DAUGHTER, LOOSE THYSELF!

JUICY JULY 2025: ABBA FATHER

DAY 6: DAUGHTER, LOOSE THYSELF!

TEXT: ISAIAH 52:2; LUKE 13:16

BIBLE STUDY: JOHN 6

Welcome to Day 6 of Juicy July 2025, dear sister. There’s something in the air today. The Spirit of the Lord is near, and He is not whispering. This is not the day to be distracted. Not the day to be casual. Whatever you’ve planned, pause it. Today carries something sacred, and heaven wants to deal with matters we don’t often bring to the surface. The kind that hide behind “I’m fine.” The kind we’ve lived with for so long we’ve started calling them normal.

So breathe deeply, quiet your heart, and lean in. Heaven is about to interrupt something. And this time, it’s for your freedom. Amen.

MELODY FROM OUR HEARTS

Let’s start with singing melody from our hearts to God. Please pause for a moment, rise up if you can, lift those hands, and praise the Lord. Let the song below rise from your core. Burst out in worship, sis. Let Him have it all.

YOU ARE THE REASON by Mairo Ese

AUDIO:

You are the reason why I lift my hands
Why I lift my voice
Why I sing to You
You are the reason I’m alive today
I am here to say
It’s all because of You
(Repeat)

You are the reason
You are the reason
You are the reason
You are the reason
(Repeat)

You are the reason why I lift my hands
Why I lift my voice
Why I sing to You
You are the reason I’m alive
I am here to say
It’s all because of You

You are the reason
You are the reason
You are the reason
You are the reason
(Repeat 3 times)

Savior
Ruler
Jesus
You are the reason
(Repeat twice)

All because of You (3x)

You are the reason why we lift our hands
Why we lift my voice
It’s all because of You.

OPENING PRAYER

Abba Father, we invite You into today’s session. Grant us Access, Abba! Take over. Take the whole atmosphere. Saturate this moment with Your presence, Lord. Break every chain, raise every weary heart, and fill us with Your fire again. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

TESTIMONY

Sis, let us read through this testimony before we go any further:

Praise the Lord!

Last year during Juicy July, I was pregnant but, it was a high-risk pregnancy. I had several medical issues, and it was already scheduled to be another cesarean section. Humanly speaking, the situation was very delicate.

But what made it even more terrifying was that everywhere we turned, we were confronted with visions, revelations, and messages of death.

I was seeing them. My husband was seeing them. A friend also called, sharing strange promptings and warning dreams.

Death was hovering around me. I felt it. I saw it. But I refused to agree with it. I remember crying out to God during Juicy July, saying:

“Lord, You gave me this child. I refuse to die. You are the Giver of life. Preserve me. Heal me. Deliver me. Show Your power in my life.”

I held onto Him in prayer with everything in me.

And today, I’m here to say, God heard me. He showed up for me. He stood by me before the delivery, during the surgery, and after the birth. He disgraced the enemy and put every voice of death and darkness to shame.

My baby is alive. I am alive. And I am well.  The Lord fought for me. He made good on His promise of life. He shut the mouth of death and declared, “She shall live!” To Him alone be all the glory!

I told God that if He would preserve my life, I would testify, and this is just the beginning. I will shout His praise until the end of time. To Jesus Christ, my Deliverer, my Healer, my Defender, be all the praise forever. Hallelujah! 🙌🏽

TESTIMONY PRAYERS

Shout Halleluyah on behalf of our sister. Amen.

Our God is a wonder! Yours is just next in line! May your own testimony bring people to tears of joy soon, in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

Let’s take this moment to lift our voices with gratitude:

Thank You, Lord, for these testimonies. We give You ALL the glory. None belongs to us! Father, glorify Yourself even more in the life of the testifier in Jesus’ Name.

Now, say:

Oh Lord, don’t leave me out. Let me carry my own testimony with dancing from the beginning of Juicy July 2025 to the end and thereafter. Lord, may everyone praying in Juicy July 2025 have something tangible to show in Jesus Name. We receive it by faith in Jesus Name. Amen.

EXHORTATION: DAUGHTER, LOOSE THYSELF!

There was a time I started praying for a particular woman. She became a burden in my spirit, someone I carried in deep intercession because she had been waiting on the Lord for the fruit of the womb for a long time. Every time I went into prayer, her face would flash before me. I cried out for her. I travailed. I begged heaven to remember her.

Then one day, the Lord gave me a revelation that shook me.

In a vision, I saw the angel of the Lord standing before her, and in his hands, he held two babies. Twins. Her promise. Her answer. The joy she had waited for. And she stood before him, trying to receive them. But something was off.

She was only stretching one hand.

The angel, calm but firm, told her: “If you want to receive the two babies, you must stretch out your two hands.”

But she shook her head.

“No,” she said.

“One hand is okay. I can manage with one hand.”

I was confused. Frustrated. I was screaming in my heart, “Stretch out both hands, woman! This is your blessing!”

Then I looked closer. Her second hand. It was not free.

It was clutching a rope.

And that rope? It stretched out behind her and wrapped tightly around the necks of several people- some familiar, some unknown. These were the people she had held in her heart with bitterness, offense, and deep unforgiveness. People who had mocked her barrenness. Friends who had hurt her. Family who had spoken cruel words. Some didn’t even know they had wounded her, but she had bound them up tightly in So,the courts of her soul.

She wanted her promise, but she wasn’t ready to let go of the pain.

She wanted to receive, but she refused to release.

Oh how many of Abba’s daughters are like this. Crying out for answers, yet holding on to bondage. Wanting a new season, but unwilling to lose the bands around their necks. And they must loose themselves! They must release who and what they’re clinging to. Then shall their hands be free to receive what Abba is ready to give!

BROKEN DIVINE ORDER

So, sisters, in what way have you bound yourself?

In what way have you truly bound yourself?

Some of us are crying for freedom but holding the key to the chain around our own necks.

There was a story a pastor once shared that struck me deeply. He was preparing for a journey, an important trip, but his heart was heavy. He couldn’t explain it. Something just didn’t sit right. So he did what many of us fail to do: He didn’t ignore the weight. He took it to God.

He began to pray in the Spirit. Hours passed. He just kept pressing. He wrestled in tongues until something lifted. Peace came. But not fully. When he felt he was ready, he hit the road.

And on the road, it happened.

Their entire family, him, his wife, and his children and other people were in a Mercedes-Benz. Behind them, without warning, a trailer carrying fuel came rushing down a sloppy road. The brakes had failed. Death was in motion. Disaster was looming. The massive tanker should have crushed them to pieces, but instead, it halted. The trailer pressed into the car but there was no explosion, no fire, no deaths. Nothing but a divine mystery.

Later, in prayer, the man cried out to God. “Lord, how did You save us? What happened?”

And the Holy Spirit said to him: “Do you remember a few days ago, when I told you to send a specific amount of money to your father-in-law?”

“Yes, Lord,” he said.

“That act of obedience activated a covering over your life. That was your deliverance.”

Then the Spirit whispered: “Honor your father and mother, that your days may be long upon the earth…” (Exodus 20:12)

That story challenges me each time I remember it.

Did you see how his obedience preserved his life? It wasn’t just about the money he sent to the father-in-law. it was about honor. It was about divine order. It was about alignment.

Too many of us are bound today not by witches, not by curses, not even by generational demons, but by broken divine order.

God says: “Honor your father and mother…”
We say: “But my father is not present. He wasn’t there. He cursed me. He disappointed me.”

God says: “Submit to your husband…”
We say: “He doesn’t deserve it. He’s not spiritual. He hurt me.”

God says: “Obey those who have rule over you…”
We say: “My pastor is rude. My leader doesn’t know as much as I do.”

Sis, can I tell you the truth? The devil doesn’t need to throw a heavy chain on you when he can just get you to break a divine principle.

Keep this in mind, my sister: The enemy feeds off rebellion!!!

He lurks around disobedience, and when you step out of divine alignment, you step into demonic access.

It’s not about the people you have been called to honour. It’s about the position God placed them in.

You say you’re a daughter of Zion, but you’re disrespecting your mother because of what she did twenty years ago. You dishonor your father because he wasn’t there. You’re rude to your husband. You dishonor your pastor. Your older ones mean nothing. And yet you’re fasting, you’re praying, you’re shouting, “Break my chains!” but you are the one holding the padlock key.

Sis, loose thyself!

The devil thrives when we walk in pride, in offense, in bitterness. He knows our God is a God of order. So once the order is broken, he doesn’t even need to fight, you’ve handed him legal access.

And hear this, sis, honor is not endorsement. Just because you choose to honor someone doesn’t mean you’re saying everything they do is right.

You may have a parent who hurt you deeply, or made terrible decisions.

You may have a husband who is flawed, or a spiritual leader who missed it.

You may be under an authority figure who is far from perfect.

But honoring them,  respecting the position they hold in your life, does not mean you approve of everything they’ve done.

It means you fear God more than you fear them. It means you choose obedience over offense. It means you’re protecting your own future, even when they’d tried to sabotage it.

God never said, “Honor your father and mother if they are perfect.” He said, “Honor them… that it may be well with you” (Ephesians 6:2-3).

You don’t have to clap for their wrong. But you must not curse what God says to honor, because sometimes, the rope around your neck is tied by the dishonor in your heart.

You don’t honor because they deserve it, you honor because God commanded it.

You don’t obey because it feels good, you obey because it pleases the Lord.

So many women are struggling with delay, limitation, stagnancy, and don’t know it’s because they’ve tied themselves to a yoke of rebellion and dishonor.

YOU FIRST. LOOSE YOURSELF!

Have you hated those who loved you? Have you spoken evil against someone who once helped you, just because they corrected you, or disappointed you, or moved on?

Did you ever speak words you can’t take back? Words laced with bitterness, envy, pride, or rage?

Did you ever look down on someone, compare yourself to them, whisper about them, judge them harshly, or compete silently?

Did you ever refuse to forgive someone who apologized because it felt better to hold the pain like a trophy?

Or maybe… maybe you did worse. Maybe you lied against someone. Maybe you destroyed their reputation to protect your image. Maybe you accused them falsely because it gave you sympathy. Maybe you once said, “He raped me,” when you know it wasn’t true. Or you blamed her, just to make yourself look better. Or you stole, manipulated, seduced, gossiped, slandered, cursed, or insulted…

Sis, these things are not light. They bind. They choke. They delay.

Many of us are in bondage not because of the devil, but because of ourselves.

We bound our own feet with lies. We shut our own heavens with pride. We tied our own necks with the ropes of bitterness. And then we cry to God, “Loose me!” But heaven says, “You first. Loose yourself.”

There are people walking around today carrying the weight of the pain you caused. People who trusted you, only for you to stab them in the back. People who gave to you, stood by you, prayed for you, but in their own day of need, you were nowhere to be found.

And maybe they didn’t curse you with their mouths, but their tears did. Silent weeping is powerful in the realm of the spirit. Especially when it’s born from betrayal.

You laughed while someone else cried. You mocked while they were breaking. You whispered against someone’s child, someone’s home, someone’s husband. You said things that caused others to hate them, to turn their backs on them.

And you didn’t care. You justified it. You said, “It’s their fault.”

But heaven heard. Heaven saw. And the record was written. And sis, unless you confront this, the rope remains tied.

EXAMPLES OF SELF-INFLICTED BONDAGES

  1. Unforgiveness: Holding on to past hurts, grudges, and bitterness, even when you’ve been warned by the Holy Spirit to let go.
  2. Bitterness and Resentment: Nursing pain, hatred, and deep dislike for someone, especially when you keep replaying their offenses in your heart.
  3. Disobedience to Divine Instructions: God told you to apologize, give, leave, serve, break a relationship, or obey a specific instruction and you refused.
  4. Dishonor to Authority Figures: Speaking rudely to or about your parents, spiritual leaders, husband, boss, etc.  even if they were wrong. Honor is not endorsement!
  5. Idle Words and Self-Curses: Saying things like “I can never make it,” “Marriage is not for me,” “Maybe I’m cursed,” “I don’t deserve good things.”
  6. Lying or Manipulating Others: Twisting the truth for sympathy or revenge (e.g., falsely accusing someone of rape or betrayal).
  7. Jealousy and Envy: Speaking or acting against people because you feel they are ahead of you or getting what you desire.
  8. Abandoning People in Their Time of Need: Turning your back on friends or loved ones when they needed your help most. Especially if God placed you there as a lifter.
  9. Breaking Covenants or Vows: Promising something before God or man and going back on your word without repentance.
  10. Slandering, Gossiping, or Cursing Others: Speaking evil about people’s children, marriages, ministries, or lives. Especially when it’s out of anger or pride.

PRACTICAL WAYS TO LOOSE YOURSELF FROM SELF-INFLICTED BONDAGES

  1. Deep, Genuine Repentance: Go before God with tears and brokenness. Ask Him to forgive every way you have tied yourself unknowingly.
  2. Release Everyone in Forgiveness. Speak it out: “I forgive …………………, I release them, I remove them from the court of my heart.”
  3. Renounce Every Curse or Idle Word: Cancel and renounce every negative thing you’ve said about yourself or others. Replace it with God’s truth.
  4. Return and Make Peace: Where possible, reach out to those you’ve wronged. Apologize, restore, honor, and make peace.
  5. Make Restitution Where Necessary: Return what you stole. Admit what you lied about. Undo the evil where possible.
  6. Shut the Door: Stay away from those old patterns, habits, and triggers. Don’t go back to the vomit. Break the cycle!
  7. Engage in Deliverance Prayers: Cry out to God to break any chain still holding you captive. Fast. Worship. Declare the Word.
  8. Honor the People God Placed Over You: Even if it hurts, speak kindly, give, respect, and serve the authority figures God has assigned to your life.
  9. Speak Freedom Over Yourself Daily: Declare: “I am loosed. I am free. I will not sabotage my future by my past. I walk in alignment with God’s will.”
  10. Submit Fully to the Holy Spirit: Let Him guide you into all truth. Keep asking: “Lord, is there any bondage I’ve placed on myself? Show me.”

DAUGHTER, LOOSE THYSELF!

Our texts today are prophetic wake-up calls. They are divine instructions to every woman walking around wearing invisible chains. The first speaks to the captive daughter of Zion, the second to the daughter of Abraham and both are crying out one word from heaven to you today: LOOSE THYSELF!

“Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.” – Isaiah 52:2

Dust here symbolizes disgrace, shame, stagnation, and rejection. You’ve sat too long in sorrow. You’ve slept too long in regret. You’ve been silenced too long by wounds. Now, the Spirit says, SHAKE IT OFF!

You are not the dust. You are not the disgrace. You are not the depression. The dust is where the enemy wants you. But the instruction is clear: Get up from it. Stand up and take your seat again as a daughter of Zion. Not a slave. Not a beggar. Not a forgotten one. You are royalty! Now shake off what’s clinging to you that heaven didn’t place on you.

Then we see Jesus, in Luke 13, echoing the same fire in a different scene.

“And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?” – Luke 13:16

Here’s a woman bent over for 18 years. She was in the synagogue, showing up for religious activities. But she was still bound. That’s the reality of many women today: active, but afflicted. Faithful, but frustrated. Present in church, but paralyzed in life. Seen by people, but not truly standing in destiny.

But when Jesus called her daughter of Abraham, He wasn’t just stating her Jewish identity. He was calling her back to covenant. He was reminding her of her inheritance, her access, her spiritual right. And He loosed her, not by pouring oil, not by fire falling, but by speaking the truth into her bondage: “Woman, thou art loosed!”

So here’s the divine connection:

Isaiah says: “Loose thyself!”
Luke says: “Thou art loosed!”

One is the command. The other is the power.

Jesus has already released the power. The blood has spoken. The Spirit has come. The cross is finished. The access is granted. The legal ground has been restored. So now, sis, you must get up and partner with the finished work and LOOSE YOURSELF.

You don’t have to wait for a prophet. You don’t need oil from Jerusalem. You don’t need another person to come and help you out of that pit.

Daughter, you have the Word. You have the Spirit. You have the right. Now LOOSE THYSELF.

Shake off shame. Shake off guilt. Shake off that bitterness. Shake off those words. Shake off that hidden sin. Shake off what your mother did. Shake off what that man said. Shake off what you did in 2003. Shake off those inner vows. Shake off those soul ties. Shake off those regrets.

Because the same Jesus that stood in that synagogue and saw that bent woman… He’s standing by you now. And He’s still saying…“Daughter, thou art loosed.”

Now rise. Now sit down in glory. Now walk free. Now take your position. Now be healed. Now be restored. Now break the chain. Now rewrite the story. Because the power is already released! Amen!

SHIELDED FROM THE STAR HUNTERS

STIRRING THE WATERS

Dear sister, it is that special moment. 10 good minutes of stirring the waters, of praying in the Holy Ghost. Please gladly take this short pause. Let the instrumental below play and just stir. Don’t rush this. Pray in the Spirit. Abba to Daughter. Spirit to Spirit.

And if you haven’t received the gift of the Holy Spirit yet? This is YOUR TIME! Cry out to Abba:  “Father, fill me! Baptize me! Immerse me in Your Spirit! I need You for life, Holy Spirit, come. Baptize me with the Holy Ghost and Father, please grant me another pentecost in Jesus Name”

Let’s start stirring.

TAKE CHARGE

We are daughters, let’s take charge over the territories where we are represented right now.

Father, by Your mighty Name, I sanctify my body, my home, and my atmosphere right now. I cover myself with the blood of Jesus (Revelation 12:11) and declare every strange spirit, every demonic stronghold, to flee by fire (Psalm 34:7). I cleanse this place and myself from every trace of darkness (2 Corinthians 6:17). Let Your Holy Spirit fill this space and my life with Your perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). I take authority as Your beloved daughter and refuse to be moved. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!

START PRAYING

Sis, if you’ve ever prayed before, now is the time to turn it up! You’re not here to joke.

PRAYERS OF THANKSGIVING

Lift your hands and say:

  • Thank You, Lord, because You saw me when I was deep in the pit and You called me out.
  • Thank You for mercy that found me before judgment could speak.
  • Thank You, Jesus, because I’m not forgotten. I’m not abandoned. I’m not forsaken.
  • Thank You, Abba, because while I was still bound, You made a way for my freedom.
  • Thank You for the cross. Thank You for the blood. Thank You for the Spirit that quickens me.

PRAYERS OF CONFESSION

Lay your hand on your chest and cry out:

  • Father, I have sinned. I have opened doors. I have rebelled. I have spoken words I should never have spoken.
  • I have dishonored people You placed over me. I have hated those You told me to love. I have walked in bitterness. I have judged. I have compared. I have envied.
  • Lord, I confess where I have tied others and in doing so, tied myself. I confess where I have lied to gain sympathy, where I have hidden what I should have confessed.
  • I confess every way I’ve broken divine order. I confess every rope of wickedness I’ve tied around my own neck.
  • I confess and I repent. I turn back to You. Let mercy speak for me.

PRAYERS OF SELF-DELIVERANCE

Lay your hand on your head and declare:

  • I break every self-inflicted chain over my life. Every bondage I brought upon myself, I cast off now.
  • I loose myself from the bands of my neck. I loose myself from the dust. I arise. I sit in dignity. I sit in authority.
  • Every rope of unforgiveness around my wrist, every knot of anger around my heart, every tie of pride around my soul—be loosed now.
  • Every tear I caused, every curse I triggered, every word that was spoken against me because of my actions, let the blood of Jesus speak better things.
  • Every power that found legal ground through my rebellion, I renounce you now. Leave my life. Come out of my mind. Come out of my body. Come out of my destiny.
  • I am a daughter of Abraham. I must be loosed.

PRAYERS OF DESTINY RE-ALIGNMENT

Place your hand on your belly and decree:

  • I realign with the scroll of my destiny from this day forward in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
  • Every detour caused by offense, sin, carelessness, or spiritual laziness in my life, I renounce it now!
  • Lord, take me back to the point where I missed it. Restore my coordinates in the spirit in Jesus’ Name.
  • Every helper I lost, every season I wasted, every opportunity I ignored, let there be divine restoration now in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
  • I enter the divine lane of obedience, fire, and clarity. I will fulfill prophecy in the name of Jesus.

PRAYERS OF FIRE AND CLEANSING

Lift your two hands and cry out:

  • Let the fire of the Holy Ghost sweep through my body!
  • Let it burn away everything that is not of God.
  • Every impurity in my thoughts, my desires, my habits be purged by fire!
  • Let fire travel through my bloodline. Let fire travel through my soul. Let fire enter my past and uproot every hidden defilement.
  • I am a burning altar. I cannot host demons. I cannot host darkness. I am holy ground.
  • Oh fire of the Holy Ghost, fall on me now!

PRAYERS OF SPIRITUAL SHARPENING AND DISCERNMENT

Lay your hand on your eyes and your ears and pray:

  • Oh Lord, open my eyes to see what is hidden!
  • Sharpen my discernment. Let me know when to speak and when to be silent.
  • Let me sense the traps before I enter. Let me detect wolves in sheep’s clothing.
  • Let me recognize when You speak and not delay in obedience.
  • Remove spiritual deafness and blindness from my life. I will not be dull in the Spirit.
  • Let my senses be activated. Let my discernment catch fire!

NOW, GROAN FOR MERCY

Kneel if you can. Place your two hands over your heart and cry from deep within:

Oh God of mercy, I come broken. I come guilty. I come helpless. Have mercy on me, Abba! According to Your lovingkindness, blot out my transgressions. Do not treat me as my sins deserve. Do not hand me over to my consequences. Let Your blood speak for me louder than my errors, louder than my foolishness, louder than my disobedience. I have sinned with my tongue. I have sinned with my eyes. I have sinned in silence. I have sinned in rebellion. I have mocked Your warnings. I have neglected Your whispers. I have insulted Your grace. Oh Lord, I cry have mercy! Wash me thoroughly. Cleanse my hands. Cleanse my heart. Cleanse my name in the spirit.

If You mark iniquity, who can stand? But there is forgiveness with You. Let the Blood of Jesus speak over me. Let mercy rewrite my story. Every judgment hanging over my head, be lifted now by the mercy of God. Every evil sentence, be cancelled. Every closed door, open again. Every lost path, be restored. Let mercy speak where my works failed. Let mercy defend me where I cannot speak. Let mercy cover me where I’m exposed.

Lord, show me kindness. Don’t let me sink in the consequences of my past. Don’t let the devil use my mistakes as a license to torment me. Let mercy be louder than accusation. Let mercy be louder than curses. Let the cross speak. Let the blood speak. Let Your heart speak!

Oh Jesus, my Advocate, plead my cause. Restore my dignity. Restore my fire. Let today mark a new beginning. Let heaven record it: I have cried for mercy, and I have been helped.

STANDING IN THE GAP

Now, please intercede. Stand in the gap for others. Take these as if they were yours:

ONE: Please pray for my parents marital issues that it be settled, that God should silent the forces against their marriage and make them one on fire for the Lord.

TWO:It’s been two years of me being in a relationship leading to marriage- gone through the MC process, PC, and almost done with courtship (we should have been done but the discouraging circumstances made us take a break at some points to continue again after some months)- but things are not looking as if the wedding will hold, as we agreed under God to get married by December this year. I’m overseas and my fiancé has tried all he could to come join me because I’m unable to travel down for now due to the recent immigration policies, but we have not had a way through. When it seemed as if things were going to work for him to come over, the enemy struck and it didn’t go as planned again. We have been praying for a breakthrough but I want my sisters to join me in prayers that whatever that is standing in the way, God should remove them and make a way for the wedding to hold as my fiancé and I have jointly agreed in faith that this December, our wedding will hold. That God will favor us beyond expectations and doors will be opened for my fiancé to come join me here in Jesus’ name. Moreover, all that is needed for our home to be established without lacking nothing, God will provide. I will come back to testify. Amen

THREE: 1. I want to have a closer walk with God this season and beyond. Not just feeling a relationship that is past feeling. In it’s realest form.
I want to be Abba’s delight indeed

2. On Monday I started having this itchy sensation in my private and yesterday I asked my hubby to help me check, He said I am having discharge. The discharge is much and whitish. I have gone for test today though the results will be out by Friday. I want God to heal me of every infection and bless me with another Juicy July baby

3. My birthday is on Sunday I want to receive strategic gifts. I want to get support to build my business and to take other online training in bag making so I can be the best I should be.

FOUR: For past days ,I have been having heart aches, I believe the Lord will grant me healing through this juicy July, join me in prayers. Also my elder brother is sick ,help me and pray for Divine healing.

Round off with thanksgiving,

FATHER’S CORNER

Let the instrumental below play freely while you talk to God. Imagine Him seated right before you. Now, start to talk to Him like you can see Him. Heaven is open. Your Father is right before you. Ask away! Ask real things, meat, not chaff. It’s you and Him now. Spend this 10 minutes well, unrushed. spend more time if you so desire but make sure you spend time with your father. I can promise you before July ends, you’d start to have encounters you never knew existed! Ayaaa… Just open your mouth and let it pour! Amen!

Round off with thanksgiving when you are done.
