TESTIMONY
Sis, let us read through these testimony before we go any further:
ONE: JESUS DID IT. I started following juicy July in 2022 from someone’s WhatsApp status. In 2022, I
was suffering, really suffering in every area. I felt God had forsaken me but on 31st July 2022 God gave me His Spoken word. He said ‘I HAVE REMEMBERED YOU, EVERY CURSE IS BROKEN AND YOU WILL NOT LOSE IT’. Sisters a lot happened before then that I can’t say here. I had lost my job. For year, I didn’t earn salary. I am a BSC internationally trained nurse, so job wasn’t supposed to be a problem but alas none …. at a point I started working as a voluntary nurse without pay. I faced all manner of spiritual attacks and it was obvious that something was fighting me. I was gradually losing beauty. I would literally be crying on the road because the weight of pain was so much. I was diagnosed of glaucoma. Maritally I wasn’t getting any younger
But Jesus changed my life in a twinkle of an eye!I got married to my husband this year, I relocated to Europe this year, I went for eye check up here in Europe and the doctor looked me after series of eye test and said ‘you do not have glaucoma’ Before I left Nigeria, I worked with the best international hospital in Abuja Nigeria, I nursed nobles, men and women that matter in the country but JESUS CHRIST IS THE DOER OF THEM ALL!
Sisters, today I was looking at my wedding picture and the fact that my husband married me despite how lean and pale I looked comparing with how handsome he is, I KNOW THIS IS CERTAINLY GOD. I know where GOD picked me from, and I am here to tell you that God can and should be trusted.
TWO: Hello sisters I am back to testify . One of my prayer requests for this Juicy July was for God to give my husband a job and God did it . He has been applying and they only keep saying we will get back to. So I stated praying and asked God to send him someone that will help him.Just like that he carried someone in his car and he told him about a job and he was reluctant to apply because according to him he is not sure what the man was saying was true. When he told me about the job I told to apply and he was still reluctant and I insisted and he said ok I will. Two days after he said he has applied and they have scheduled him for an interview. Sisters during interview they spoke to him like an employee already and after the interview he called me and was like it’s as if this people have employed me already ohhh I just laughed and said it can only be God .They asked him to do a drug test and immediately after that they scheduled him for training(paid ohhh ) it means from the first day of training work has started…He starts work officially today to the glory of God.
TESTIMONY PRAYERS
Shout ‘Halleluyah’ on behalf of our sisters. Amen.
Our God is a wonder! Yours is just next in line! May God’s people rejoice at the sound of your testimony, in Jesus’ Name. Amen!
Let’s take this moment to lift our voices with gratitude:
Thank You, Lord, for these testimonies. We give You ALL the glory. None belongs to us! Father, glorify Yourself even more in the life of the testifier in Jesus’ Name.
Now, say:
Oh Lord, don’t leave me out. Let me carry my own testimony with dancing from the beginning of Juicy July 2025 to the end and thereafter. Lord, may everyone praying in Juicy July 2025 have something tangible to show in Jesus Name. We receive it by faith in Jesus Name. Amen.
EXHORTATION: FATHER, FLUSH MY RECEPTACLES!
Spiritual receptacles are the divine systems God put in place within us to receive from Him.
Just like your physical body has organs and senses that help you interact with the natural world, your spirit man has receptacles that help you pick up spiritual signals.
When we talk about spiritual receptacles, we are referring to your spiritual senses, the internal instruments that God wired into your being so you can perceive beyond what is seen. Your spiritual eyes, ears, heart, mind, womb, and even your skin, yes, your spiritual sensitivity, these are all part of this divine design.
Let’s go back to the beginning.
In Genesis 3:8-10, it says Adam heard the voice of God walking in the garden. Pause, sis. Did you catch that? He heard. This wasn’t physical hearing alone, he was tuned in! He was receptive! His spiritual receptacles were alive! He could hear the sound of God’s movement. That tells you something about how God created man. Our Father made us not to be blind, not to be deaf, not to be numb; but to be highly perceptive, spiritually alert and in sync with Heaven’s frequency!!!
Before sin came, there was no struggle to discern. There was no second-guessing. No confusion. Man could hear, feel, sense, and walk in step with God. But sin did something devastating, sis, it broke the receptacles! It corrupted the signal. And ever since, mankind has been in a war of reception.
But if we must survive these last days and live to our fullest in Christ,we are called back to that place of divine sensitivity. My sister, you were made to pick up divine signals. You were not designed to walk blindfolded or to navigate your destiny deafened by the noise of the world. When your receptacles are working, you begin to sense danger before it strikes. You pick up whispers from the Holy Spirit in real time. You know when something is off, even if no one else sees it. You discern manipulation, detect deception, and perceive when God is speaking, even if it’s in a whisper.
Sisters, your eyes are not just to see physically, but to catch divine visions and prophetic insight.
Your ears are not just to hear sounds, but to receive instructions from Heaven.
Your mind is a spiritual processing center where divine thoughts and promptings are interpreted.
Your heart is a well of discernment, able to perceive what looks right but isn’t.
Your womb, yes, even your physical womb, is a spiritual birthing chamber, where spiritual assignments and purposes are incubated and travailed over.
Your skin, that’s your sensitivity. Your ability to sense atmospheres, changes in the spiritual environment, the pull of the Spirit or the infiltration of the demonic.
Ayaa, sis, you are not just a body. You are a spirit, living in a body, with a soul. That spirit has receptacles , and they were designed to stay open to God.
Cry loudly sis: Father, awaken every receptor in me that has gone dull. Open my eyes to see, my ears to hear, my heart to discern, my womb to carry divine purpose, and my sensitivity to perceive You rightly. Every spiritual receptor You have given me, I surrender it back to You, recalibrate it, cleanse it, and activate it in the name of Jesus!
WHAT CONTAMINATES OR BLOCKS THESE RECEPTACLES?
Many sisters today are walking around with spiritual hardware but broken sensors. You have eyes, but you no longer see clearly in the Spirit. You have ears, but there’s static, interference, and silence from Heaven. Your heart has grown numb. And the worst part is maybe you didn’t always start this way. Once, you were sensitive. Once, you could discern a whisper. Once, you could pick a warning long before a disaster hit. But now… something has changed. You have the equipment, but it’s contaminated. The receptacles are dirty. The frequency is blocked. Ahhhh,
The number one enemy of clear spiritual transmission is SIN. Sin corrodes the soul like acid, my sister! It is the most toxic pollutant of the human spirit. Isaiah 59:1-2 says:
“But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden His face from you, so that He will not hear.”
It’s not that Heaven stopped speaking, it’s that you can’t hear anymore. Sin dulls the ears and fogs the eyes. One compromise after another, and suddenly your heart stops being pricked. A little lie, a little sexual sin, a little bitterness and now the signal is gone. Chai!
You log into prayer and wonder why it’s dry. You try to study the Word but feel nothing. You used to weep in worship; now you check the time. Abba’s daughter, sin numbs you from receiving downloads!!!! It puts your spirit on airplane mode. You’re online but disconnected.
Then there’s the contamination that comes from wrong relationships. When you allow people with polluted spirits into your space, they can release toxins that confuse your frequency. Some of you began to lose your discernment the moment you yoked with that friend, that guy, that “mentor” who subtly started to reshape your convictions.
They called your passion “too much.” They labeled your standards “religious.” And before long, you began to explain away what God had once clearly told you!!!! Ayaaaaa! 1 Corinthians 15:33 say: “Do not be deceived: Evil company corrupts good habits.”
Samson didn’t lose his power in one day. Delilah wore him down, conversation by conversation, until his spiritual receptacles were so dulled that he told her his secret, even though he knew she was dangerous. That’s what contaminated companionship does. It disarms your sensitivity.
Unforgiveness is another silent killer of spiritual clarity. Many women are carrying offenses from years ago, against mothers, fathers, leaders, friends, exes, and wondering why they can’t hear God clearly anymore. Bitterness builds a wall between you and the whispers of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said in Matthew 6:15, “But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
How then can you expect downloads from the same Father when you’ve blocked His access with resentment? When you interpret life through pain, you cannot discern truth!!!
When you see everyone through the lens of wounds, you begin to misjudge, even divine instructions.
Then, you sadly begin to confuse suspicion for discernment. You mistake trauma for warnings. Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting, but it’s the act of unclogging your spirit so your pipeline to Heaven can run freely again, sis. Let go!!!!
And then we have worldly exposure. Ah, this one is a gradual but deadly contamination. You scroll endlessly through Instagram, binge-watch Netflix, soak in secular music, and think it doesn’t matter. But these are not harmless. Every ungodly thing you permit into your eye and ear gates leaves a residue.
Romans 12:2 says, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”
But how can you be renewed when your mind is constantly soaked in sewage? If you were once grieved by sexual scenes but now you laugh at them, your receptacles are damaged.
If gossip used to sting your conscience but now you enjoy it, your receptacles have been dulled. The Spirit has not changed. You have!
What about trauma and abuse? These are real wounds that many women have carried for years. Maybe you were violated, betrayed, rejected, or abandoned. Maybe you lost a loved one or suffered deep emotional abuse. And in an attempt to survive, you shut down. You stopped feeling. You built thick emotional walls. And with those walls came spiritual ones. Pain causes people to close their inner ears. You start to believe God doesn’t speak. Or if He does, He doesn’t speak to you. You attend services, join fasts, say “Amen” like everyone else, but deep down, you’re numb. Oh, but God sees, sis. He knows. He is your Father. He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). However, healing will only begin when you allow Him to touch that pain, not cover it up with religion.
Finally for the sake of today, there is the contamination that comes from religious activity without intimacy. Eli is the classic example. He wore the priestly garments. He sat in the temple. He “served.” But he could no longer recognize when God was speaking. God bypassed him and began speaking to a boy, Samuel, instead. That’s what happens when the religious activities replace the relationship. You go to church, but you don’t fellowship with the Spirit. You read devotionals but never linger in God’s presence. You speak in tongues but don’t allow the Spirit to search your heart. Religion without intimacy is noise without power. Activities without revelation.
Other Contaminants that Block or Damage Our Spiritual Receptacles:
- Prayerlessness: A believer who doesn’t pray is like a radio with dead batteries. No matter how powerful the broadcast, it won’t be received. Luke 18:1 commands that “men ought always to pray, and not to faint.” When prayer dries up, sensitivity dries too.
- Pride and Self-Sufficiency: Pride blocks revelation. God resists the proud (James 4:6). When you feel too competent, too educated, too smart to wait on God, your receptacles go offline. Spiritual signals are only picked up by the humble. A proud heart is like a blocked satellite dish. It just can never be able to connect.
- Double-Mindedness: James 1:8 says, “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” You can’t hear clearly from Heaven while entertaining conflicting loyalties. When your loyalty is divided between God and the world, your spiritual receptacles pick up distorted signals.
- Laziness and Spiritual Apathy: Hebrews 6:12 warns us not to be slothful but followers of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. Sluggishness in spiritual disciplines, like Bible study, meditation, waiting on the Lord, will dull your sensitivity.
- Envy and Jealousy: James 3:16: “For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.” Envy clouds discernment. You begin to misinterpret others’ successes as personal threats and may begin to hear wrongly, projecting your emotions as God’s voice.
- Hardened Heart: Hebrews 3:15: “Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts…” When correction no longer touches you, when God’s Word no longer moves you, your receptacles are likely crusted with layers of rebellion.
- Bitterness and Resentment: Hebrews 12:15 speaks of a “root of bitterness springing up” that defiles many. Bitterness poisons spiritual perception. You can’t hear clearly when your heart is busy rehearsing pain. Bitterness will turn you into a poisonous gossip and hater.
- Unhealthy Ambition: When your heart is driven by platform over purity, numbers over souls, fame over faithfulness, you will stop picking divine frequencies. Like Balaam, you’ll only hear what supports your agenda. You become deaf to God’s “No” and too eager for man’s “Yes.”
- Idolatry (Even Subtle Forms): Ezekiel 14:3 “Son of man, these men have set up idols in their hearts… should I let them inquire of Me at all?” When something, even good things like marriage, ministry, or children, becomes more important than obedience, it distorts what you hear.
- Over-Indulgence and Gluttony: Philippians 3:19 speaks of those “whose god is their belly.” Overfeeding the flesh weakens the spirit. When your appetite controls you, you won’t discern hunger for God.
- Comparison and Discontentment: Looking around more than you look up leads to confusion. You’ll start receiving through the filter of dissatisfaction. You’ll misinterpret divine timing and start chasing someone else’s calling.
- Too Much Talk, Little Silence: Ecclesiastes 5:2 warns, “Let your words be few.” Some of us talk too much to hear. Our prayer times are full of noise, but no stillness. No room for God to whisper.
- Noise Pollution (Digital Overload): Too much screen time, social media addiction, and constant scrolling leave no space for stillness. Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still and know that I am God.” receptacles need quiet environments to catch Heaven’s signals. As I do tell people, when I started paying attention to my receptacles, the best places of communication with God used to be in my prayer rooms, toilets or bathrooms. Those were the only available opportunities to be quiet and receive. So bad! He wants to talk everywhere. When your kids are crying loud, when you are seated before your computer doing secular jobs. He wants us to maintain a still, sharp, quiet spirit always, so we can be reachable every time He needs to send us a ‘file’.
- Disobedience to Previous Instructions: When you ignore the last thing God said, don’t expect a new word. Delayed obedience or selective obedience is still disobedience. Your receptacles shut down when you stop following divine instructions.
- Occult Exposure (Even Unknowingly): Visiting fake prophets, palm readers, consulting horoscopes, watching occult-based media/movies/songs/documentaries etc. all open doors that scramble divine signals. You start picking up counterfeit frequencies masked as spiritual insights.
- Ungodly Music or Entertainment: Songs, shows, or skits that glorify sin coat your receptacles in spiritual grease. You laugh at what grieves the Holy Spirit and wonder why you’re no longer spiritually sensitive. Like, sis, its clear!
- Hyperactivity (Even Religious Ones): Martha was busy serving. Mary was still, listening. Luke 10:42: Jesus said Mary chose the “better part.” Sometimes your spiritual dullness is due to doing too much religion without sitting enough.
- Fear and Anxiety: 2 Timothy 1:7 says, “God has not given us the spirit of fear…” Fear clouds divine direction. When your heart is dominated by anxiety, you start to interpret situations from a survival mode and not a faith mode. Chase fear away, sis!
- Over-Familiarity with God’s Presence: When you start treating spiritual things casually: prayer, Scripture, fellowship, daily obedience etc, your receptacles dull out of dishonor. You begin to assume instead of inquiring.
- Overdependence on Others’ Spirituality: Always seeking “a word” from a pastor, prophet, or friend, instead of cultivating your own connection weakens your signal receivers. God wants to speak to you directly. Depending on others keeps you on spiritual life support until you break free, sis!
So for the sake of time today, we won’t dive into all of these in detail, but as you can see, the list is long. I urge you to take these one by one, bring them to the Lord in prayer, and ask Him: ‘Search me, O God! What is blocking my receptacles? What is contaminating my sensitivity to You?” He’d be glad, so glad to receive this question from you. He’s a great Father, always ready to bath his willing daughter. He’s got a lot of ‘files’ to send to you!
Our Design From the Beginning
From the very beginning, we were made to be spirit-first beings. We were designed to be in constant fellowship with our Father.
Long before we had smartphones and Wi-Fi, God already planted a divine frequency within us. He placed a “receiver” in the core of our being known as our spirit-man, which was to be used to pick up Heaven’s signals, instructions, whispers, warnings, and downloads.
When God breathed into man in Genesis 2:7, one of the things He was doing was installing divine communication lines!
That breath was His Spirit fusing with ours!
We were meant to live Spirit to spirit, deep calling unto deep (Psalm 42:7).
We weren’t designed to be clueless, confused, or always needing a prophet to hear for us. No, ma’am! You were born to hear God, feel Him, move with Him, and know His heart!
Look at Adam in the garden. The Bible says “they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day” (Genesis 3:8). That was normal. Intimacy. Proximity. Receptivity.
God created Adam and Eve with built-in receptacles, the ability to sense the divine, to respond to His presence, to receive instruction directly.
He designed our body, soul, and spirit to align. When the spirit leads, the soul (our mind, emotions, and will) follows, and our body obeys. That’s divine order. That’s receptivity. But when sin enters or the soul hijacks leadership, disorder sets in, and the divine signal becomes distorted.
But when Jesus died and rose again, He restored what Adam lost! Glorrrryyy!
That curtain in the temple tore, not just so we could enter God’s presence, but so His presence could enter us! Ayayaa!
Now, through the Holy Spirit, our receptacles have been reactivated. Our spiritual antennas have been raised, our inner eyes have been opened, our inner ears sharpened!
So don’t let the enemy lie to you. You were not created to be spiritually dull, deaf, or blind. You were created to walk with God, to sense His nearness, to perceive the spiritual even in everyday life.
You are a daughter of the Light. You were made to shine.
You are a sheep of His pasture. You were made to hear His voice (John 10:27).
You are His beloved daughter. You were made to know His whisper.
You are a warrior in His army. You were made to detect the enemy’s plans ahead of time.
But for your receptacles to function at full capacity, your receptacles must be unblocked, recalibrated, and purified.
That’s what this prayer day is about, today, sis. “Flush My Receptacles, Father!”
WHAT ARE THE RECEPTACLES?
- Your Eyes: The Gate of Vision
Your spiritual eyes are the gate of revelation. These eyes are not the ones on your face. They are the inner eyes, what the Yoruba would call “oju inu.” When these eyes are functioning properly, you can see like Elisha’s servant eventually did in 2 Kings 6. At first, all he saw was the physical; the horses and chariots of Syria. But when Elisha prayed, “Lord, open his eyes,” the young man suddenly saw the real picture: the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha!!….Kai!
We need that kind of sight in this generation, my sister. Not everything that glitters is gold. Not every smiling person is friendly. Not every opportunity is a divine open door. Not every pulpit is a place of truth. If our eyes are pure, they will perceive rightly. If they are contaminated, you’ll fall for a lie.
Jesus said in Matthew 6:22-23, “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness.”
Do you see that, sis? Your entire being can be filled with darkness simply because your spiritual eyes are clouded.
And how do they get clouded?
Look at Lot. When he had the chance to choose, he lifted his eyes and chose based on appearance: Genesis 13:10 says, “And Lot lifted his eyes and saw all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered everywhere… like the garden of the Lord…”
What he didn’t see was that this same beautiful land was near Sodom, a city already stinking with sin. But because his receptacles were faulty, he judged wrongly. He saw green grass and missed the toxic soil beneath. Eventually, he lost his peace, his wife, and nearly his legacy.
2. Your Ears: The Gate of Hearing
Jesus repeatedly said, “He who has ears, let him hear.” (Mark 4:9). Of course, everyone had ears, but not everyone was receiving spiritual signals!!! Why? Because the ears of the spirit can be deafened, by offense, doubt, stubbornness, rebellion, sin.
When your ears are spiritually open, God can whisper and you’ll pick it. You’ll catch divine nudges. You’ll hear the warnings before disaster. But many have ears clogged by the noise of the world, and they think Heaven is silent.
Samuel as a boy heard God because he had sensitive ears (1 Samuel 3). Eli, though seasoned, had become deaf in the spirit. Oh, may your ears be healed!
3. Your Mind: The Processor
Romans 12:2 calls for a renewed mind so that we may “prove what is that good, acceptable, and perfect will of God.” The mind is a receptor and processor. It must be clean, disciplined, and transformed. If your mind is filled with toxic thoughts, limiting beliefs, trauma, or bitterness, it will misinterpret divine signals.
Some people receive dreams and visions but interpret them wrongly. Why? Their mind is unrenewed. Their receptors are faulty.
Peter struggled to understand God’s move toward the Gentiles because of religious filters (Acts 10). God had to renew his thinking. Your mind is a gate of interpretation, either purified or polluted. Any ‘file’ that falls there will be interpreted based on the quality of the soil of your mind. Hope you got that.
4. Your Nose: The Gate of Discernment
There is a spiritual function God designed for your nose, far beyond the biological role of smelling aromas. Spiritually, the nose represents discernment. That inner sensing that can detect spiritual climates, distinguish spirits, and smell what others don’t even perceive. It is one of the most vital but often ignored spiritual receptacles.
Discernment is not suspicion. It is not guesswork. It is not paranoia. It is a God-given sense that helps you smell out danger, deception, manipulation, and evil intentions, sometimes long before the evidence even appears.
In Acts 16:16–18, Paul encountered a slave girl who followed him and his team for days, shouting truths: “These men are servants of the Most High God, who are telling you the way to be saved.” On the surface, it looked like free publicity. Many today would have embraced her, reposted her videos, and celebrated her endorsement. But Paul discerned. He “smelled” that something was off. And indeed, she had a spirit of divination. It took spiritual discernment to pick that up. He cast the spirit out, and the true scent of that situation was revealed.
This is what happens when your spiritual nose is sharp. You might be in a relationship that looks God-ordained, but something doesn’t smell right. You may hear a teaching that is 90% scripture, yet there’s a spiritual scent of pride or manipulation behind it. A new opportunity may look open and promising, but there’s an invisible odor of danger hanging around it. That’s discernment.
HEALING FOR OUR RECEPTACLES
Sister, the first step to hearing God clearly again is repentance. It is not only saying sorry to God but a real turning away from anything that has blocked your spiritual senses.
These blocks might be unholy covenants made unknowingly in the past, agreements tied to wrong relationships or decisions, or maybe a toxic habit and content you’ve allowed in.
Maybe it’s the music you listen to, the conversations you entertain, or the images you keep seeing.
Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15:33 that bad company ruins good morals. So, if you want to walk clearly in God’s voice, you have to cut off everything that clouds your spirit and dulls your receptacles. You must say no to anything that keeps you from hearing God’s pure voice.
After repentance, you need to consecrate your receptacles. Proverbs 4:23 says we should guard our hearts, because everything in life flows from it. So, sister, make a choice to dedicate every gate to the Lord. This means you say to God, “These eyes are Yours to see what You want me to see. These ears are Yours to hear Your voice and Your warnings. This womb, this place of spiritual creation, I surrender to You. And this mouth, may it speak only what You give me to say.”
Next, learn to get quiet. No, I can never stress this enough because this has been one of my best secrets to spiritual sensitivity. Hmmm, in today’s noisy world, quietness is a lost art, sis. But Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still and know that I am God!’
You cannot hear whispers from heaven if your heart is full of noise, whether from social media, chatter, or even your own restless thoughts.
Find times in your day to pause, to be still before God. This stillness is where clarity begins. When you slow down, your receptacles become sensitive again.
Noise kills discernment!!!!!
So make space for silence. This is where God’s voice gets through.
Rebuilding your altar is another key step. Your altar is the place of constant connection with God, a place of prayer and worship. Prayer is the oxygen for your spiritual receptacles. Just as Elijah rebuilt the altar on Mount Carmel before God showed up powerfully (1 Kings 18), you need to rebuild your altar with consistent, heartfelt prayer. This ongoing connection sharpens your senses and prepares you to receive from God. Without the altar, your receptacles become weak and dull. As Juicy July 2025 is gradually coming to a close, can you commit to raising and maintaining an altar for the Lord where you meet with Him every day, without fail? Come rain, come sunshine? Ah, your spiritual sensitivity will sharpen! I can assure you!
Fasting and separating yourself from worldly influences are also essential. The world bombards your senses with distractions and false signals. When you fast, you are telling your spirit that you want to unplug from all that noise and focus solely on God. Fast from foods, or some delicacies you love, the social media, some movies, books etc. Make space for God’s pure voice to flow, dear sis.
Finally, ask God to re-anoint your receptacles. Revelation 3:18 encourages the church to anoint their eyes with eye salve so they may see clearly. This anointing is a supernatural work of the Holy Spirit, opening your spiritual receptacles wide so you can discern God’s voice, understand His ways, and walk in His purpose. Pray boldly for God to cleanse, renew, and anoint your eyes to see, ears to hear, mind to understand, and heart to discern. Don’t give up on this prayer until you begin to actually sense deep things of the Spirit.
Real-Life Examples and Scriptures
Eli was the high priest and the spiritual leader God intended to use to communicate His will to His people. But Eli’s spiritual receptacles were dull because he had already backslidden. His heart had grown heavy, and he was no longer sensitive to God’s voice. So when God tried to speak, Eli could not hear. The message was meant for him, but he was spiritually deaf. God had to bypass Eli and reach out to Samuel instead.
Samuel’s receptacles were open, but still not perfectly clear. He heard a voice calling him in the night, but he thought it was Eli calling him. This shows how even when God begins to speak to us, if our spiritual receptacles are not fully clear, we can get confused about where the message is coming from. Samuel had to learn to discern the voice of God, and with Eli’s guidance, he finally understood.
This teaches us that spiritual clarity is a process, sis. Sometimes the voice is faint or unclear until we grow in sensitivity and understanding. (1 Samuel 3)
Now, look at Jesus. The Bible shows us a man whose spiritual senses were razor sharp. Jesus discerned the thoughts of the Pharisees and the intentions in people’s hearts. He knew when people were lying or trying to trap Him. He was fully in tune with the Spirit, not simply because He was God, but because as a man, He was led by the Spirit continuously. He knew His time was near and understood the spiritual season He was walking in. His sensitivity was so deep that He could perceive what no one else could see. This is the kind of receptor we are called to have: led by the Spirit in every moment. (John 2:24-25, Luke 5:22, Mark 1:34)
What about Peter? When Ananias and Sapphira lied about their giving, Peter didn’t guess. The Holy Spirit revealed the truth to him, and he was able to confront them boldly. That was Peter’s intellect or instinct at work; it was the Spirit’s unction working in him, giving him supernatural insight into their hearts. Peter was also able to discern false teachings and false prophecies because his receptor was finely tuned by the Holy Spirit. (Acts 5:1-11)
As sisters, we must guard our spiritual receptacles jealously. We must cultivate sensitivity, sharpen our hearing, open our eyes, and allow the Spirit to teach us to know the difference between the voice of God and other voices. Our lives and ministries depend on this clarity. The more we walk led by the Spirit, the more we live free from deception, confusion, and spiritual defeat.
DANGERS OF CLOGGED RECEPTACLES
Sister, let me be very clear with you, dirty spiritual receptacles are a danger zone!!!
Let’s assume there’s aradio whose antenna is broken. No matter how loud the broadcast signal is, it can’t catch anything, right? That’s what happens when a person’s spiritual receptacles are clogged. You are unable to pick divine signals from Heaven. You become dull, blind, deaf, and insensitive in the spirit. And this, dear sis, is not just a weakness bit danger! It is costly. It can destroy destinies. Here are a few dangers:
1. You Will Never Become What God Wants You to Be
The first great tragedy of spiritual dullness is the loss of divine purpose. How can a soldier function without command? How can a sheep survive without hearing the Shepherd’s voice?
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” John 10:27
If you do not hear God, how can you follow Him? You will walk into detours. You will invest energy into the wrong pursuits. You will enter seasons God never ordered. You will live chasing shadows: ever busy, but never fruitful.
Saul was chosen to be king but lost the kingdom because his spiritual ears were deaf to God’s instruction through Samuel (1 Samuel 15). God had moved on, but Saul was clueless. Don’t be like Saul who thinks he’s still in God’s will but has long lost alignment.
2. You Will Miss Destiny-Marriage
Marriage is one of the biggest decisions a human being can make, second only to salvation. Yet, when your receptacles are clogged, you may marry by emotions, pressure, or appearances.
A spiritually deaf person cannot perceive a trap clothed in beauty. A spiritually blind person will embrace a Judas, mistaking him for a Jonathan. You might marry someone with a beautiful face but a rotten heart.
It takes discernment to say like Rebekah, “I will go” (Genesis 24:58) even without seeing Isaac. That is spiritual perception at work. It takes divine clarity to know, this is not my spouse, even if everything looks right.
3. You Will Fail in Parenting
Children are not raised with books from the best coaches. They are raised by divine wisdom: minute-by-minute direction from the Holy Spirit!!!!
Do you remember how Rebecca knew that the twins in her womb were not just ordinary babies? She inquired of the Lord!!! (Genesis 25:22–23). Ayayayayayw
She discerned their destinies. If you are clogged, you won’t know when your child is under a strange attack. You won’t sense when a friend is introducing evil influence. You won’t know how to discipline one child differently from another. You’ll parent by guesswork.
Raising godly children requires prophetic insight, not parenting formulas iya mi.
4. You’ll Host Demonic Guests in Your Own House
When your receptors are blind and deaf, anyone can walk into your life and sit down, even demons wearing human clothes.
There are people who open their homes to witches, manipulators, destiny hijackers, thinking they are “just being nice.” You entertain evil under your roof, and before long, peace disappears, sickness begins, marital fights intensify. Why? Because the gate of discernment was shut!
Scripture warns:
“Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” Hebrews 13:2
But many today entertain demons unawares. Because their spiritual nose is not perceiving. Their eyes are not seeing.
5. You’ll Collect Battles at the Hospital or Salon
This may sound extreme to a carnal person, but if your spiritual discernment is clogged, you will submit your body to evil hands, literally.
A spiritually blind woman will let just anyone touch her womb, fix her hair, or do a procedure on her. Some of these are portals for spiritual contaminations, sis. There are satanic altars in salons, clinics and everywhere actually. You need Holy Spirit alerts to know when to say no, even to “professionals.”
6. You’ll Buy Houses or Cars that Invite Nightmares
Not every blessing is from God. Some houses were built on blood. Some cars carry spiritual pollution. Without discernment, you’ll “bless” yourself with what Heaven never approved. And then you start fighting battles you didn’t need to fight.
7. Your Children’s Friends Will Be Chosen by Demons
If your spiritual sensors are not sharp, you won’t see when your daughter’s new “friend” is a satanic spy. You won’t know that a certain boy is pulling your son into rebellion.
You’ll think it’s “just normal teenage friendship,” meanwhile the devil is recruiting your child through relationship doors.
“Do not be deceived: Bad company corrupts good character.” 1 Corinthians 15:33
You must be able to discern beyond the surface, ma.
8. You’ll Mistake Suspicion for Discernment
Sis, suspicion is not discernment.
Suspicion is fear-based. It is flesh-driven. It leads to wrong conclusions. Suspicion will chase the right people and attract the wrong ones. Discernment, however, is Holy Spirit-based. It is revelation, not guesswork.
Some think they are discerning because they’re always doubting others. No, that’s just fear. True discernment is calm, clear, and accurate, like Paul discerning the girl with a spirit of divination (Acts 16:16–18). He didn’t guess. He knew by the Spirit.
If your discernment is always hateful and making you to fight people, you might just be suspicious.
If your discernment is high even though you don’t spend time with God. You don’t pray or study the Bible, you might be operating with the gift of suspicion, haha, or probably, divination, who knows?
9. You’ll Miss Divine Opportunities and Divine Warnings
The spiritually clogged are like blind bats. Business ideas pass, they miss it. Doors open, they can’t see it. Traps are laid, they walk into them.
You won’t know when a conversation is an opportunity. You won’t know when a random person is your divine helper. You won’t know when to sow a seed or when to flee a business partner. You won’t hear God say, “This is the way, walk in it” (Isaiah 30:21).
10. You’ll Gamble with Ministry
How can you do ministry for God when you can’t even hear His voice?
You’ll start what He didn’t send. You’ll stay where He has left. You’ll copy what others are doing instead of receiving your own blueprint. Ministry without discernment is dangerous, you become a spiritual hustler, instead of a sent daughter.
I can go on and on but the consequences of spiritual deafness, blindness, and dullness are grave.
“Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear?” Mark 8:18
You will not amount to what God intended. You will marry wrong, parent poorly, lose battles you could have avoided, and call your downfall “God’s will” when it was simply your lack of spiritual sensitivity.
Cry out, sis:
“Lord, open my eyes! Open my ears! Cleanse every receptor code that has been clogged by sin, distractions, pain, fear, or laziness. I want to see. I want to hear. I want to know You!”
FATHER, FLUSH MY RECEPTACLES!
Beloved sisters, we have traveled deep today and if there is one thing you must not leave Juicy July 2025 without, it is this: You are not just flesh and blood. You are a spirit being. You are more than your body. More than your soul. Inside you is a spirit and that spirit was designed to function as a receptacle, a divine receiver, a heavenly decoder, a spiritual processor that communicates with God.
So, what does it mean to say, “Father, flush my receptacles”?
It means you are crying out for a cleansing. You’re saying,
“Lord, the gates of my eyes, my ears, my heart, my imagination, my sensitivity, they’ve picked up too much dust from this world. They’ve seen too much, heard too much, absorbed too much of the wrong things. Now I want them washed. Now I want them flushed. Not with just ordinary water, but with the washing of water by Your Word (Ephesians 5:26). I want them purified by the blood of Jesus and sanctified by Your truth (John 17:17).”
In the world, those who serve demons know the value of their receptacles. Their eyes, ears, imaginations, dreams are weaponized. They can smell blood in the spirit. They can hear demonic whispers. They see visions from hell.
But what about us, the daughters of the King of kings? Why are we dull? Why are we always the last to discern? Why do we ignore our inner alarms? Why do we have to wait for physical signs before we believe a spiritual reality?
Sis, we cannot continue like this.
We cannot afford to keep living only by what we see physically or how we feel emotionally. We must begin to live from the inside out. We must become women who are sensitive in the spirit sharp, discerning, receptive, accurate, and alert.
Like a newborn baby whose senses are undeveloped, we may start small. But the more we use our spiritual senses, the sharper they become. “But strong meat belongs to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” (Hebrews 5:14)
So, start now. Cry out daily,
“Flush me, Lord! Sharpen me! Teach me to use my receptacles. I want to live life not guessing or groping but seeing clearly and discerning rightly.”
Because when your receptacles are functioning:
- You won’t wander aimlessly.
- You won’t make foolish decisions.
- You won’t be deceived by appearances.
- You won’t ignore divine warnings.
- You won’t stay stuck in the wrong places.
- You won’t partner with darkness.
- You won’t waste your time on dead works.
- You won’t settle for less than God’s best.
- You won’t walk into traps.
- You won’t miss divine instructions.
- You won’t fight battles that aren’t yours.
- You won’t be silenced when you should speak.
- You won’t sleep through your kairos moment.
- You won’t be led by your emotions.
- You won’t turn back at the edge of breakthrough.
- You won’t forget who you are.
- You won’t lose your fire.
- You won’t serve idols unknowingly.
- You won’t trust your feelings over the Spirit.
- You won’t misplace your destiny keys.
- You won’t fall for counterfeits.
- You won’t marry the wrong person.
- You won’t be trapped by smooth-talking deceivers.
- You won’t enter alliances that drain your oil.
- You won’t miss your timings/seasons
- You won’t label divine delays as denials.
- You won’t mistake distractions for destiny.
- You won’t take steps without divine direction.
- You won’t confuse noise for the voice of God.
- You won’t embrace what God is trying to kill.
- You won’t be blind to red flags.
- You won’t promote what heaven has demoted.
- You won’t exalt your will above His will.
- You won’t walk into rooms God never opened.
- You won’t settle where you should have soared.
- You won’t stay where grace has left.
- You won’t mistake activity for intimacy.
- You won’t ignore the gentle checks of the Spirit.
- You won’t call cursed what God has called consecrated.
- You won’t be late to your own revival.
- You won’t run ahead of grace.
- You won’t miss your Father’s whisper in the noise of life.
- You won’t walk like an orphan, because your ears are tuned to the Father’s voice.

STIRRING THE WATERS
Dear sister, it is that special moment. 10 good minutes of stirring the waters, of praying in the Holy Ghost. Please gladly take this short pause. Let the instrumental below play and just stir. Don’t rush this. Pray in the Spirit. Abba to Daughter. Spirit to Spirit.
And if you haven’t received the gift of the Holy Spirit yet? This is YOUR TIME! Cry out to Abba: “Father, fill me! Baptize me! Immerse me in Your Spirit! I need You for life, Holy Spirit, come. Baptize me with the Holy Ghost and Father, please grant me another pentecost in Jesus Name”
Let’s start stirring.
TAKE CHARGE
We are daughters, let’s take charge over the territories where we are represented right now.
Father, by Your mighty Name, I sanctify my body, my home, and my atmosphere right now. I cover myself with the blood of Jesus (Revelation 12:11) and declare every strange spirit, every demonic stronghold, to flee by fire (Psalm 34:7). I cleanse this place and myself from every trace of darkness (2 Corinthians 6:17). Let Your Holy Spirit fill this space and my life with Your perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). I take authority as Your beloved daughter and refuse to be moved. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
START PRAYING
Cry out from your heart:
- Father, ignite every part of my being with Your holy fire. Let me be too hot for the devil to handle and too sharp for the enemy to deceive, in the name of Jesus.
- Every veil covering my spiritual understanding, catch fire and burn to ashes in the name of Jesus.
- Father, make me sensitive to Your timings and leadings. I will not miss my divine schedule. I will not be behind heaven’s calendar for my life, in Jesus’ name.
- Oh Lord, disconnect me from anything, anyone, and anywhere that is dulling my discernment, draining my fire, or blocking my access to You.
- Holy Spirit, release into my life fresh mantles of wisdom, revelation, and discernment. Let me carry the eyes and ears of the Spirit everywhere I go.
- Father, everything in me that still agrees with darkness, flush it out now by Your power and mercy in the name of Jesus.
- Lord, I receive the anointing to walk in authority. I reject powerlessness, I reject fear, and I reject spiritual ignorance, in the mighty name of Jesus.
- Father, reconfigure my system to always respond to Your voice, no matter the noise of this world. Make my spirit allergic to sin and sensitive to Your holiness.
- Oh God, make me a walking altar. Let my life radiate Your glory, convict sinners, and announce Your presence wherever I go.
- My Father, may I never be too familiar with Your Spirit. Keep me broken, humble, and desperate for You daily.
(NOW, Lay your hands on your eyes and say)
- Father, in the name of Jesus, I lay my hands upon my eyes and I speak life!
- Every impurity that has entered through these eyes be it images of sin, lust, fear, confusion, I command you now: PACK YOUR LOAD AND GO!
- Whatever I watched that made me blind to Your glory, be erased by the blood of Jesus!
- Every demonic lens placed over my eyes to distort divine perception, BURN TO ASHES BY HOLY FIRE!
- I decree: My eyes are baptized with fire! I shall no longer see like the world sees. I see as Heaven sees. I shall see the enemy from afar. I shall see doors before they open.
- Lord, give me eyes like Elisha to see into the spirit realm (2 Kings 6:17).
- My spiritual vision is restored. I prophesy clarity, accuracy, and insight! In the name of Jesus, I begin to pick heavenly signals from today in Jesus Name.
(Lay your hands on your ears and cry)
- O God, flush my ears with Your power! Every voice I’ve entertained that wasn’t You, silence it now!
- Voices of self, Satan, seduction, and shame, BE SILENCED IN JESUS’ NAME!
- I unplug my ears from the noise of the world. I decree my ears are tuned to the frequency of Heaven.
- Like young Samuel, I shall hear You clearly (1 Samuel 3).
- I reject the deafness of Eli. I receive the discernment of the Spirit.
- In the Name of Jesus, every spiritual wax clogging my hearing, MELT BY FIRE NOW!
- Let my ears begin to hear instructions, warnings, and divine whispers.
- Speak, Lord! Your servant is listening!
(Place your hand over your heart and cry)
- Father, create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me (Psalm 51:10)!
- Every root of bitterness, pride, offense, unforgiveness, BE UPROOTED NOW!
- I command every hardness, every stoniness in my heart, BE SHATTERED! (7x)
- Lord, give me a heart that trembles at Your Word. A heart that responds to Your Spirit. A heart that flows with compassion.
- Every toxic deposit, envy, strife, manipulation, deception in me, come out now by fire!
- I receive the mind of Christ. Let divine ideas flow. Let heavenly strategies come. Let me think thoughts that are pure, powerful, and prophetic.
- Father, plant holy imagination in my mind. Purge away every memory that keeps me bound. Refresh my mind. Renew my thoughts. Let me meditate on what is true and pure and praiseworthy. In Jesus’ name!
(Lay your hand on your nose and cry)
- Father, this gate of discernment must work! Like Paul who smelled the demonic in the girl with divination, sharpen my discernment!
- Every dullness in my spirit, every confusion, every wrong impression, I flush out by fire!
- May I smell truth. May I smell danger. May I perceive the presence of demons even in disguised forms. Let no witch, no manipulator, no fraud, no counterfeit hide around me anymore.
- Make me sensitive to the realm of the spirit. Let my nose reject strange fire, false anointing, counterfeit glory! In the name of Jesus!
(Lay your hands on your ears and cry again)
- Father, open my ears! Circumcise my ears! Everything clogging my ears, distractions, worldly noises, demonic whispers, I flush you out by fire!
- Oh Lord, let my ears be tuned to Heaven’s frequency. May I hear divine instructions, may I hear angelic announcements, may I hear Your whispers in the stillness.
- I reject spiritual deafness. I will not hear error. I will not follow wolves. I will not miss direction. I will not misinterpret revelation. I receive the ears of Samuel who heard Your voice clearly even as a child!
- My ears will hear You when I wake. My ears will hear You before danger comes. I will not be confused. I will not be misled. In Jesus’ name!
NOW, CRY LOUDER:
- Awaken my spirit, Lord. Revive me from every form of spiritual laziness and passivity. I arise in the name of Jesus as a priest and prophet in this generation. Let every spiritual sense in me that is dead or dull come alive now. Let my spirit become alert, active, and deeply connected to You.
- I pray for restoration, Father. Everything I have missed due to spiritual dullness, all the missed opportunities, misjudged relationships, divine timings I failed to discern, I ask for restoration by Your mercy. Let what was lost be returned, and let what was delayed be brought back in double portion.
- Restore heavenly downloads and assignments that passed me by when I was not spiritually ready in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
- I also pray for protection. No longer will demons find hiding places in my blind spots. No friendly enemy will thrive undetected in my life. I receive the grace to see through deceit and manipulation.
- Let every hidden adversary be exposed. I will not be misled, misjudge people, or walk into traps. Let deception lose its grip on me completely in the Name of Jesus.
- Father, grant me daily grace to expose myself before You, to be transparent in Your presence. Let me engage spiritual disciplines that will keep me burning, oh Lord. Let consistent prayer, fasting, study of the Word, obedience become a constant for me, Lord. In the Mighty Name of Jesus.
- Oh, help me to remain spiritually sharp beyond this month. I will not lose fire after Juicy July in Jesus Name. I will move from strength to strength.
- I declare boldly that I will not fall for counterfeits. I will not enter wrong relationships. I will not misjudge divine opportunities or miss my appointed seasons.
- I will remain spiritually alert and full of discernment. None of my family members will perish in spiritual ignorance or darkness.
- I walk in divine alignment. I hear the voice of my Father clearly. My spiritual senses are alive, pure, and filled with fire.
- I declare that I carry the fire of God in my eyes, in my ears, on my tongue, in my heart, and in my spirit. Let the fire of the Lord continue to burn in me, now and always. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
Round off with thanksgiving.
