It’s urgent! The world has gone crazy! The Devil knows that ladies are powerful. He knows that women are reproducers. If evil is placed on their hands, they’d replicate the evil ‘fruitfully’. And if good is placed in their hands, oh flourishing vine! So, Ladies are being recruited for the activities of the enemy full-time in this end time. God also needs ladies! He made them for Himself, for a purpose.

The BUD Family comes into the picture as a bridge between the Lord God and His women who He has made for His glory. We are raising the young naive ladies for the Lord; building the Godly ladies for His work and reclaiming the lost women back to the fold by His grace. For us, we choose:

– God’s Will over our own will
– Modesty over nakedness
– Prayerfulness over spiritual laxity
– Meekness over female rascality 
– Spiritual Empowerment over Activism

The BUD Family was founded in February 2016 by Lizzy Oyebola Oyekunle (Now Yakubu) as Ladies Worth (More than) A Ruby. (L-WAR). Later that same year, The BABES of Unique Dynamite Family was born (where BABES stands for:

Early beginnings. Many of these ladies are now women. (At the movie launch of The Voice of Faith Movie in 2016.)
 

We are all about ladies becoming who the Lord needs them to be—whether teens, singles, or married. We are God-oriented, family-oriented, prayer-oriented, sisterhood-oriented, and discipleship-oriented. Here’s our mission:

  • Create a community of women passionate about their spiritual lives and eager to grow in their relationship with God.
  • Empower women to become unique, prayerful, and devoted individuals committed to doing God’s will on earth.
  • Provide an enabling environment to help women develop their spiritual gifts and talents, and to use them as the Lord would have them.
  • Equip young ladies with the biblical principles that the world lacks today to build lasting godly homes with Christ at the center.
  • Inspire women to be confident followers of Christ who know Him and are proud to share Him with the world.

Who’s the Founder of The BUD Family Africa

Lizzy Oyebola Yakubu (Mrs. Yaks) is the visionary founder of The BUD Family Africa, dedicated to empowering women through biblical teachings. She is a passionate lover of God, of prayer and of everything the Bible teaches. She is happily married to her ‘David’ and God has blessed them both with Godly seeds to raise for Him.
