BIBLE READING: JOEL 2:28-29; ACTS 2:1-4,14-18

Praise GOD, sisters!

Halleluyah!!!

It’s the eleventh day of this prayer programme, and I want to believe you have been experiencing showers, already. If yes, Glory be to the Name of the LORD. If no, don’t worry, that is why we are here, to receive another measure of the showers.

You, just open up your heart, and be receptive to what GOD has for you today, and I can assure you, that there will be a supernatural and an unprecedented release, from heaven, upon you, in Jesus Name.

AMEN?

AMEN!

Let us take our first song.

EAGLE’S WING by Hillsong

Here I am waiting, abide in me, I pray

Here I am longing for You

Hide me in Your love, bring me to my knees

May I know Jesus more and more

Come live in me all my life, take over

Come breathe in me, I will rise on eagle’s wings

Come live in me all my life, take over

Come breathe in me, I will rise on eagle’s wings

Here I am waiting, abide in me, I pray

Here I am longing for You

Hide me in Your love, bring me to my knees

May I know Jesus more and more

Come live in me all my life, take over

Come breathe in me, I will rise on eagle’s wings

Come live in me all my life, take over

Come breathe in me, I will rise on eagle’s wings

Come live in me all my life, take over

Come breathe in me, I will rise on eagle’s wings

I will rise on eagle’s wings; I will rise on eagle’s wings [x3]

On eagle’s wings

Let us quickly pray from this song!

Say this powerfully:

‘Oh Lord, my God! Come live in me all my life!  Take over my spirit, soul, mind and body Lord! Take over my thoughts, my motives, my intentions, my words, my action, in the Mighty Name of Jesus.’ (Pray repeatedly)

‘Oh Lord, I don’t want to do this Christian life with my power. Bear me on Eagle’s wings, oh Lord my God.  Bear me on Your Wings, Spirit of God in the Mighty Name of Jesus.’

Now, let us do a very quick spiritual exercise. You must not skip this and you shouldn’t do this in a hurry:

Be still in your spirit.

Keep quiet!

Repeat these words in your heart repeatedly:

‘Lord, open my eyes to see! Open my eyes to see’

Now, shut your eyes. Try to focus on the Cross.  Take deep breaths, your arms outstretched. Keep quiet still. When your mind is still, repeat continuously without moving your lips:

‘Breathe on me! Lord, breathe on me’

‘Breathe on me! Lord, breathe on me’

‘Breathe on me! Lord, breathe on me’

‘Breathe on me! Lord, breathe on me’

Keep repeating it until something begins to change within you!

Release yourself to the Holy Spirit. Don’t struggle with Him. Welcome His warm, life-changing breaths before you move on.

Halleluyah!

.

.

.

.

You are all welcome into God’s Presence, today, in the Name of Jesus.

Today, we will be considering something very vital and important, as we journey in this prayer programme.

Our topic today is: OH LORD, FOR YOUR IMMEASURABLE STRENGTH I PLEAD!

By the grace of GOD, for the past ten days, we have been praying and enjoying great showers of blessings! Oh yes, you’ve got to believe that! Even if you can’t see it, He’s working! Even if you can’t feel it, He’s working! Your prayer is working! Your prayer isn’t dying out! Your prayer is giving birth to MORE THAN you can ask or think! Halleluyah!

But I’m glad to announce to you, that there is more.

Amen?

And to experience that ‘more’, you will need a greater level of strength and capacity, so that you can be able to receive the torrent of the showers, set to be released!

Ayaaaaaayaaaaaa!

Is someone getting me?

That is why we have come to recharge our spiritual batteries.

We have come to that One battery and energy booster- The HOLY SPIRIT of God!

Halleluyah?

Let us look at our first text, and see the prayer of Apostle Paul.

Ephesians 3:16 – That He would grant you, according to the riches of His Glory, to be strengthened with might, by His Spirit, in the inner man.

He prayed that, we be strengthened in our inner man, because he had the understanding that, as we journey, at one point or the other, our spirit man would get tired.

We need a bigger, greater strength to carry on!

The text says: ‘according to the riches of His Glory.’ That means, He has strength plentifully stored up for you, in His Fulness and Glory. Your duty is to just keep coming, tapping into it and refilling your vessel, every now and then, and at every point in time when you discover your strength is failing you and you sense weakness on the inside of you.

Then, your inner (spirit) man can be strengthened and charged up with might and power, over and over again, to pick up and continue from where you stopped.

MORE STRENGTH! MORE SHOWERS!

AMEN?

I pray GOD will help us, in the Name of JESUS.

You will not be too relaxed, neither will you be tired of receiving the showers, in the Name of JESUS.

Now, let us look at Isaiah 40:29-31:

Vs 29 – He giveth power to THE FAINT; and to them that have NO MIGHT, He increaseth strength.

Vs 30 – Even the youths shall FAINT and be WEARY, and the young men shall utterly fall:

Vs 31 – But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Note, the words in CAPS! That is you, right?

From verse 29, you can see this category of people. These ones are fainthearted, weary and discouraged already. They have no might, no strength; because they have not been experiencing showers or because their problems keep getting harder.

But here is GOD saying to you, ‘Come on My daughter, I’ve got all the power, might and strength you need for the rest of this journey, and even beyond. Just open up yourself to receive it, and you are sure to rise above every limitation, embargo and obstacle the devil might have placed your way, and will still place on your way, preventing you from spreading your wings and flying, like an eagle that you are, to the place of receiving the fulness of the showers I have in store to release upon you.’

Kai!

Won’t you open up yourself wide to GOD, dear sisters, crying out to Him, that you have no might, and that He should give you strength? Not only that, but to also increase your strength?

As for me, I will.

I don’t know about you.

Just empty yourself before GOD, dear sisters, and let Him fill you up with His Strength.

Even if you feel you have some strength, tell Him to increase it. That is what He said He will do.

See, sisters, GOD has no problem with you, when you are faint, because He knows how the journey can be, and He understands that hope deferred makes the heart sick. That is why He said, in verse 30, that, ‘even the young ones will faint and utterly fall’. You that started well with vigor, vitality and strength, WILL faint, get tired and even fall along the way. But, where the problem lies is when you refuse to be strong again, after fainting or falling.

But He is saying in verse 31, that: ‘My daughter, I understand you. I know how tiring it can be, when you have to wait endlessly for a manifestation. But, don’t worry, I gat you. In as much as you can wait on Me, in My Presence, in the place of prayers, all through this prayer programme, I will renew your strength.’

AMEN?

When your strength is renewed, what happens next?

SHOWERS!!!

Kai!

Before we continue, let us take our second song:

RAIN ON US by Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir

Rain on us, Holy Spirit

Rain on us, in our souls

While we′re standing here

Come on and send the Holy Ghost

And rain on us

Rain on us

Rain on us, in our souls.

Rain on us, Holy Spirit

Rain on us, in our souls

While we’re standing here

Send the Holy Ghost

Rain on us, Rain on us

Rain on us, in our souls

Whatever Your people have needed

You said in Your Word, LORD,

You’ll supply

Now we’re standing here today,

For You to have Your Way,

Your people now are calling,

Let it rain on us, and falling

Send down the rain.

Rain on us, Holy Spirit

Rain on us, in our souls

While we’re standing here

Send the Holy Ghost

Rain on us, Rain on us

(Send down the rain, LORD)

Rain on us, in our souls

Now we’re in the midst of the battle (Yes, we are)

There’s darkness invading the land

But we know as we pray

The answer’s on its way

LORD!

Send the Holy Spirit

It’s our prayer, please

LORD, please hear us.

Won’t you rain on us, Holy Spirit

Rain on us, in our souls

While we’re standing here

Send the Holy Ghost

Rain on us, Rain on us

Rain on us, in our souls

It’s not by might,

Nor by power,

But by My Spirit,

Says the LORD.

We need a fresh shower from heaven

So, come to Your people

Fill us once again

With the rain.

(Rain on us in our souls)

In our souls

While we’re standing here

Send the Holy Ghost

Send the Holy Spirit

It’s our prayer, please

LORD, please hear us.

Won’t you rain

(Rain on us, Holy Spirit)

Rain on us in our souls

While we’re standing here

Send the Holy Ghost

Rain

Rain on us,

Rain

Rain on us in our souls

So, dear sisters, we are going to be asking GOD for His STRENGTH.

We are going to be praying down the baptismal measure of the Holy Spirit, upon our lives. He is the Spirit of Strength. All the strength we need, is in Him. Our duty is just to do what?

ASK!

And when you are asking, remember, don’t request with the disposition of receiving dews.

Open every corner of your heart to the LORD. Release every department of your life, to receive the showers. Tell Him to flood your sspirit, with His Holy Spirit.

Don’t struggle with the Holy Spirit, sisters. Release yourself and be filled.

See, sisters, let me tell you something: greater showers lie ahead so much so that the strength of the past ten days won’t suffice to receive it. But, with a baptismal measure today, and in subsequent days, all through the journey of your life, you will be so shocked, at how much of God’s outpouring, you will receive and keep enjoying.

Let us take this song, before launching into prayers.

SPIRIT, FALL DOWN by Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir

We’re all gathered here, in Your Presence, LORD

With our hearts open wide

With lifted hands and with open hearts

We welcome You to abide

Oh LORD, we need Your Spirit

Your Holy Spirit, right now

Oh LORD, give us Your Spirit

Your Holy Spirit, right now

We can do nothing, until You come, DEAR LORD

For we are so unworthy, to even call on Your Name

So, please, please, hear our prayer

And don’t let our coming be in vain

Oh LORD, we need Your Spirit

Your Holy Spirit, right now

Oh LORD, give us Your Spirit

Your Holy Spirit, right now

Spirit, Spirit, fall fresh on me

Spirit, Spirit, fall fresh on me.

Fall down, fall down,

Fall fresh, on me

Fall down, fall down,

Fall fresh, on me

Fall down, Fall down,

Fall fresh, on me

Fall down, fall down,

Fall fresh, on me

Fall fresh, on me

Fall down, fall down,

Oh LORD, we need Your Spirit

Your Holy Spirit, right now

Oh LORD, give us Your Spirit

Your Holy Spirit, right now

Now, it is time to pray, sisters.

AMEN?

AMEN!

(Please, take the prayers seriously, and one after the other. Don’t rush them)

Now, you will pray these prayers:

Oh GOD, here am I; tired, weary, fainthearted and exhausted. I need strength, I am not strong in myself, and I am not sufficient in myself. Pour out Your strength upon me, LORD, in a baptismal measure. Fill me up with Your might, and strengthen me by Your Spirit, in my inner man, in the Name of JESUS.

Father, fill me with Your Holy Ghost afresh. Baptise me with the showers of Your Holy Spirit. I want to be so full, overflowing and soaked with Your Spirit, now and evermore, in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Rain down Your Spirit upon me, LORD!!! Let Your power come down heavily upon me, like a flood, like a rushing mighty wind, overshadowing and filling every part of my inner man, in the Name of Jesus.

Sing this chorus:

Fire, fire, fire,

Fire, fall on me

Fire, fire, fire,

Fire, fall on me

Like the day of Pentecost

Fire, fall on me

Power, power, power,

Power, come on me

Power, power, power,

Power, come on me

Like the day of Pentecost

Power, come on me.

.

.

.

Now, you will shout this, powerfully:

Holy Ghost!!! (3x)

Invade me! (3x)

Consume me! (3x)

Immerse me! (3x)

Encamp round me! (3x)

Encapsulate me! (3x)

Kai!!!

Hope we are praying sisters!!!

In Jesus Name, we have prayed.

AMEN!!!

Shout this one, quickly, as well:-

HOLY GHOST!!! SET ME UP ON FIRE!

Pray sisters,

In the Name of JESUS!

Say this one, prayerfully and powerfully, and if you know the song you can sing it:-

Living Waters, let me drink of You!

Holy Spirit, let me drown in You!

Take me deeper!

Drown me deeper!

Spirit of the Living GOD, take me into the deep!

(Talk to GOD)

In the Name of JESUS.

AMEN!

Now, we want to welcome the Holy Spirit, with this song, in His Fulness, Power, Glory and Magnificent Authority; anointing every part of our lives.

Holy Spirit, welcome!

Welcome, Welcome!

Emi Mimo, kabo

Kabo, kabo.

(Sing it as many times as possible, till you are filled with the Holy Spirit.)

Play it below if you don’t know it. Sing with all focus and total surrender. Let the Spirit take over you!

Now, say these: –

Welcome, Sweet Holy Spirit!

Welcome, Thou Strength of the Divine!

Welcome, Holy Ghost!

Welcome Him!

Welcome Him!!

Welcome Him!!!

Yes!!!

In Jesus Name.

Now let us say this prayer, as we round off this session:

Father, charge me up with Your Divine Strength, to continue in the place of prayers, till I have birthed manifestations of Your downpour, showers, release, outpouring and overflowing blessings upon my life, family, ministry, marriage, career, and in all areas of my life, in the Name of JESUS.

At no point in time, should my spiritual battery be dead, LORD. Help me to come back to keep recharging it, from time to time, whenever it’s running low, in the Mighty Name of JESUS.

Thank You, Father!

Thank You, Jesus!

Thank You, Holy Spirit!

Let us conclude with this song of assurance: –
