TOPIC: ALTARS VERSUS ALTARS

TESTIMONY HIGHLIGHT

Let us read through this striking testimony that we received yesterday to rouse our spirits before we start to pray. May your own testimony also arrive to the Glory of the Lord alone in Jesus’ Name.

I so much believe in God’s miracle because I’m a living testimony. 2022 Juicy July program was a time when I was dejected and heartbroken because I lost something so precious to me. But in it I prayed and cried my heart out to God and He answered me and gave me a testimony before 2023 Juicy July program. I’m not here to share my own testimony today though but to share on behalf of someone I know which is a colleague at work. I got to know her the same year we got employed, (though we rarely see as she works in another department). I was heavily pregnant then (before the sad occurrence). She saw me pregnant the following year and was amazed, saying ‘So fast!’. I made her realise that it’s God’s mercy.

She told me about her predicament and I encouraged her and prayed for her. I included her in my prayer throughout 2023 Juicy July program. I also sent the bulletin with the topic ‘The Blessings of the Breast and of the Womb’…..The prayer guide was Day 17th and I sent it to her Day 18th and I told her to pray with it. Sisters, God never disappoint His own, I did not get to see her even when I got back from my own maternity leave except once, but I didn’t even take note of her body then coz I was rushing back home that day. She informed me she gave birth to a baby girl this March to the glory of God. My sisters help me thank the Lord for this wonderful testimony- the prayer bulletins are so fireful never to be ignored.

The Meaning of Altars

Altars are designated places where humans connect with the divine. They serve as platforms where world’s people can invite in and commune with the spirit realm. If I must let you know something, it is that wherever you see any spirit at work, there must be a human who brought it in! In the human realm, no spirit can barge in like that without invitation! Even our Lord God is incapacitated if He doesn’t see altars! Ezekiel 22:30 shows an instance of this when the Lord said: So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.

God sought for someone who would set up an altar and begin to commune with the Divinity on behalf of His people but He found none! He was therefore incapacitated! You see this, dear sisters. It is very possible for God to be on the throne, yet not be in control of His people, fam! Why? Because He wouldn’t find people who will build altars. The only thing He asked on to do always in the Bible is PRAY! That is what gives Him the right to step in! Altars create earthly permission for Heavenly interference!

Have you noticed the foremost prayers in the Lord’s prayer as taught by the Lord Jesus?:

Thy Kingdom come

Thy Will be done on earth as it is done in Heaven!

Why must we pray that? Can’t it just happen without us? Well, I regard it such a great privilege and honour that the God of Heaven and the earth requires my cooperation to do any major thing on earth. Oh what a great privilege that I will never take for granted all my life by the mercies of the Lord.

Altars are points where spiritual transactions are authorized and executed, whether for blessings or curses. Altars signify dedication to a deity, whether the true God or false gods, impacting the worshipper’s life and surroundings.

Altars act as bridges between the physical and spiritual realms, allowing spiritual forces to influence and interact with human lives. You need the Lord to come interact with your family? Build an altar! You must have seen Hindus idols before if you see Hindi movies. They would always have a section in their homes dedicated to the Devil. When they come back home, they’d go worship the god. When their children are going to school, they’d share some of the smoke from their ‘god’ on the child and seal it with a red mark on their foreheads. That’s an altar there! The parents just gave the evil spirits an access to act in their home, in their child!

Characteristics of Altars According to the Bible

1. Physical and Spiritual Structures: Altars can be tangible, like Noah’s altar after the flood (Genesis 8:20), or intangible, like the altar of our hearts (Hebrews 13:10).

2. Places of Sacrifice: Altars always involve sacrifices, whether animals, grain, or our time, comfort, ease, money and devotion.

3. Centers of Covenants: Altars often mark the establishment or renewal of covenants, as seen in God’s promises to Abraham (Genesis 12:7).

4. Sites of Divine Encounters: Altars are places where God reveals Himself and His will, as with Jacob at Bethel (Genesis 28:10-22).

ABRAHAM: THE ALTARS-BUILDER

If I am to ask you to mention great men of the Bible, it would be strange for you to skip Abraham!

Abraham, known as the father of faith, built several altars throughout his journey with God. These altars were not only physical markers of his encounters with God but also powerful spiritual instruments that had lasting impacts on his life and generations to come. Around four billion religious people from the three biggest monotheistic religions (Judaism. Christianity, Islam) trace their roots through him. Four billion people, fam! Abraham is definitely a big deal and that was what God promised him he would be. In Genesis 12:1–3 we read,

Now the LORD said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

HERE ARE SOME OF THE ALTARS HE BUILT

1. Altar at Shechem (Genesis 12:6-7)

This was the first altar Abraham built after receiving God’s promise to give the land of Canaan to his descendants. Can you imagine? Immediately he received a promise from the Lord, Abraham sealed it with an altar! You know, there is no altar without a sacrifice, so, this man would go through the stress of building stones together and then get the best animals and slaughter them before the Lord! Wow! For you, sis, when the Lord gives you a promise, what do you do? When someone delivers a prophecy to you from God, what do you do? You just sit and wait for it to come to pass? Not Abraham!

2. Altar at Bethel (Genesis 12:8)

This altar represented Abraham’s ongoing relationship with God. It was a place where he regularly called upon the Lord, seeking guidance and maintaining his faith. Can you see again? He needed to commune with God, so He built another altar, sacrificed animals on them and sealed it that way! When you need Divine intervention, what do you do? When you need someone to talk to, do you think of building an altar?

3. Altar at Hebron (Genesis 13:18)

After separating from Lot, Abraham moved to Hebron and built another altar. This act reaffirmed his commitment to God and marked a new beginning in a place where he would experience many more encounters with the Lord. Looking at the life of this man is just so exemplary to me! He moved to another vicinity after Lot had left him. The option Lot had left him with was dry and fruitless, well, Abraham did not care, He knew all He needed was God’s Presence. So, He did what? Spent time building altars! He kept bringing God along on his journey! How amazing!

4. Altar on Mount Moriah (Genesis 22:9)

This altar is perhaps the most significant of all. It was on Mount Moriah that Abraham demonstrated his ultimate obedience to God by being willing to sacrifice his son Isaac. God intervened, providing a ram as a substitute, and reaffirmed His covenant with Abraham.

And look at it here! This altar was requested of God Himself, to be done at a specified place, with a specified sacrifice! That is the biggest sacrifice ever- the one requested of God Himself! What has the Lord requested of you, sis? Have you built the altar yet and sacrificed it yet?

SIGNIFICANCE OF ABRAHAM’S ALTARS:

The altars built by Abraham were powerful spiritual instruments that:

-Facilitated divine encounters,

-Marked significant moments of faith

-Ensured the fulfillment of God’s promises.

-Brought blessings upon Abraham

-Created a lasting spiritual legacy for his descendants.

ALTARS: THE PATH TO GREATNESS

“I will make your name great,” said the Lord. And the Lord did. Four thousand years after Abraham’s death, we still talk of him and his greatness and his legacy of blessing.

We’re drawn to thE idea of greatness. We love great movies and books, great athletes and musicians, great military generals and humanitarians, great presidents and educators and missionaries. We love greatness. But how did God make Abraham’s name great? Through altars! God called Abraham His friend! Why? Abraham gave God the liberty to move in His times. He gave God no rest. If he was blessed, he built altars, maybe when we would simply just take ourselves for a nice dinner. If He was troubled, he’d build an altar! He built altars to the extent that the Lord needed to test if the love was genuine. Ah ah, is this true? Does Abraham really love me this much? Okay, let me ask for what he loves most on earth- Isaac was ready to give even that away!

Dear sisters, following God on the path to greatness involves altars- and altars involve sacrifice!

The Speakings of an Altar

At Bethel, Jacob was going back home after about 20 years of being away. He decided to sleep, picked up a stone and used it as a pillow. What Jacob didn’t know was that the area was a place that his grandfather had built altars to the Lord in the past. When he closed his eyes, he saw divinity! Angels were moving to and fro a ladder. Wow! ‘What a heavenly sight this is!’ He must have thought. His grandfather had built altars that gave God the rights, the legality to step into his life! This shows how altars can speak across generations long after their builders have died. You see, altars are raised to spirits and these spirits continue to visit and influence those altars from generations to generations.

Many of us have fathers and grandfathers, mothers and grandmothers and even farther generations who had built altars to strange gods and to wicked spirits. Jacob reaped the effects of good altars but maybe we are reaping the effects of evil altars. And maybe we keep hearing the evuil voices of those even altars in our lives. Well, all we need to do is establish another altar that will speak- not just speak, but speak better things! So our escape route from an altar is another altar, sis!

If there is a consistent story of miscarriages, we might be dealing with an altar! There is this family that had been barren for a long period of time. They told my husband about the situation and we started to pray. That month, the wife took in. But well, they didn’t come back to inform us. In the sixth month thereabout, they returned home to find blood used to mark round their home. What! In this age and time? In a city like Ibadan? Well, I can’t remember if it was that night or the next or a few days after, the baby died. They informed us after the deed had been done. Altars! They didn’t have altars powerful enough to face the evil altars of the enemy! We prayed again and God did it. This time, they didn’t hide it anymore, haha. And you know what, around the same time the altar spoke during the last pregnancy, he came again! This time though, he met with a great resistance! To conquer their altars, you must raise altars, sis!

If there is a case of unnatural poverty, not that the person is not hardworking. The person is hardworking. The person has initiative. The person is willing to wprk, but there is something beyond her efforts that is resisting her, we might be dealing with an altar that’s speaking. If you put money into the person’s hands and in the next two months, the person cannot give account of what she did with that money, we might be dealing with a speaking. So it doesn’t matter how many opportunities this person gets to have. The opportunities will not translate to anything worthwhile because there is a spiritual altar that is speaking and it is swallowing the impact of her natural efforts.

See, if you have an altar of blessing aligned with your life, the altar of blessing will not exempt you from hard work, but in that your hard work, there will be results beyond your effort that will arise from your hard work. If an altar of reproach is, is angulated against your life, it will not exempt you from hard work, but your hard work and your efforts will be swallowed up and you will not see the impact of your input.

Oh, when an altar of death is speaking, one of the things you are going to notice is that there is going to be an age bracket that people cannot survive beyond. If you notice that science in your bloodline, there is an altar! And as I have said, if an altar is involved, then an altar must be erected!

It probably isn’t another job you need. What you need is to bring down the altar!!! All your siblings, children, cousins, family members are all wayward and rebellious and making you weep endlessly. None or a few of them is reasonable. No one is forthcoming. Sis, wake up! Build altars! Have the Lord give you His word or in a few years’ time, you will wake up to a colony of monsters!.

If I come to you and prophesy and you get the result, don’t think it was me who spoke to you, you simply received the result of an altar!

Unbelievers do not joke with altars but believers, oh, we sleep off on the reality of divinity! Unbelievers go to sleep in forest, naked, collecting dews inside basket, looking for the teeth of lions to come pay their gods as he had demanded just to destroy us but we the targets, what are we doing? Flaunting away on social media, eating, indulging ourselves in various types of pleasures and leaving our altars dusty!

Juicy July for instance started as one of my own personal sacrifices to the Lord many years ago. I saw what it did in my life, giving the Lord a whole month (started with two weeks), wow, I must let my sisters, know about this. And that was how I extended it to The BUD Family. You think it is in vain that you set apart a whole month, fasting and praying and studying God’s Word? If you do it wholeheartedly, you will reap bountifully! But would yuou believe that some would even still not be able to do it? Ah!

Altars and Sacrifices

Altars always require sacrifices. If you visit a Babalawo, they will ask you for the most ridiculous things ever, you know why? The altars they will erect in your name to invoke the demons who will come and act on your behalf needs sacrifices! In fact, before the demonic priest would speak to you, you must first of all use your hand to put a certain amount of money on a particular place and then repeat certain words, telling the demons your issues- evil altars thrive on negative sacrifices, sis, why go that route? Why send your hard-earned money home to your parents in the village to help you consult the demons when you can consult the Lord Almighty in the confines of your room?

As children of God, what the Lord requires is to first of all offer ourselves as living sacrifices! (Romans 12:1). For us to tell the Lord- I give my heart to you, come and live in there. Come and be the Lord and my King. Oh dear Lord, I make a covenant with you today that I will not allow any sexual sin in this temple. I make a covenant with you oh dear Lord that in this body, I will carry Your Spirit around in this generation. Come and inhabit this body, oh Lord.

Other Sacrifices we can offer:

Undistracted Devotion: Guard your time with the Lord. Make it a priority, free from distractions or interruptions.

Generosity: Give without expecting anything in return. Bless others with your resources, whether it’s money, time, or talents.

Meditation: Set aside quiet moments to reflect on God’s Word, His character, and your own spiritual journey. Meditation helps deepen your understanding and connection with Him.

Financial Sacrifice: Use your resources wisely, not on frivolities. Offer it to the Lord and let Him be the One to decide how your money, which is His money in reality is spent! If He says ‘Send 50% to that person’ obey with ease! If He says ‘Give a 100%’ to that ministry that I used to help you during this and this time, obey! Consider giving to charitable causes, supporting missions, or helping those in need. Don’t allow the selfish spirit of this age overpower you.

Physical Space: Reserve a quiet space in your home for prayer and reflection. Create an altar or designated area where you can meet with God. You, your Bible, journal, pen, mat, earpiece for music, audio player, etc. Just for you and God!

Fasting: Fasting involves abstaining from food or certain activities for a specific period. It can be a powerful way to seek God’s presence, gain clarity, and grow spiritually. You can do social media fast, you can do a particular fast from something you are addicted to, like Cocacola, TV Shows, Hangouts etc.

Scripture Memorization: Commit verses to memory. Having God’s Word hidden in your heart is simply powerful. The evil powers know this, so they also created their own incantations. When evils arise, they can just pull out those evil prayers and praises to their demons and they will manifest! How much more the Great God, sis!

Silence and Solitude: How else can I stress the importance of these! You cannot claim to have known me a little while without having heard this from me! Sisters, learn to DAILY spend time alone with God. Disconnect from distractions and listen for His voice. Shut up and let Him speak. Learn to quiet your spirit, sis!

Prayer/Gratitude Walks: Take walks while praying, seeking God’s face. Take a walk outdoors and intentionally focus on things you’re grateful for. Appreciate the beauty of nature and express thankfulness to God.

Promise/Covenant Walks: You could even do this during your break time at work. You just take a scroll, making promises to the Lord and asking for His spirit to help you achieve them. You love up on the Lord and soon you will see Him reciprocating in real time!

Intercessory Prayer: Pray for others. Lift up their needs, struggles, and joys. Intercede on behalf of friends, family, and even those you don’t know personally.

Hospitality: Open your home to others. Practice hospitality by inviting friends, neighbors, or newcomers for a meal or fellowship.

Sabbath Rest: Set aside a day each week for rest and reflection. Use this time to recharge, connect with God, and enjoy His presence. If God could set Sabbath apart in the old testament, we should know it is important to Him. If your Sunday is your sabbath, make it real time for the Lord then. Intentionally decide not to do anything that is not spiritual that day- and keep to it! What a legacy to pass on to one’s children!

Creative Expression: Use your talents to honor God. Whether it’s writing, painting, music, or any other form of creativity, offer it as an act of worship.

Dear sisters, our altars to God impacts not only us but also future generations. Like Jacob inheriting Abraham’s altars, our spiritual practices will affect those who come after us. Based on your present life, what will you leave for the generations unborn? Your certificates and fine clothes? Oh, c’mon, lets start building altars! Altars endure!

BE A MOVING ALTAR!

Altars are majorly made of stones so that even when you have left, the altar is still active. They are made of stones to signify their longlasting value. The song who just sang says: may all who come behind us find us faithful. How? It is by the way of altars! It says: May the fire of our devotion light their way. This is yet talking about altars! May the footprints that we leave lead them to believe. Yet, altars, sis! And the lives we live inspire them to obey. Altars, altars, altars!

We see a problem in our church, we raise an altar for it, even if it is by creating a prayer journal separately for the issues and tracking the testimonies. We go to our children’s schools and by the virtue of our children being there, we raise altars there. We find the opportunities to just visit and invoke the presence of God there. It could be just standing on the field and just speaking in tongues. It could be laying hands on a major tree in the school and asking the Lord to visit the school, protect it, have all the children there for Himself etc.

God promises us something, to thank the Lord, we can raise an altar in gratitude. We can give gifts, we can dedicate something to the Lord. Just to commemorate the experience. We record the experience, we make promises to the Lord, we write them down. We visit the hospital and are never too weak to create an altar there. We enter a bus, we raise an altar there. Wherever we find ourselves, we are bringing the Lord into the space!

We offer ourselves as sacrifices on the altar of the Lord every morning. Anything already offered to the Lord is a taboo for the kingdom of darkness. If they try to do you harm, it will fall upon themselves. We release ourselves to be Arks of Covenant for the Lord. Our children, our homes, our marriages, our church, our properties, our purpose and calling. We surrender all to God. Let us aspire to be flaming, moving altars that whatever altar comes close to do us harm will hurt himself. It will be altar versus altar! And our God is the Greatest Fighter of all times- He always wins! Release all that you are, have, aspire to be to the Lord on the altar, sis.

DESTROY THE EVIL ALTARS NOW!

The altars of evil can be destroyed! Throughout the Bible, we see numerous examples of godly individuals who recognized the presence of evil altars and took decisive action to tear them down. One such example is Gideon, who destroyed the altars of his father’s house. Judges 6:27-29 says: “So Gideon went with ten men who were his servants and did just what the Lord had told him to do, though he did it at night because he was too afraid of his father’s family and the leading men of the city to do it during the day. When the leading men of the city got up early the next morning, the altar to Baal had been torn down, along with the Asherah that had stood beside it, and the second bull had been offered on the altar that had been erected. They asked each other, ‘Who did this thing?’ When they looked into it and asked around, they concluded, ‘Joash’s son Gideon did it.’”

Gideon’s act of tearing down his father’s altar to Baal and the Asherah pole signifies the rejection of idolatry and evil influences. Despite his fear, Gideon obeyed God’s command. Oh yes, we also can overcome even the most deep-seated evil structures!

Deuteronomy 7:5 also says: “But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire.”

Can you see the Lord’s command? We should not tolerate the evil altars in any way! Evil altars of rebellion, anger, pride,immorality, addictions, satanic attacks, marital failures- what do we do to them?

We destroy them, break them down, cut them down, burn them by fire. Glory, hallelujah!

Today, evil altars may not always be physical structures. They can manifest in various forms such as:

– Cultural ideologies and practices that oppose God’s principles.

– Institutions or movements that promote ungodliness, such as feminism. To fight this feminism for instance, we a) Upholding Biblical Truth b) Engage in. Intercessory Prayers: Praying for the restoration of godly marriages and families. Or for God to raise more biblical homes for Himself. 3) Community Action: Supporting ministries and organizations that advocate for biblical marriage and family values.

– Personal habits or addictions that detract from a godly lifestyle: that we see in ourselves and others.

–Spiritual attacks or demonic influences: that we have noticed in or close to us.

The Power in the Name of Jesus

The ultimate power to destroy evil altars comes from Jesus Christ. By His death and resurrection, Jesus has triumphed over all principalities and powers. In His name, we have the authority to:

– Pull Down Strongholds: “For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds” (2 Corinthians 10:3-4).

– Break Curses: Any altar functioning against our lives can be dismantled through the power of Jesus. We declare freedom and victory over every evil altar in His mighty name.

We cannot tolerate evil altars any longer. Wherever we see evil altars, we must pull them down. By the power in the mighty name of Jesus, we declare war against every altar that stands against the knowledge and worship of God. Just as Gideon destroyed the altars of his father’s house, we too must take decisive action to eradicate any form of altars and evil influence in our lives and communities. Let us rise with boldness, empowered by the Holy Spirit, to destroy the evil altars now! Altar Versus altars’!

PRAYER TIME

WORSHIP

Let us take some quality time to worship the Lord for His Word that we have just gone through. Thank Him for the specific revelations that He has given you today. When you are done, move on.

SPIRITUAL SANITATION

Begin to sanitize your life right now. Rid your life of every sins and iniquities with the Blood of Jesus. The Lord does not hear the prayers coming from the mouth of a sinner, but if such confesses and forsakes the sins, the Lord will have mercy, hear and forgive.

ATMOSPHERIC SANITATION

Now, take charge of your environment. Begin to cover where you are now with the Blood of Jesus. Cover yourself with the fire of the Holy Ghost.

LET US PRAY

Heavenly Father, I thank You for the power of altars and the divine connections they establish. I invite You to help me build and maintain altars that glorify You and bring Your presence into my life and space in Jesus Name.

Lord, I repent of any neglect or disregard I have shown towards spiritual altars in my life. Help me to prioritize and nurture these sacred places of communion with You and daily destroy any negative altars I see at work against me and against Your Hallowed Name in Jesus Name.

Father, I ask for Your guidance and wisdom as I establish altars in my home and heart. Let these altars be places of divine encounters and spiritual transactions that bring Your blessings into my life. Help me to practicalize these things I learn, not just know them in my head, oh Lord.

Heavenly Father, I pray for the strength and determination to maintain a consistent prayer life. Help me to stand in the gap for my family, space, and nation, building altars that invite Your intervention in in the Name of Jesus.

Lord, I ask for Your protection and deliverance from any evil altars or curses that are affecting my life knowingly and unknowingly in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Daddy, please help me to raise altars of righteousness that speak better things and silence the voice of the enemy from this day on in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

Father, I pray for the grace to offer myself as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to You. Let my life be a continuous act of worship and devotion that draws me closer to Your heart in Jesus Name.

Heavenly Father, I ask for Your presence to fill every altar I build. Let these altars be places where Your will is done on earth as it is in heaven, transforming my life and circumstances according to Your divine plan.

Lord, I ask for the grace to remain steadfast in prayer, even when faced with challenges or distractions. Help me to build altars that withstand the storms of life and continue to burn with Your holy fire.

Heavenly Father, I pray for the courage to follow Abraham’s example of obedience and sacrifice. May my altars be testimonies of my faith and commitment to You, leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.

Lord, I ask for Your divine intervention in every area of my life where evil altars may be speaking this very moment, my dear Lord in Jesus Name.

Lord, I seek Your guidance in maintaining a balanced and disciplined spiritual life. Help me to prioritize my time with You, ensuring that my altars are always burning brightly with Your presence.

Heavenly Father, I pray for the strength to persevere in prayer and altar-building, even when the results are not immediately visible. Help me to trust in Your timing and remain faithful in my devotion to You.

Lord, I ask for Your protection and covering over every altar I build. Let Your angels guard these sacred places and ensure that they remain holy and undefiled, serving as channels of Your divine blessings.

Father, I pray for the grace to continually offer sacrifices that please You. Let my altars be places where I encounter Your presence, receive Your guidance, and experience Your transforming power.

Heavenly Father, I recognize the presence of evil altars in my life and surroundings. (Mention them), Lord, step in. I invite You to help me tear them down now in Jesus Name.

Lord, I bring my personal habits before You. Help me to break free from anything that detracts from a godly lifestyle from now on in Jesus Name. Help me oh Lord.

Father, I ask for Your protection against spiritual attacks and demonic influences. I declare that no weapon formed against me, my lot shall prosper in Jesus’ name.

Lord, I stand on the power of Your name to pull down strongholds. I declare that every stronghold in my life is demolished by the divine power of Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, I break every curse functioning against my life. I declare freedom and victory over every evil altar issuing curses against my life in the mighty name of Jesus.

Lord, I refuse to tolerate evil altars any longer. Evil altars of my father and mother’s house at work negatively against my life, catch fire now in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father, I declare war against every altar that stands against the knowledge and worship of You in my family, church, nation etc. Let Your light shine and dispel all darkness in my life and community.

Father, I thank You for the victory I have in Jesus Christ. By His death and resurrection, I am empowered to triumph over all principalities and powers.

PRAYER REQUEST SPOTLIGHTS

Could we please join hands together to raise our voices to the Lord on behalf of these sisters?

1. Establishment( affordable shop in a good location money for all necessary logistics),of my tailoring & clothing materials, uniforms, curtains business. I want divine intervention as regards it, because I’ve been on it for a long time. The Lord should intervene in my mom’s leg. He has promised to do so, and I’m eagerly awaiting the manifestation. The building of our house with ease. The Grace to be more fervent.

2. My request is that God make my child to walk, normalize her physical body structure, that God should bring healing to my family. I want God to heal my business centre, I have seen so many building house with their computer business, I want God to do so to me. I want to love the Lord so much. God told me that I am a king and that He will use me to bless and save my people, let it come to pass. I want God to make my husband a billionaire me too. I want God to fight for me. I want God to give us motorcycle, or Keke (tricycle) in Jesus name Amen

3. I want my beloved sisters to join me in prayers on behalf of my aunt, She has been diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer despite having a major surgery some months back. The medical results says the cancer has spread and are in dangerous places. I want God to re-write the next test result and every root of cancer be dried up in Jesus name. Amen

4. Help me pray for my family, that God should recreate my Father’s pancreas and that he should live up to the full age that God has ordained for him.What is diabetes before the Almighty? For my younger sister Jane, who’s been sickly with ovarian cyst.God is her Creator. My older sister Grace has been sickly too, with one thing today and another the next. Also believing God to deliver my oldest sibling, my brother from drunkenness.

5. God should heal my son, Faturoti Oluwaseyifunmi Obaloluwa of adenoidal hypertrophy and laryngogamalacia. God’s grace should be sufficient for my son, I, my husband, siblings and mum. God should settle my husband and I debts before this year end. I should be promoted at my place of work, all protocol should be broken for my sake. God should grant me and my family long life in good health and sound mind.

6. I would like fellow mothers and sisters in BUD to help pray for my sister’s first baby to receive the touch of God upon her brain and body so she may be restored to normal. This is a girl whose story was shared in today’s prayers (Day 4 ). This girl speaks like a normal child and at two years old, she speaks with such confidence like an adult, and her eloquence amazes us all at that age. But suddenly she was struck by the spirit of recreation and was in a coma for weeks, and when finally discharged she could no longer talk and walk. Mama, it’s been 4 years since the devil struck. In 2020 till now, at first, we were told it was the coronavirus, but nothing has changed other than the Lord has kept her life for a day like this that God of B U.D will remember her case and turn it around. She had been almost paralyzed and now bringing spits in her mouth all the time. She experiences seizures now and then and cannot stand by herself for long. She has several bruises on her as a result of falling severely. Mama, we need God’s hands upon her brain and body. Mama, I want to come back before her sixth birthday in November so that she will speak very well and be back on her feet again. That her memory be restored fully and give us our testimony over her.

7. I want God to restore my father spiritually. I want God to open his eyes to see the battles we are currently fighting and give him freedom over sin and the flesh. And quicken his steps to run back to God. And I pray that God grants my mum grace and wisdom not to lose faith in the face of this battle.

NOW TO OUR PRAYER JOURNALS

Let us raise our prayer list to the Lord and tell Him all about our requests. Let us ask the Father in the Name of Jesus to turn those requests into testimonies for us according to His Will in Jesus’ Name. Let us pray fervently on them before we move on.
