ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: My name is Elizabeth Tolulope Egbeniyi, a Kingdom Warrior, on a mission to lighten & brighten my world.

I have keen interests in Natural Drug Discovery, Natural Products and Nutritional Science.

I am a Natural Health Enthusiast @ The Botapreneur Naturales who is passionate about helping people live wholesomely and healthily through nutrition, nature & healthy lifestyles.

I blog at www.botapreneur.com. It’s a site where you will find articles on health and wellness, nutrition, healthy lifestyles, herbal medicine, natural remedies and everything related to natural health.

I run a new and upscale healthy bakery that focuses on providing healthy and premium baked foods and drinks @ queenetbakesnblends. The goal is to provide people with products baked with wholesome and healthy ingredients and have both great taste and are healthy.

I am a Teens’ Coach.

I love books and invest a lot into buying books.

BUD Spotlight: Wow! I love how health is the keyword here.

From this, what is your definition of good health?

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: I will just say the perfect definition of Good Health is simply what WHO has defined Health to be. That is a COMPLETE state of physical, mental and social well-being, not just the absence of disease or infirmity.

So, having good health is not just about “I am sick” alone. It’s more about being whole physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually.

BUD Spotlight: Please tell us on your journey in BUD, as a member. How you got to know about BUD. Why you joined, etc

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: I got to know about BUD through a friend of mine by name, Faith. We were on our way to church that day but I can’t remember the discussion that led to Mrs Yaks and The BUD Family.

Long story short, it was through the discussion I got to know about the family and I decided to join and that was November, 2016.

It was a perfect time for me because it was a point in my life when I was battling with so much and I needed fellowship, help and solace.It’s been a journey and I’ll be forever grateful that I stayed because along the line, some things came up that could have made me leave.

How did you overcome those things?
Can you share with us?

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: Well, I will say DETERMINATION & PRAYER

I was determined not to leave because BUD was playing a major role in my life. So, leaving would have resulted to being stranded again.

BUD Spotlight: How has the family impacted you? What does BUD mean to you?

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: The family has impacted me in numerous ways but I will just list few:

1) The family drew me closer to God. I have learnt so much about God, godliness, prayer, etc.

2) The family made me understand that there is beauty in female relationships. Prior to joining the family, I barely had female friends or any female to female growing relationship and this was because of the betrayals I had in the past. I was one of those with the school of thought that it’s usually best for a female to have males as friends more.

3) The family has taught me leadership, communication and relational skills.

4) Well, I will say BUD is one of the platforms that brought me out of my shell 😄.

To me, THE BUD FAMILY IS A HOME .👌

BUD Spotlight: We bless God for BUD . You are the family’s secretary. Can you tell us about your journey as the secretary?

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: My journey as the secretary has been simply amazing I will say.

Been in the position has given me the opportunity to relate more and well with people, learn how to handle situations, think outside the box and bring tasks or plans to execution.

BUD Spotlight: How have you been coping with the responsibilities coupled with your personal life?

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: Well, I will say PLANNING & SCHEDULING help 😌. I plan my time and my work. I will say that by God’s grace, I’m good at multitasking too.

Also, TEAM WORK & DELEGATION has been helpful. For about 4 months now, there was selection of various sectional Team Leads by our convener and it has made the work much easier and smooth.

BUD Spotlight: What are the challenges faced and how have you been to resolve them?

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: 🤔🤔

Well, challenges? I will say that I eventually realized that things I had probably considered as challenges in the past are actually not challenges in the real sense 😂.

All I have just learnt is that having a workable structure, asking for help when need be and having people of like minded to work with is essential and useful.

I will love to add that I also learnt that learning to take breaks is also essential 👌

BUD Spotlight: Apart from being the secretary and other engagement in BUD, where do you feel God would use you more in the family? Particularly what you’ve not done before.

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: I am not sure I can think of anything I have not done at the moment.

However, I know God will have me work more on the area of checking up on members more. It’s something I love doing well and still do to some extent. But owing to the fact that we now have a large family compare to when I joined coupled with other personal activities, it’s not easy keeping up with it. Currently, we are almost a thousand on the WhatsApp family and I am still trying to figure out a easy, workable structure to achieve my goal.

And yes, I also want to keep praying for the family MORE.

This should serve as a wakeup call to everyone in the family to be committed to BUD growth irrespective of what we’ve been doing before.

BUD Spotlight: If there’s one thing you’d like The BUD Family to do [individually], what would it be?

(Something each member should hold onto and act on it)

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: It will be that we should keep dwelling in love and unity and also keep raising the standard of holiness high.

BUD Spotlight: How do you see yourself in the next five years?

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: Though I have a picture of how I see myself in the next 5 years, but then I will rather just see myself based on how and where God will have me be.

This is because who I am today is actually not where I saw myself 5 years ago 🙇‍♀️.

For now, I am just taking one step per time with God.

BUD Spotlight: And lastly,

What would you like to say to other Christian workers out there?

ELIZABETH TOLULOPE EGBENIYI: What I have to say is from these passages of the Scriptures: Colossians 3:23,24 and 1 Corinthians 3:12-15

Colossians 3:23,24
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

1 Corinthians 3:12-15
Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each man’s work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man’s work. If any man’s work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. If any man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire

Every Christian worker should understand that his or her work will be tried and that God will reward everyone according to their works.

Therefore, we should work heartily, sincerely and holily as unto the Lord.
