gathering or another season of prayer. Let it be a season of divine encounters. Let your presence overshadow us, your voice become clearer to us, and your purposes become established in our lives. Lord, do among us what only you can do, and let all the glory return to you, in Jesus name.

Travailing for Heaven’s Delivery

TRAVAILING FOR THE UNLEASHING

Just as we shared during the prayer this morning, the Lord revealed something very profound to me. He showed me how heavy the womb of Heaven is: full, swollen, waiting to deliver.

And do you know what filled my heart with much joy? Once the Lord allows us to see something, it is because He intends for us to have it. He does not reveal His heart just to excite us; He reveals it so that we can lay hold of it through faith, prayer, and travail until it becomes our reality.

That is why I want to encourage every one of you: ask the Holy Spirit to show it to you as well. Ask Him to open your spiritual eyes. Because once your eyes see it, your faith will rise to push it into manifestation. You will not pray as someone hoping something might happen. You will pray as someone who has seen what Heaven is already carrying.

Sisters, it is becoming increasingly clear to me that Heaven is ready. Heaven is not reluctant. Heaven is not empty. Heaven is pregnant with the purposes of God for this Juicy July. The womb of Heaven is full and waiting for its appointed release.

This is why we have been talking about travailing for the unleashing. We are not trying to convince God to prepare something for us. We are aligning ourselves with what He has already prepared. We are praying until what is already in the womb of Heaven is fully delivered into our lives.

Oh, sisters, I cannot tell you how excited I am. My heart is full of expectation. Heaven is truly set for us in this season. Halleluyah!

Therefore, none of us must miss this. No sister must escape what God has ordained. No family connected to this vision must be left untouched. We refuse to settle for a partial measure when Heaven is prepared to pour out in abundance.

May every miracle, every healing, every deliverance, every divine encounter, every awakening, every transformation, every impartation, every breakthrough, and every purpose that God has ordained for us be fully delivered.

May every one of us receive all that the Lord has prepared in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Pray with me:

Father, we can see that the womb of Heaven is set to release miracles in this season. You have graciously allowed us to see it so that we may lay hold of it. You have not shown it to us in vain. Therefore, we refuse to let go until we receive.

Everything that is loaded within that heavenly womb for every participant of Juicy July 2026: every miracle, every healing, every creative miracle, every deliverance, every restoration, every divine encounter, every impartation, every transformation, every awakening, every breakthrough, Father, let it be brought forth among us in the mighty name of Jesus.

But Lord, we know that Heaven can release, yet men can fail to receive. Therefore, we cry for mercy. Endow every one of us with the power to receive. Give us believing hearts. Give us humble hearts. Give us yielded hearts. Give us hearts that are open to You.

Lord, uproot everything that would hinder us from receiving. Every bitterness, every unforgiveness, every offense, every pride, every hidden sin, every distraction, every unbelief, every fear, every resistance to Your Spirit, by Your mercy, take them away. Do not let anything rob us of what You have prepared.

Father, enlarge our capacity. Stretch our faith. Remove every limitation. Help us to receive all that Heaven desires to pour out. Let none of us leave this season empty-handed. Let none of us miss our visitation. Let none of us despise the day of our divine encounter.

Lord, we cannot receive these things by our own strength. We cannot take delivery of what Heaven is about to release unless You help us. So we plead for mercy. Help us, O God. Help every sister. Help every worker. Help every leader. Help every participant.

As Heaven is set, make us ready, Lord. When You move, let us discern it. When You speak, let us obey. When You pour out, let us receive in full.

Father, let there be no miscarriage of divine purpose. Let there be no aborted miracle. Let there be no wasted visitation. Let nothing You have ordained for this season remain undelivered because we lacked the capacity to receive it. Let everything You have ordained for Juicy July be fully delivered into our lives, and let every one of us have the grace to receive it completely.

We receive by faith. We receive by mercy. We receive by Your Spirit. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Continue to pray as the Lord leads you.
